As a professional manager myself, I was able to identify flawless project management work. Constant transparency, communication, and immediate response to feedback. 4. Value. While landscaping can be on the spendy side. They worked within my budget. This landscaping only added value to my property. So its basically paying for itself. 5. Education. In the beginning he was there and attentive. As the project got going he showed up less and less. The workers would go weeks at a time without showing up. The one thing that he was consistent with was asking for payment. I had a pool installed by Anthony & Sylvan. They are the ones that referred him to me and it has been a truly awful experice. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them,. You agree upon a price and then he will come back to you stating that you need extra things that cost $1,xxx.00 more than what you initially agrred to. I could continue this and let you know all the things that went wrong however I would be typing for days. Just know that the reviews you read here about others experiences that sound alike do for a reason. I would caution anyone from doing business with them. i would rate it a ZERO if I could!

My insurance company denied to pay for the replacement because the patio roofing was being held together by substandard screws and nails. I have called many many time to have someone from Patio Enclosures to come out and look at my roof so that I can have it replaced. I have been promised someone will come out, someone will call me back, scheduled appointment where no one shows up and do not call to apologize and reschedule. The customer service is horrible and just disappointed.
