I have spoken to many of the workers at this branch, and have never been disappointed with the customer service. it's a smaller branch, not actually a full building set up. it's noticeable how close all of the workers are with one another, which is just another welcoming perk to this branch. although I do not go to this branch nearly as often, I will always come here if I need assistance!

Multiple calls to their help line were useless so I visited my branch. The teller promised I would be covered, but it did not happen. All this after an error they made 14 years ago that crashed my credit rating just long enough for all my credit card accounts to be closed (it was during the recession).
