But after a brief conversation about what my mother was hoping to find, Lily followed up with thoughtful listings that truly reflected what we had discussed. Before we knew it, she had organically become our realtor. It never felt forced or transactional. It just felt right. Throughout the entire process, Lily was attentive, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. More than that, she became someone we genuinely cared about. She was always available, sometimes even at odd hours, and our conversations often went beyond real estate. We would end up talking about life, family, and everything in between. She truly felt like part of the family by the end of it all. One of the things that meant the most to us was how observant she was. At a few open houses, she noticed how much my mother was struggling with stairs. Instead of simply continuing to show us properties that fit on paper, Lily took that to heart. She ultimately found the perfect home for my mom in The Friendly Valley 55+ community in Santa Clarita. The home on Oak Garden Court checked every box, including something we hadn't fully articulated ourselves: no stairs. It was exactly what my mom needed. Lily guided us seamlessly through showings, negotiations, escrow, and closing. She helped us stay within our desired price range and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Through every step of this process she made herself completely available, and when we weren't sure who to contact and the last thing we wanted to do was to fish thru dozens of different movers and moving companies, she managed to outdo herself again. She put us in touch with a moving crew that was more than capable and who didn't complain when it came to overtime and that multiple trips would be required to transport all of my mother's belongings, we never felt rushed or that their performance dipped and that they'd rather get home and take short cuts which had ofteno been the case in my past dealings with movers. And when she quoted us a price and/or a fee for an added service, her top priority was assurung we were satisfied from beginning to end, and that when she was promising a particular rate or fulfillment time for a vendor or service, that it was honored, and to every last detail. When she learned that the first moving company that she had recommended had given us a quote which was conflicting to the one that she had given to me (and if I'm being completely honest--was so slight, and nowhere near being a "deal breaker"... At least in my opinion). When I told her about the discrepancy, and then how much value she placed on her word and how important it was to make a promise and see that it was followed through on to the very last dollar, speaks loudly on the type of character she posseses and how much she values honesty and her integrity. And in a field where one's sales and commission numbers can be regarded as the only things that matter, it's unusual and greatly refreshing to see someone like Lily who doesn't surrender or sacrifice one at the expense of another, and who's dignity isn't being auctioned up to the highest bidder. And when it finally came time to hand over the keys, she went above and beyond. She created a little red carpet moment, complete with a ribbon for my mom to cut. She brought a delicious cake for us to celebrate and even gifted my mom a TV for her new home. It was such a thoughtful, heartfelt gesture that we will never forget...And I haven't even mentioned our white goose yet:) It's also worth mentioning that Lily is also a devoted wife and a mother as well to what is a number of children that I will not specify, and do not want to over share that which she may consider too personal. My only intention and purpose in wanting to reference this for how it adds to just how impressive her professionalism and dedication truly is... She balances family and career in a way that is nothing short of inspiring. Simply put, Lily is everything you could hope for in a realtor: knowledgeable, kind, responsive, intuitive, and genuinely invested in her clients. We are so grateful that what started as a chance meeting at an open house turned into such a meaningful experience. If you are looking for someone who will not only help you find a home but truly care about the people involved, Lily Ventura is the one. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Kelli Debbs as a property manager is the worst experience I have had in my life…read more I am 57 years old, and I have had my share of bad experiences but Kelli Debbs is without question the most aggressively dishonest and unethical person I have ever encountered. I moved into an ADU in March. For three months I have had to be in constant contact with Kelli to push back against her fraudulent documentation and dictatorial decrees over my personal life (Kelli refused to allow me to use my own bedframe and tried to force me to live with broken, rusting furniture in my apartment that belongs to the property owner). The current status is that myself and the property owner drafted, finalized, and ultimately signed a Mutual Lease Termination and Surrender Agreement on May 29, 2026. Kelli requested not to be included in the document's execution (Why? It makes no sense). For a full week (May 23 - May 29) the property owner tried to electronically sign our agreement through DocuSign but claimed to have difficulty with the platform's functionality to add signatures. Finally, I printed out the document and we signed hard copies on May 29. Also on May 29, Kelli swoops in (even though she had explicitly stated she is not involved with this document) to insist the property owner needs professional help to finalize this document - and a new agreement will be drafted over the weekend - replacing what myself and the property owner had just signed. Talk about a shit show. The Property Owner never said he needed help. He never questioned any of the document's content - but speaking for him Kelli claims he needs help. At the same time Kelli states she has nothing to do with this document's execution. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. If the property owner needed help and had questions regarding the document's content he could have stated that. He could have asked questions and proposed changes. But he did not. He is in agreement with the content and signed the agreement yesterday. It is Kelli Debbs who states there is a problem - at the same time she states she is not involved. She claims the property owner needs professional help even though the property owner never stated this. Kelli Debbs is contradicting the property owner. NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE. This is just the most recent example of the unethical, bizarre, and nonsensical behavior I have had to deal with every day for 3 months. Everything is unscrupulous and nonsensical. And it never stops. Every day a new drama is invented by Kelli. This is the worst living experience I have ever had. I have had to call the police multiple times. "Somehow" a simulated mold stain appeared on my wall May 12th. It is not mold. The police confirmed this. I have confirmed this because you can easily wipe it away with water. Therefore, "someone" placed this on my wall when I was out running errands. It is only myself and the property owners who have keys to this apartment. This simulated mold was placed on my wall as a sinister plot to manipulate me into creating a maintenance ticket so that Kelli Debbs could try once again to force me into meeting with her face to face. That is exactly what Kelli tried to manipulate as soon as I submitted a maintenance ticket. Kelli Debbs has been determined to get me alone. Why? It's actually quite scary to contemplate what she might do. Kelli refuses to put things in writing. Kelli has shown up at my front door even when I told her I didn't want to meet with her. I requested she put her communications in writing. Kelli ignored me and showed up at my front door anyway. This has been one long nightmare.
