Very unprofessional. Would not take a print out of the drivers license that is issued by the DMV website. Literally states on the paper "temporary drivers license." How is it possible for them to deny a paper but okay with a passport. Old white lady was a horrible customer representative. Gave me the finger twice and would find any reason not to cash a check. I can see why it's so lonely. Worst experience ever. Also saw the opportunity to throw other people under the bus. So hateful along with the cow behind the counter just giving attitude. read more

Horrible slow service. I haven't been in a bank for years and now I know why. I was forced to come in to handle an in person situation and they handle about one customer every 5 minutes. A person came out of the back to help the line and somehow randomly picked a white man in the middle of the line to help, not the next person in line, but took him from the middle to help. May be a coincidence but this man was in and out while the rest of the People of Color, a total of about six remained in the long line. I had already been waiting a good 15 minutes. Do not recommend this bank. I called the customer service line to get info to process a wire transfer since it was for a very large amount. And it exceeded the monthly limit. The rep told me I could go to any bank to get help process this. I asked the rep if an appointment was needed or if I needed to speak with any one in particular. She said no any banker could help me. I went into this location at 3:45 waited in line for 15 min. When I got to the window to explain the service I needed assistance with the teller told me that she would need to speak w her bank manager. Her manager told her they could not help me. She said I needed an appointment. I let her know I drove far from work to get to their location since they are my local branch. She said I needed an appointment and to come back tomorrow. I said to her why would I come back tomorrow when I don't have an appointment? When she just told me I needed an appointment. I explained I called the bank call center line to make sure if they would be able to assist me. She then went to ask the manager again bc I requested to please ask her to reconsider. Branch manager said no. Then they proceeded to tell me to go try another bank in the next city over. I was confused why they were telling me to go to another branch knowing I don't have an appointment? For something that they just told me I needed an appointment for? I have only been in this branch a few times and every time they have helped me and obviously seen my accounts they have asked me to speak with one of the bankers / financial advisors and have mentioned switching my account to premier banking. I was considering do so and leaving my money at Wells Fargo but after this incident I will not due to lack of customer service support. read more

I have had consistently great service here. The lines are usually short and/or fast in the mornings. The tellers are courteous and helpful. I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. It has been sitting here for 5 years or more! WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. THEY REFUSED TO LET ME INTO THE BANK BECAUSE THEY LOCKED THE DOORS A FEW MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR CLOSING TIME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT ANYMORE PEOPLE TO COME IN. They closed off their street entrance doors with caution tape and trash cans. So of course I had to walk around their whole building, make my way around the all cars coming towards me for there drive thru atm and then refused me entry into the bank. One of the people in the bank literally saw me walk around the whole bank from where I parked and they still refused and wouldn't even have the courtesy to come to the door and tell me to my face. They literally avoided all eye contact at all costs while the person inside came to the door and apologized because they are refusing to help me. Honestly, I rarely use my Wells Fargo account anymore, as Chase offers better services. This experience has definitely made me make up my mind to just close this account. They got one of those nifty little free coffee/espresso machines (and also tea/hot water/cold water), a drive thru ATM and friendly people working there. They always try to minimize wait time and are good about making sure you don't wait longer if you're a business customer (my pet peeve). I did see a fight here once and security seemed to take a long time to break it up (I mean there was hair being pulled and everything) but...this is still my favorite Wells Fargo branch. This is a busy branch though, so if you're antisocial, go to the one in Lakewood on South and Woodruff. That one's pretty dead usually. But no fancy coffeemaker :) read more

Do not waste your time at this branch the customer service is by far the worst in the region. Came in this morning and deposited my payroll check as I've done many other times. Everything good, got my receipt then tried to withdraw my rent money... oops there's no record of my deposit and no funds available. Excuse me? So I figured must be a small glitch. After speaking with the first banker who was actually very professional and polite the whole situation turned into a nightmare. The first lead they sent out rolled her eyes after I explained that filing a claim for my missing payroll deposit would not be okay. The next manager who failed to assist explained that the check might appear at some point... keep in mind my check is there at the bank and they're refusing to give me neither money nor check. I'm seriously giving one star because although I don't bank with them, my credit union was closed, so I came here through the drive thru to get money out. I didn't know that the drive thru only gave out 50s not 100s. I didn't get her name but it was a Hispanic lady with glasses and another older bleach died blonde hair Hispanic party and I asked if they could exchange the 50s for 100s, and they both said "sorry we only do it for customers." I literally got it from their drive thru... Plus they had 6 people in line with only 2 tellers. I would never back with them I waited in line for 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. My wife and I were in the neighborhood away from our normal WellsFargo branch off Spring and PaloVerde Ave (great place) so we go in to cash a rather large amount check. (Without putting our business out there) we just wanted $1,000 out of it. Because we knew if we deposited it, it would take days to clear. Well they wouldn't cash it and said they couldn't give us the grand either. Said it'd take 7 days to clear. Mind you we been banking with them for over 10 years. I was pissed. I knew they could do it they just didn't want to exercise they ability to make a customer happy for once in their miserable lives. So what did we do ? We inconveniently went back home on the nice side of town away from the ghetto and what do you know we walked out of our branch with a thousand dollars. Very poor service at this branch. Tellers and bankers including management take zero responsibility for their actions. A lot of the employees seem to be incompetent regarding their basic policies and procedures. They seem to hire very unprofessional individuals. After a telephone conversation with the branch manager Robert Anton, regarding a complaint, he pretty much brushed it off without taking any further information to address, re-train, or reeducate the employee who made a very poor mistake putting a person's account/identity at risk. If I can award a no star it would have been great. Avoid going to this bank. This is the most untrained bank I have ever been to. I only have One thing to change at my bank and honestly they are not probably trained here they ask for one thing you take it in and they come out with oh we don't need this we needed another document. I go in doing this 3 times and I am honestly am feed up. I went on Wednesday 3/25 and I been told I need an appointment. Ok fine I requested an Appointment for the following Wednesday 4/1 for 10am because the female who gave me my appointment said make sure you're here @950 for your appointment @10am I said ok cool. I came back today 4/1@ 950 like I was told and it took the 10mins for them to tell me oh well we have nobody here to help you your appointment is for 1030am. WTF honestly get you shit together. I have to go between this bank and Bank of America down the street and every time I step into this location is almost like a sigh of relief. BofA is always so slow and I could be in that bank for literally 30+ minuets but at this Wells Fargo Location I am greeted nicely and professionally, the tellers and bankers are always so nice and welcoming and I don't think I've ever been in this bank more than 10 minuets. I'm Ok with this Wells Fargo. Someone is always on the floor greeting incoming customers. From my experience, there's typically always a banker at the desks working with customers. My only viewpoint would be to add more tellers during lunch time. I go normally during my lunch and there's regularly only two tellers. Three or four tellers would make going inside much quicker. read more

I am forced to come to this wells Fargo as I literally walk here. I hate having to see the tellers. As the reviews mentioned the tellers aren't that knowledgeable. I had an incident here two & half years ago that I will never forget. The teller told me the incorrect amount of money I had in my account... after asking her to check again she continued to read me the incorrect amount. Long story short, she was WRONG! Tell me something, if you go to the bank and they read you the incorrect amount of your balance: are you going to be jolly about the situation? I highly doubt it. Of course I got upset and yelled DUHHH! That's MY money! The so called manager came to see what the problem was and handled it very poorly. I was kicked out! And to boot, no money was given to me. Of course I reported the incident and the manager. I always use the atm for any and all my needs but! I need a larger quantity than what the atm dispenses. The wait is ridiculous as usually! If I could give negative stars I would do it without hesitation for this location. I love Wells Fargo and have never had a problem. This location had the absolute worst staff and were incredibly rude. After several different problems with an account, I simply just wanted answers as to why things were happening and they not only didn't give me any but were horribly rude in the process. A certain female banker was speaking to me like I was stupid. She was reading from her side of the computer and didn't know I had my app open to try to see what she was talking about. When I voiced my concerns about the information she gave me, she fumbled to back any of it up. After asking to speak to another banker, she "shooed" me away and rolled her eyes. Second person I talked to was nice but still had absolutely no idea what she was talking about.
