The company has a big chunk of my directly placed funds, and I have always found that their recommendations and products are solid safe places to park assets. These days, I am mostly concerned with funding and maintaining a 529 Account to pay for college/graduate school for my engineering major son who is in his junior year, and at best only half way through his higher education. Of course, the overall state of the economy and more specifically the stock market are the key elements in all that, but I have been very pleased with the performance of the plan selected when he was young lad. Sometimes a semi conservative long view is the way to go when planning for life long goals like education, retirement and estate planning. I have used other investment companies over the years, but Fidelity is the one I have stuck with the longest for such choices. Having a nearby office to sit down and consult directly with a certified representative is an excellent way to go for the basics. Knowing other people I trust in the business for deeper analysis isn't bad either.

It was always the same excuse, hes away from his desk or hes at a client meeting now but I can take your name and message and he will get back to you.... That wasn't even the worst part - they got the most critical piece of information wrong... It was so blatantly wrong that is was laughable. The incompetence was rightfully there. I finally got someone to understand the problems I'm having with signing in on-line. Back on hold again....Security questions that I have never answered come up each and every time no matter how many times I delete cookies. Now they're telling me my account must be reset. Now, another person picked up the phone and asked me to verify my information again. She was a snot! A definite condescending little snot. This is so frustrating and it happens often.
