Both…read moreprojects were significant and included the full range of of construction services; carpentry (finish and rough), plumbing, electric, HVAC, tiling, cabinetry, painting etc. The scope of work included bathrooms, a kitchen, and restructuring our roof and related dormers. Both projects were completed with a high degree of professionalism and significant attention to details. At no time did we feel the project was compromised for speed or price, even for those items that would never be apparent once walls were closed in. Some of the strongest attributes Schrader delivers include project logistics (the project never languished and it moved along rapidly with a high degree of coordination among high quality subs), cleanliness (the job site was never messy, at day end everything was cleaned up, dust remediation was outstanding, and the job site was always protected from the weather), and skill (the smallest details were completed with the highest attention to quality, joinery was not "fudged" with caulk). We would use Schrader and Company again and would highly recommend them for any home project regardless of size or complexity.
