But the Dr. came in the room and put 3 stitches in my hand to close my wound. Like I said, even he was kind. But the work is pretty bad. The stitches were very loose, and poorly secured. Within 2 or 3 days the knots were coming undone and the wound had reopened even with the stitches still there and "tied". I now have a deep crevice in my hand that I have to wait weeks for it to fully heal from the inside out, all because the kind Dr. in there cant stitch and tie a functioning knot correctly. was told to come back in 14 days to have stitches removed, but now 12 days later and 2 of the 3 have fallen out on their own because the knots finally came completely undone so I just pulled them out, since a piece of string threaded through my hand isnt doing anything.

Also putting pressure on my great vessels (aorta/ IVC). The doctor ignored an abnormal ECG and lab work that was grossly abnormal. They didn't consider me an "emergency". My family was mortified and felt helpless. Drs. Fraley and Sandlin were horrible. They were patronizing and told me:"It's JUST a hernia." My primary care said: "Yeah, they really need to improve." ALSO, Fraley put down that I left after getting pain meds. Insinuating that I was a drug seeker to cover her ass. I was 30 years on the clinical floor. I'm not the one to mess with. This place does so many…read morethings right, including: (1) the ease of making a same-day online appointment; (2) a convenient location with adequate parking; (3) a modern and clean facility with a friendly receptionist, a water bottle filling station, and complementary tissues / masks / water / snacks; and (4) competent medical staff and doctors who really do seem like they enjoy their job. They really seem to go above and beyond at this place. For example, after the medical assistant took my vitals and exited the room, I started coughing / hacking uncontrollably. She heard me and came back in and proactively offered me one of their free bottled waters, which I very much appreciated. Also, when the PA/doctor later came in and I told her my symptoms and how I had tried to self-treat with some old Rx meds I had on hand (on the recommendation of my mom, who is also a nurse), she actually commended me for doing that, re-upped my Rx, and told me to keep going. Although it was no fun to be sick right before the December holidays, this place made treating that sickness less stressful than the typical urgent care. I give this place 5 stars -- maybe even 6!
