Horrible customer service. Every day I come to make work deposits. Ridiculous only 2 tellers!!! There's a lady with dark long hair ALWAYS SITTING DOWN when the lines out the door. Then a guy with glasses who says he's the assistant manager but never helps and also is just sitting at the desk or just walking around trying to look busy. He's rude and every day his excuse is " we're a busy branch ". I don't understand why they don't have enough tellers. Oh yea cause they're forced to create fake accounts. On todays visit A representative named Gyssel R. Assisted me. I had an issue with my check not being verified by my employer. I currently do not Bank with Wells Fargo but she got her Supervisor Kevin C. involved and went the extra mile to verify my check. I will note It was really busy and handled well under pressure. I Really appreciated their Top Tier Customer service and Professionalism while resolving my issue. I Looking forward to banking with them soon. read more

Today Saturday March 3, 2018 first Saturday of the month and probably those most busiest day for banks with only 3 tellers working the line was out the door and after a 40 min wait to make my deposit they were down to 2 tellers. This is unacceptable and should be addressed with higher management. The teller was very unfriendly and not a person to work with the public. Wells Fargo you have got to do better. read more

Nice bank but literally THE SLOWEST WELLS FARGO IN THIS ENTIRE AREA!!! If you need to see a teller, be prepared to wait minimum 1 hour most days for something simple. The people are pretty nice but aside from the abundance of elderly people and people making really high deposits, you can NEVER just get in and out! Jesse Maldonado went above beyond to assist me with handling of my mom's account after her passing. I had made an appointment and he called me the day before to make sure I had what needed. It took about a week for the paperwork to be processed after he submitted it to the department that does the final review. He followed up almost daily until everything was complete. This is a difficult time for me and I'm very appreciative of everything he did to make it go as smooth as possible. Very professional excellent service. Thanks Jesse! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The manager Reggie in this branch is a joke. I went in with half a million to deposit and me and my coworker decided to split the deposits so we can get this done faster. But the manager and one of the tellers was telling us we had to stay with one teller because it wasn't fair to the customers in line. I told him it was not fair to us that we have to wait with one teller to deposit that much money. It ended taking us almost two hours to make a deposit that could of been half the time if we had two tellers helping us. If I am depositing that much money into a business account isn't that just as important? We make deposits of half a million monthly. We both waited in line just like the rest of the customers. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely hate Wells Fargo & their hidden fees. I usually cash my checks at US Bank, for some reason, they told me i had to go to Wells Fargo to cash it. The girl working here (i think her name was Jessica) is a nosy derelict, saying the least. Stay in school. I had explained my situation to her & her gave me a blank stare like she didn't know what to do. Then, I give her my check and she tries to get all up in my business asking me "where did you get this?" "how?" and asking all kinds of questions. it's none of your business. then she gave me this stare as if i was selling drugs. when she offered to open an account, i told her I wasn't interested, and she wouldn't give me my check back. it wasn't until i had to yell at her to get it back, just receive it back bent. this is why people hate wells fargo. the hidden charges they don't tell you about and the prissy little brats that work for them. save yourself the headache, switch banks. read more

So this is the third time that my check wont be taken at the ATM and I wanted to know why, so I went in to ask why my checks are not accepted. The girl asked her lead teller and he turned around to tell me that the check was printed badly, which it wasnt. So I asked again, can you look further into the situation. At this point I'm getting annoyed because they're not only ignoring me they're looking at me as if I'm bothering them. I've worked for the same company and received the same checks since 2015. I am currently on disability so my income is fixed. So standing here getting brushed off by these two employees is extremely frustrating. I actually love behind this wells Fargo and I try my beat not to come here because I usually am not helped. They either do not understand my concern and we have to go back and forth until they get it or I'm brushed off as I was today. If I could give zero stars I would but yelp wants us to be polite so 1 star it is. This branch need to let go of those less than helpful people and hire people who are smart and who truly are concerned with the finances of others. Unfortunately this is the only Wells Fargo bank in Paramount. There are always long lines, tellers are always over worked and overwhelmed. When withdrawing money they always ask "what are you going to do with the money?". I don't believe this is a question they must ask to the customer. Specially when everyone in the line can hear you. Horrible service I experienced today at this location. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just went to cash my check and they gave me the runaround that I had to open an account. They insisted for about 30 min. I told them I was in a hurry to pick up my kid from school and they didn't care. After they got tired of asking they sent me to another line to wait to be able to cash a small check. I had two babies with me and they didn't care to make me wait that long. After I went to the window I waited for another 10 min because they said the system wasn't working properly. On Saturday Oct 8th 2016 My Mother Veronica went in to Wells Fargo to cash a check she received from a friend that has a Wells Fargo Bank Account. My Mother does not have a Wells Fargo Bank account and is Handicap. She waited in the Express Handicap lane and was not helped . she then called the Rep loudly from the Handicap lane and said she needed help. Another employee told her their is no reason to yell to her co-worker once helped the Rep then told her that the people in non Handicap lane were their be for her and would get served first. My mother has a bad Lower disk and knee problems, she did not go to the bank to start problems, If the employees were having a bad day Or Rush hour as they like to say their is no reason to Behave that way Or even have a Handicap lane that is not going to be serviced. Other customers then looked at my mother with a stink-eye because they made her go in front of the line. Once she got the money and was leaving the bank A guy behind her also left and yelled to My Mother " You Don't Have a Bank account here Old Lady " My Mother came home in Tears and did not even wanna tell me why she was crying. I got it out of Her and that's why I am Writing this review. She will never go back to this Wells Fargo. She should of have never had to go threw this and be put down. I have now stopped going to this branch.
