Wells Fargo Bank was recently re-model. Three tellers and two ATM machine. I just wish they had the ATM machine that allowed you to pick which bills you want. The service at Wells Fargo is fantastic! They surely help you out with your needs. I had open an account from this location and I had to closed a few accounts at this location. Parking near the bank is hectic. As I've always experienced, poor customer service and it reflects the Managers rudeness of no customer care!

Worst Wells Fargo branch in the East Bay , they wouldn't cash a check I've had issued to me before by the same company. Even though the Wells Fargo branch in Pinole cashed a check in a higher amount a few days before that, said their "system " wouldn't let them. But It was because I was in my work clothes probably don't think a blue collar worker could earn such money. A few minutes later I went to the branch in Pinole and cashed the check no problem. read more

Wells Fargo denies service out of retaliation and without legitimate reason they wont even explain. I go to Wells Fargo to cash a $40K check. this is a check I received from my employer who have global decisions in many countries making drugs saving millions of lives. Wells Fargo tells me your check is bad and fraud. what?!!!! are you kidding me. is Wells Fargo a legitimate business anymore or a joke? what kind of people work here who don't even deposit or cash your check? I reached out to my lawyer and he said this is the most ridiculous thing he ever seen and that Wells Fargo is incompetent in doing their job. now we had to go through a loop to FedEx check back to employer, to have them wire money to me because of these incompetent people. lots of waste of time for two lawyers and me. shame on you Wells Fargo! read more

This branch has been open on Saturdays. Well I went today to do some banking and they are closed. I reached out to a friend who works for wells and he said they are no longer open on Saturdays and they had notifications posted. We're these notifications mixed i with the other 28 notification posted on poorly printed 8.5x11" papers in several languages that no joke reads ? Do you think a verbal reminder from the tellers could have been part of the reminders about something so significant ? Maybe "don't forget starting xxxxx date we will no longer be open on Saturdays " Oh, but there is the Pinole location where the stickers on the door says SAT 9-6 when in reality they actually close at 12. Wells Fargo is becoming nothing but a disappointment just like every other major business we are pigeon holed into using. read more

It's a small branch located in the same complex as Lucky's supermarket. Parking is not a problem. Staff warmly greets you as soon as you enter. I almost felt bad about having to close my account with them (not through any of their fault). read more

I recently opened an account with a branch in Walnut Creek. Everyone is so grateful that you have chooses their bank to do business. From the moment you walk in your are greeted and asked if you need water, tea or coffee. Everyone that works there are so helpful. Hercules on the other hand. They are RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. Never in my life would I have thought I would give a bank a good review. Anyway wells fargo is my mortgage holder and I have been coming into the various branches to pay my mortgage. They were always polite and the lines never have been much of a problem. It's very convenient and also Hercules does have other banks like Chase and Wells Fargo etc. This bank isn't really all that it's just your typical Wells Fargo. This bank is near Lucky's,McDonalds, and Subway perfect for a lunch out. Anyway I give this bank 5 stars it's pretty good and well placed in the plaza. This is the bank that is closest to home. It is convenient because before I reach the freeway, I can pass by here to get some pocket money. The staff have always been very friendly whenever I come in. And the security guard that stands near the entrance basically watches you for a good couple of seconds and then goes back to scoping the entire bank. I usually just come here to withdraw money or to deposit my checks. It is usually never busy at the ATMs. There have been some days where there were two or three people in front of me, but that is all. It is also located in a safe place where people are always walking around so you are less likely to be robbed. read more

I am a regular at this bank and even though it is on the smaller side of other Wells Fargo banks that I have been do, it does the job. The parking here can get kind of annoying, especially when you want to park in front and run to the ATM really quick. As far as the staff here, they are really nice, always great you when you come in and ask you if you need help with anything or want to see a banker. There is usually no wait or if there is, there is a 5 minute wait at the very most. This place can get busy on the weekends and this place is open on Saturdays until 5pm or 6pm - closed Sundays. Over all good location for a bank and glad there is a one close to where I live so I can avoid going to Pinole. read more

We have been Wells Faro customers for decades and I was ready to change banks today after the horrible service/attitude from the women we dealt with attempting to order foreign currency. The woman who was supposed to help us would not listen, obviously did not have the skill set to perform the tasks and she was at best, indifferent. We left and went to Pinole where we experienced prompt, curteous and knowledgable assistance from Sandra Liu and Crystal Brooks. We have been customers of the Hercules branch since it opened and have never experienced the incompetence, attitude and general bad service we saw today. I can only assume this is the result of bad management and lack of staff training. I will go to Pinole in the future. read more

I've never actually gone inside the bank. I avoid that at all cost. I can usually do all my transactions through the ATM. Way less crowded than Fitzgerald location. I like coming to this WF. Parking is a little limited. You have to be really careful for the older generation that frequent and don't pay attention while driving. Just start backing up. I walked in, I waited in line, got to the teller and the teller said I needed to talk to a banker. Instead of calling over a banker and explaining to them my sitch, she told me to go "stand over there." I "stood over there" and no one looked up from their computer so I loudly asked for help. Then I was acknowledged. But of course the banker had to go back to the teller who sent me to the bankers and get clarification on what needed to be done. Sheesh. Annoying. I wish she would of looked up my account before brushing me off to go "stand over there" so I would of been treated better and got out of there faster! read more

I just came in to get a debit replacement card and Keefer gave me A1 customer service as if I was opening a new account or something! I'm in retail & customer service as well so I know what that looks like. His manager is also very kind, he introduced himself to me and I felt very comfortable in this store. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1996 and have been to many branches - in and out of CA - and this is by far the best one yet ! The staff greets you as you enter, chat with you as you wait in line, and I have never waited more than a minute to see a banker. They even printed statements for me without a fee, unlike the larger branches in urban areas. Oh, and did I mention the tellers actually SMILE??!! ;-) read more
