He urged that I follow up my visit with a specialist and explained the reasons that it was important for me to do this in a manner that I could understand. I highly recommend this facility for any emergency or when a family physician is not available. My husband had to go in this past weekend for a sinus infection. He was so impressed with the medical personnel who cared for him. She was professional and personable. He said, "She was just great! You can't do a better job that she did. That place is the best!"

Alot of times they will completely dodge caring for patients either by judging the situation (you can hear them in the hallway mocking you, right before they walk in to your room) or just that they do not want to work or fix a small problem. I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. Im always anxious when I visit medical facilities. He removed the nail quick and swiftly. I am a self pay patient (no insurance) and the cost was reasonable. If I could provide a review of ZERO I would. I have been to this hospital a handful of times and…read morethey are rude and extremely unprofessional. The last time I was there for kidney stones. I was told that based on the size I would need stents but that it would be at least two weeks before they could "possible schedule me" to have this procedure. I was then sent home. I was seen by another hospital in MD and was told that I never should have been released and that there is no excuse to make a patient wait two weeks to be seen and sent home based on the size of the stones. The nursing staff was snarky, no bedside manner and the doctors followed suit with their cold "bothered" mentality. NEVER go here if given the choice!
