Everything about this location is abysmal. Nobody follows health regulations or washes their hands, they vape in the back and dont use gloves. One of the managers was crying in the back about cheating on her husband and him finding out. Just dont eat here this place sucks. read more

I made a run to this Wendy's for lunch because I was already down at acme to pick something up. The building was remodeled a few years back and it is very nice and modern and I personally love the look of it. The employee melody who was running the register was very nice and friendly and polite. The restaurant was nice and clean and we'll stocked even though on this day it was pouring down rain. This is where the review goes a little bit down hill for me. All though all my food was good my fries were luke warm and I ordered the new bacon jalapeno cheeseburger and it was good but I feel that their is too many things on the sandwich giving it too many different flavors which I feel hurts it and I also got a six piece spicy nuggets with honey mustard and those were good as well so I guess my food would be an average raring. I got a large sprite with my meal and the nice thing is that Wendy's has the coca cola freestyle machines. I got a large chocolate frosty and it was awesome. I will return to this Wendy's but it might be a while. read more

Waited 20 minutes to order and when I got up to order the person over the speaker said the words "ok go" in a very rude manner. I then proceed to get my food which I had been looking forward to since I haven't had Wendy's in 2 years. I grabbed my burger and it was cold. It was so good even the foil it was rapped in was cold. I though oh well I will eat it anyways... this did not happen the center of my bun was almost frozen and it was so nasty I had to spit it out. I was then exited to eat the chicken nuggets because who doesn't like Wendy's chicken nuggets... chicken nuggets were not cooked fully... the center of it was almost dough it was so raw I wanted to throw up. Only thing good that came out of this were the fries. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. You guys need to get better customer service, better cooks, and better food. read more

You guys need to learn how to talk to people. I went to this location to pick up an Uber eats order Upon yelling the young man the name of the person i was picking up the order for, he asks me to confirm what is inside of the order because the name on my app and they name that their system shows doesn't exactly match. I show him the order. It matched. It wasn't my fault that the name showed different in their system. The manager.. I'm guessing that's what she is came over and proceeded to scold the young man about how he needed to verify the order number all while she proceeded to put her dirty mutts on my phone. I didn't appreciate that or the fact that she obviously thought that i was there trying to take someone's food and mot actually click it up for Uber like i said i was. I've been here several times I think the service is much better at the drive through verses going inside. It is not a large restaurant and can get crowded and backed up. Bottom line is I've always got exactly what I ordered. They could put a little more effort in keeping the tables wiped down in the dinning area. This is not my first choice when I think of burgers but it's one of the better choices in the area. read more

Came thru the drive thru line tonight and was immediately met with a rude employee. I was lucky to even get my order placed, as she kept interrupting me and cutting me off. I ordered my burger with cheese only, and God forbid I had a coupon- clearly a GIANT inconvenience to the employee taking my payment. Finally got up to get my food and that employee was rude also. I asked for ketchup, again God forbid. My food was cold and my order was wrong. Management needs to look into hiring new people or having a serious talk with what crappy employees they already have...this isn't the first time I've had all the same problems. read more

Wow, ordered family chili and they asked 3 times if I wanted chili oil or hot packets, I replied no, it makes me ill, the hot packets. get home dish out chili and it tastes as if packets was added, so went to different Wendy's in the area, and sure enough could tastes difference, put some off to the side and added hot packet, bam, tasted like family chili I got earlier. not sure who running store on April 24th 2018, at 230pm but that manager needs fired or reprimanded. thank you I will not eat at that Wendy's again. read more

I go to this location usually atleast once a week for lunch and I always have a good experience. I can understand that others would leave a review after a bad experience but I've never experienced anything negative at this location. I usually grab a salad for lunch and while the drive through line can be long it usually goes very quickly. And I've NEVER had a mistake on my order! I would say this is Wendy's does a better job than most giving customers their orders quickly and correctly. Plus the woman usually taking orders on drive through with the "unusual" voice is always so pleasant it brings a smile to my face. read more

This Wendy's is usually good. Every time I have gotten food here it has been fresh. The only downsides to this location are the long wait times and the rude staff. Every time I have gone here I have ordered inside and each time I have had the same person take my order. This person usually cuts me off mid-order and makes ordering really awkward. The longer wait times I have experienced were ultimately worth it because the food was good. On average I would have to wait about 10 minutes for my order, which is a bit long for fast-food but is usually worth it in my opinion. read more

From the time I arrived in the drive thru till the time I got my food was just over 20 mins on a Saturday night at 9pm (not busy). Food was fine but service was absolutely terrible. Was not apologized to for the delay, not even recognized when I pulled up to the food window. I visited this location yesterday on October 24th and 9:30pm with friends. We ate inside the restaurant, the workers were so/so and the place felt sticky. The tray with my food on it and the tables were sticky and needed cleaning. We all ordered French fires which appeared undercooked. We ate our fries and now today we each feel sick. read more

I needed to run thru the drive thru since I was pressed on time but looked forward to a Wendy's favorite of mine (since I've been on a diet for months). I get my food, check that it's all there, and head across the street to eat. The fries were old and nasty... which the oil itself must've been overused because my chicken asiago sandwich was also gross!!! So DISAPPOINTING!!! People that run thru a drive-thru don't have the time to make sure you know how to do your job, and it's really not that hard. I don't know why I'm always surprised when my orders are off, completely wrong, or old and nasty... Is it too much to ask to take a little bit more pride in your job and the food you serve so the paying customers actually get what they expect and are paying for??? Nobody has the time to turn back around and wait in another line to have you remake their food and we shouldn't have to! Managers I'm speaking to you!
