I opened an account with super nice lady and then I came back and was greeted by a very nice teller the only truly nice nonjudgemrntal one I had the flu and had been waiting for my new card going on 12 days .I made a comment this will be last withdrawal and the bank manager made a rather rude assumption she said yeah draining your money I'm very sensitive and I didnt think that was needed.i my dad just passed away I had to get another car and place. This bank does not even deserve one star. The kept my whole Ssi check, a whole $1,000 l and then charged me $35 4 times. If I don't have money in the bank why would they keep letting me go overdrawn. I went in years ago and had that feature changed oh but they don't remember that. This is not the first time either. And the manger is horribly rude. They shut my card off and proceeded to ask me questions of who I was sending money and what that person needed it for before turning my card back on. Communists bullshit. These branch is amazing! People who work here are very courteous and super professional. It took five minutes for them to take care of my request and I was out of there pleased with the results. I used to think that this bank was the best! On 04/25 I got a notification saying that I had insufficient funds, but I hardly use my card or do any activity with this my account. When I called I was told that I withdrew money from the ATM at this location on 04/24. I work as a driver for a small company and it just happens that on 04/24 I was about 500miles away from riverside, yes! About 500miles away from this location. After I tried explaining this to a representative on the phone his response was "Sir, there's nothing fraudulent about that transaction. Do you really think someone is going to scam you for 100.00? This Wells Fargo is terrible. If I could give a zero star rating that would not be low enough. I went into the bank to make a wire transfer. I have made this transfer several times from this bank location with the same information provided, they send the wire to the wrong account because the Banker did not know how to type and clearly made a mistake on the account number. They call me saying the wire would not go through and that I would be charged 50.00 for the return wire fee and have to pay to rewire, It is amazing that they think they could get away with this. Wells Fargo hire competent bankers that know how to type, admit when you are in error and train up everyone in Customer Service. Went into this bank to the teller to cash my check and a bonus check I had and was told by the teller that they cannot cash my checks because they are B of A checks... WTF? mind you, I've been banking with WF for years, have cashed my check before (same employer checks) as well as deposited them numerous times and I HAVE AN ACCOUNT!!!!! What the hell do I have an account for if you can't do anything like cash my employer checks for me?? Yes Wells Fargo I just have my money in your bank so that you can try and tack on numerous banking fees and charges that I always have to go in and get reversed. Service manage treated me like a criminal went to withdraw a pretty large amount after a "cash deposit" at another branch the funds were available there was no hold because it was a cash deposit was there for 25 mins for her to call the other branch for them to tell her the cash was available something that my 2 year old can see it wasn't a check deposit then they wonder why I don't do more business with them the teller also had no clue what was going on never will I go there again. read more

Came in Monday afternoon to cash a company check and was treated soo rudely by a employee. I didn't get her name but she was a Hispanic woman with glasses. I am not a member and she sure did make me feel that way. Asked me why I wasn't cashing my check with my bank in a rude manner. Not that I owed her any explanation but I informed who my bank was n told I was allowed only so many visits. She then tried to say they had to charge me to cash the company check and i informed her I've been to the Wells Fargo on tyler and ive never been charged. Why would I be charged for crying out loud it's the company's bank. The Wells Fargo on tyler had treated me with much respect twice. They seem interested in making me happy and try to get me to join but not this woman at this location, she didn't even wanna help me. One of the worst business experiences I've ever had. Alma the Branch Manager is so rude and should take classes to help her cope with The public. Cashing a check as a business owner of a large community trucking company, trying to cash a vendor check I understand tellers hands can be tied. However, I DONT understand Alma's treatment and horrible attitude. Alma I hope you are reading this, so you can attitude check yourself when you walk into work. Nobody should deal with bad treatment & unfortunately in the world it is taken so lightly. Went here to setup a business account and it was a horrible experience. The account specialty was subpar.

From the moment we walked into the bank office, we were treated with courtesy and respect. The person greeting us at the door found out quickly what we needed and then set us up to meet with a banker. Our banker was Danielle Hill. I have to do a big shout out to Danielle!!! She was outstanding at helping us with our banking issues. She took her time and walked us through each step. She was thorough and very friendly during the process.
