Similar design from other 110 Grills but plenty of seating for 1-larger groups. Staff was very attentive and the service was prompt. Great menu options with specials. And we completely enjoyed our meals. You will not see signs from the main road, so google restaurants for directions but worth the trip. read more

Have heard great things about the 110 grill since moving here and decided to try it with takeout today... we were beyond disappointed!! I ordered online for the earliest pickup time which was 12noon and my husband got there at 1155 and was given our burger and chicken piccata dish to bring to me at work which is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. There was no flatware, napkins or condiments in the bags, the fries were ice cold and soggy, and my chicken was sitting in 1/4" of oil. We are not sure if it was just the location we chose, but unsure if we are willing to take the risk trying another location since they are pretty pricey. read more

Ordered two of the same flat breads of our four person party. They both came out wrong. The server told us "it only takes five minutes to make new ones". So two of our friends got their food and we're just about done eating before the other two corrected meals came out. They rushed in making them so the crust was soggy and under cooked. Neither of us ate more than one slice. I took mine home to be polite, but it went right to the trash. Then our server was MIA for about ten mins. We were waiting to cash out after a much lo myself than anticipated lunch. We realized she was over talking to someone else at a table she must have been friends with. 110 and this location used to be our go to place on Friday nights, but they have really gone downhill in the past year. The last few times I have gone, the service has been terrible and the food just okay. Tonight we waited at least 10-15 minutes before our server came to our table to acknowledge us and take drink orders: When I said I was about to go ask if we had a server, he just said that he was busy watching for food or orders (or something like that). Terrible excuse. My husband's favorite dish was soggy and not cooked well. I ordered an appetizer as my meal and it came out at least 5-10 minutes after my husband got his meal. The manager didn't even notice that my husband was mostly done with his meal when mine came (ie no apology). And this is just one example. This has been the trend the last few times we have gone. For a franchise, this is among the top of the line. Each location we have been to has been clean, well maintained, comfortable, and nicely laid out. The staff have been consistently friendly and on the spot with service. Their food offerings are always creative, delicious, and reasonably priced. We are vegetarian and can always find great options on their menu, and I'm certain that would go for meat eaters as well. I like knowing that no matter what location we happen to visit, we know the overall experience will be great and their food consistently fresh and well prepared. This location is no exception. Today was the second time I've been really unhappy with this location. Today was the last time I'll eat there. It took 45 minutes to make two ruebens and one nacho order. the nachos were done right away and left on the counter. We ordered fried pickles. Those came quickly. However when we got to the bottom the pickles weren't cooked. I got a mouthful of flour. The sandwiches were so soggy we ate them with a fork and knife. We were seated by the cooking station. the staff did nothing but complain about pretty much everything. Not going back. Don't waste your time and money. read more

We were in the area yesterday, and needed a bite to eat before the hour and a half drive back home. We called in for a take-out order, opted to share some Fried Pickles and Hubby and I both agreed that The Cure Burger sounded amazing, so one of those for each of us as well. Their description: "GRILLED 8 OZ Certified Angus Beef BURGER, AMERICAN CHEESE, APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON, FRIED EGG, SMASHED TATER TOTS, CARAMELIZED ONIONS AND DEMI-GLACE, SERVED ON A TOASTED BUN" When we opened up the box, there weren't smashed tots on the burger, but it was still a good burger otherwise. Everything else though was a bit too salty, which is saying a lot b/c hubby loves his salt and neither of us could finish the fried pickles, fries or onion rings. Our other disappointment was finding they left out the ketchup and napkins we asked for. They even left out the utensils after they asked us if we needed Honestly, that's something even a fast food restaurant would've included w/o asking, and the meal wouldn't have cost $47 (including tip). I get that the restaurant industry may be suffering now with the pandemic going on; however, that should be all the more reason they execute their to-go orders the best they can. Lots of restaurants to choose in the area. We should've known better when the line for Wendy's was lined up out towards the road, and there was all but 4 cars parked at 110 Grill.. Honestly, I would've been more satisfied w/ a meal from Wendy's. At least I wouldn't have blown nearly $50 just to have a burger, nor would I have had to use a water bottle to wash off the gooey egg. We were so happy to see Jess as our bartender/server. She is a class act and superb professional. We both enjoyed pork chops. My wife had the cider pork chop special and I had the Thai pork chop. We decided for quick lunch/dinner on the way back home from Western Mass. 110 Grill popped up on the route sign so we gave it a shot. We decided to sit on an empty bar with not so friendly bartender and waited for our meal delivery. It was frustrating to see our food sitting on the kitchen window, getting cold for good 10-15 minutes to be finally brought to us. (There was total of 4 people us including sitting on the bar at the moment) Appetizer eventually came together with the main meal. I wasn't very impressed with either - cold fried pickles and pesto pasta with tomatoes and enormous chunks of artichokes. The best meal on the table was the pre-appetizer: bread with garlic butter. I think the prices are unfair. You can't go here and drink and not drop almost a hundred dollars. 12 beers and 26 dollar steaks. Plus leaving a tip obviously. They switched up the menu to save money or time. The pasta is all fettuccini not spiral like described in the pesto artichoke pasta. The only thing I will order. I'll walk to market basket and grab a huge steak and throw it on the grill and still have money left over for morning coffee! Bottom line! You rich? Okay cool go ahead the food is usually very good. I don't usually go to this kind of restaurant... a chain in a strip mall/shopping center ... but I was meeting a friend from Boston and this was our halfway point. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We were seated outside at one of three umbrella tables on a perfect sunny day. Our waitress was attentive and animated without being overbearing. We each ordered the beyond burger and sweet potato fries. I got a gluten-free bun, which I was warned contains dairy. Good to know. As others have noted, they are very particular about allergens here. There is a gluten-free menu. I've heard raves about this burger product but I have to say it didn't really wow me. The little fatty blobs in the "meet" sort of grossed me out. That's no fault of the restaurant. It occurs to me now that I did not get the pickle that was advertised. :-) The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious but there weren't a whole lot of them. I half expected the ketchup and mustard to be house made since the restaurant prides itself on serving fresh foods, but they were not. Free refills on the ice tea, straw is optional. Would love to see them go to biodegradable straws in paper wrap. Right now they are offering black plastic straws in plastic wrap. It's a little thing, but these little things add up. We split a piece of flourless chocolate cake covered in raspberry sauce and fresh berries. Delicious. Served warm. Overall, a nice experience. Plenty of vegetarian options; you could bring the whole gang here and everybody should come out happy. Be prepared to pay a little more than you would at similar chains, though. read more

Very pricey. The food isn't so high end to justify some of the 28.00 or higher price tags. That's a bag of groceries at market basket! I have to be impressed to drop that much on a plate of food these days. Typically you'll look around and see first timers having sticker shock eating a salad and chewing regretfully. My future father in law must have a death wish to use up his entire credit card on this place. I've been so many times it's disgusting. I order the same modest meatless pasta dish. So pull up and sit a spell if you want to have an expensive steak and over priced salad. Don't get me started on the prices at the bar. I think drinking at home might suit a frugal fanny. read more

Way too expensive and small of portions overall. The food isn't bad, but it's not amazing and you're paying prices like you're getting homegrown organic vegetables/meat in these dishes when it's just normal stuff. Grabbed buffalo chick dip, chicken plicata gnocchi, cuban sandwhich, and apple crisp for takeout. Cuban ($16) Good size albeit the filling wasn't nearly as substantial as the thick bread. Good quality meat/bread though and probably the best item I had. Fried pickles and honey mustard on a Cuban is an odd choice though and not something I'd want on my Cuban again. Chicken Piccata ($22) - Small portion, one thin piece of chicken, with a handful of gnocchi. Chicken tasted deep fried and that it wasn't coated/cooked in the sauce which seems weird for picatta. Sauce itself tasted like it had cream in it (or a ton of butter) and just tasted like fat since there was very little other flavors going on. No acidity from the capers or flavor from the chicken at all in the sauce or seasoning. Just a weird piccata overall. Buffalo Chick Dip ($15) This one is just a ripoff. Tiny little bowl of dip with tortilla chips that weren't fried fresh, and basically the same ones you could get at Market Basket next door. Not expecting Michelin Star dip since its just buffalo dip but the portion was so tiny for $15, they should give you double the amount. Literally any buffalo chicken dip you've had at a Superbowl party will be as good as this and 20 times cheaper. Apple Crisp ($10) - Worst apple crisp I've ever had. Calling it an apple crisp seems misleading considering no streusel topping or any it in general. Basically just some apples baked in butter and sugar with a few oats thrown in. Caramel sauce tasted like it was from a jar and the portion was as tiny as the buffalo dip. If the prices were more reasonable, I'd give the review another star but you're paying like you're at some higher end place who is handmaking everything but you're just getting slightly above average restaurant chain food in smallish portions. Our last visit, someone in our party ordered the seafood scampi. It came with linguini. It looked like the seafood was steamed on a large amount of linguini with a watery liquid in the bottom of the serving plate. Pretty tasteless. Our server asked how it was and was told awful. This review is based off the food we had ONLY! Beer was amazing, I tried 3 of the house brewed those were great. Service was amazing as well, thanks to the ladies who served and brought us our food. However the actual food itself, not for me. I ordered the gnocchi which I wanted so bad since I saw the yelp photo but it had so much lemon that I couldn't eat it. I'm Hispanic we love lemon, we literally cook with it all the time but nope...it had so much citrus I couldn't taste the pasta it tasted like chewy lemon dough that needed to be baked or something. I'd give this entree a ONE STAR. My sons meal, he had chicken strips and rice, those are great portions for kids more than enough but the strips were so hard he couldn't bite into them, maybe fry them less for the kids since they aren't drenched in sauces to soften them out. The fish and chips was actually good. I can say maybe a 4 star, not a three. I think considering this is a very large chain restaurant there on the east coast it should have a larger menu option. That or the chiefs should be willing to accommodate... I brought my teen sister and the only thing a teen would eat here is a burger or wings. The menu is more refined I'd say. They were good about allergies and all but definitely not a family restaurant more of a adult or grown up restaurant. I have been trying for a long time to explain to servers how NOT to serve fresh vegetables, whether part of a salad or accompanying an appetizer. Brown, wilted lettuce is unacceptable. Carrot sticks, which should be cut thin not chunky, should not be served if dried out or green. Celery is unacceptable if limp or brown/rotted on the ends. The first person responsible is the manager for not training properly or not staying on top of what is happening in the kitchen. Next, is the cook and then the server. Understanding the server can't tell if all of the meals are prepared properly, they should notice if vegetables are old and not worthy of serving. This is a chain restaurant that is high-priced for this area. Your food is not homemade, it is Sysco. Please pay attention and explain to your cooks and servers that rotten produce served is not acceptable. read more

I've tried here several times and always leave disappointed. 110 is essentially an over priced apple bees. Food brought to our table was cold and small portions. My kids $9 meals had bigger portions then the adult $20+ meal. It tries hard to be an upper scale chain restaurant but fails with the delivery. It's been rare since COVID to find a place with service that can approximate what it was like before 2019 (a least on this western half of MA). Elayne provided amazing service today, timely, thorough and personable. On top of that we made above extra requests of her, including having our toddlers meal set aside for a while to cool down before being brought to the table so it wouldn't be too hot to eat. If you're a retiree or a rural middle-aged person you might like this restaurant. They seem to use a lot of butter and cream but basic seasoning with salt and pepper is virtually non-existant. This is kinda hard to do when you're at the bar with a total of 5 people. We decided to leave after a drink and didn't order any food. We were there for 45 minutes. We both had one beer in total and with a tip paid over 20$. Bring your wallets People! I was contacted by the General Manager after making a similar post a few weeks ago.
