Don't use Chase! they also put back onto my account after over SIX MONTHS from a disputed claim, saying I owe money. I will hire a lawyer as they only have 90 days to settle, not over 6 months as your Chase Bank (useless) took. This is in your Dispute Process Legalities. Chase bank is ridiculous. The banker with the mustache is so unprofessional and useless. He acted like he can't speak Spanish, but sounded just find to me. This review is more about the telephone customer service. There was a time when it was easy to reach customer service by phone. No more. Today, I called at noon. I opted for a call back. Now it is 2 pm and still no call back. Two hours without a call back? That's unacceptable. Another issue that only happens to MFCU and not my two other credit unions and credit card company is their interface with Quicken. For years I've had problems and get no answers or resolution. I've decided to close my accounts but even that is not made easy by MFCU. I now live out of state and in order to close my accounts I have to send a notarized letter and my driver's license photo by mail. Maybe this is SOP in the industry but for me it is part and parcel of doing business with MFCU. Hopefully soon, I will not have to deal with this credit union any longer.
