As you walk in to the office you'll notice the cleanliness and how welcoming it is. LIZ at front desk has been nice and helpful with helping me check in and scheduling. The wait time has not been long to get seen these past few visits after checking in. I was able to get seen by Dr Emily Camacho & Dental hygienist for a deep clean w/ gum treatment in the same day They have really cool and new technology especially with the X-rays and scans they do. Dr Emily Camacho, is very nice and very knowledgeable with what is best for your oral hygiene Dental hygienist Nastran Oweity was so informative before my deep clean and was very nice. Throughout the process she made me feel calm and comfortable. I will definitely be taking her advice to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Cavities that were not filled properly, crowns that were placed crooked with cement left all over my gums and much more. They never spent time looking into my issues. I recently had a cavity refilled that they originally filled. The cavity was already broken after less than 2 years and they did not take out the entire cavity. They left so much of it under the filling i almost needed a root canal. This is a terrible office where they barely care for your teeth. They are lazy and quick with everything that they do - cleanings, fillings, crown palcements. They care about getting as many patients in and out of their office, to make as much money as possible. If you care about your teeth, do not come here.

Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore? In the past, I have had so many bad experiences with dentists ignoring pain signals, rushing through everything without pausing to explain anything, and even recommending unnecessary invasive procedures. Thank you so much to Joanna, Stephanie and Dr. Armin for helping me today. I went in with a lot of embarrassment and worry after neglecting my cleanings for two years, expecting the worst. The entire team was kind and patient with me, and I had the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever had in my life. They have all the new equipment and offer excellent explanations. Stephanie the hygienist was so compassionate and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Joanna even came in and reviewed the exact cost of the recommended treatment plans, including what is covered and not covered by insurance. Truly transparent. He then explained that I might need a deep dental cleaning and that they would verify what portion my insurance would cover. After that, the doctor left the room and the office manager came in to explain that my insurance would cover part of the cost, but I would still need to pay approximately $575 out of pocket. I told her that I was only interested in a regular dental cleaning. Her response was that they could finance the treatment and that I could make monthly payments of about $95. At that point, I felt that they were more focused on selling additional services than listening to what I was requesting as a patient. I politely repeated that I only wanted a regular cleaning. She then said she would speak with the doctor. After speaking with him, she returned and told me that the doctor could perform a regular cleaning, but that I would need an antibacterial treatment that would cost approximately $75. I was honestly surprised by how many obstacles were being placed in front of a simple routine dental cleaning. In the end, I told them that I had other important things to take care of and that I would come back another time--which, unfortunately, I will not. The entire visit felt like a waste of time, and I never received the cleaning I had scheduled and expected. My experience left me feeling that the priority was generating additional revenue rather than focusing on the patient's needs and dental care. I hope future patients are given clear options and allowed to make informed decisions without feeling pressured into treatments they did not request.
