They went on to talk about how much of a "B" one of their fellow employees are. I walked up and leaned in and simple told them. "Listen, I heard your entire conversation and that's not appropriate. I had stopped going to this subway for a while due to past experiences. In the last three weeks I've probably bought 15 salads from this location. I generally order on the app and all but one was so full that I had to put it in a bigger bowl to eat it. They've listened to all of my special requests including no dressing. They've continued to provide me with a very filling and well-made salad. I did have one that was like half full and I was a little disappointed because it's not cheap but I know they have new staff members as well. I also know that there are a lot of complaints on here about them not accepting coupons but any coupon that I've applied on the app has worked to notify bring it in. The staff has also been extremely friendly. Every time I go in, they always tell me my order is all set and have a great day and always acknowledge me. The store is always clean and well stocked for chips or cookies. I'm not sure what changed, but it's definitely better than any experience I've had in this location in the past and I'm glad that I gave it another chance.
