I mentioned to her that I planned to visit the bank the following week. When I walked in I was so impressed to see that she had already entered my information into their system so that it would be available to anyone in the bank when I came in. She then proceeded to personally handled my transactions. She was so warm, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Before leaving I mentioned to her manager how impressed I was with Jackie, and she too extended a welcoming hand.

She went through our entire list and took care of everything. She was able to make suggestions to make transactions easier and she walked us through how to do things online between our accounts. She gave us her card to personally assist our daughter with her accounts. We left feeling like we had a very productive day and such relief. It has been fun watching them grow and I have been to each of their locations. The one out in North Indio has a drive thru! There are never lines and the tellers are so friendly, helpful, and genuine. I am not a fan of the larger banks as I like the personal touch of a smaller bank where they know you by name. A quick telephone call is all you need. Love that they are open on Saturday mornings too. I just wish they had safe deposit boxes.

There is plenty of parking and it never seems busy which is great for when I do need to do some business. Also located in a busy shopping center and right off Washington. They have a drive-thru, but have yet to use it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They would stop what they're doing to take care of customers. I never have any problems with this bank and it seems like they're always improving their debit cards. They also have online banking available. If you ever need to add anyone to your account, they make it easy and quick to get that arranged for you. Overall, 5 stars because I can't find anything wrong this bank and location.
