The most disappointing fast food experience i ever had. I ordered 2 hamburgers and fries with no salt. Came to $27 and change, which i thought was kind of a lot. I got my food home, and found 3 sandwiches, one was a chicken sandwich i did not order. I went back to the branch and they ARGUED WITH ME. Said i ordered the chicken when i didnt. Now, i have to go back tomorrow and speak to the general manager, or district manager, or whoever. Will never come back here read more

This was probably the fasted Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered and by the time I filled up my soda they were loudly saying my order. Literally less than 30 seconds from paying to getting my food. The frys and nuggets were inedible, the burger was kinda disgusting My mistake for eating this slop. I got he most violent diarrhea I have ever experienced in 36 years of my life. I know this was caused by Wendy's because I know two other people who ate there on that day and both got violent diarrhea. This Wendys gave me the most traumatic 6 hours of my life. Waited in line at the counter for over 10 minutes. When we finally got to order, they got it wrong even though I had him read it back to me. I only wanted the sandwich and fries but he rang it up as a combo meal. Then when we got the food there was a sandwich missing so he handed me one from behind the counter. And there was an extra small fry that I didn't order but paid for and received anyway. I got out to the car to discover that the sandwich he gave me was not the right one, so I had to go back in and wait for them to cook another. Overall the entire stop took about 40 minutes. And I've never had so many things go wrong in one place before. At least the Hot Honey chicken sandwich was good...once I finally got it. read more

Employees there are very friendly but I have to say the fries are very, very salty and soggy. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was over-saturated with mayo but the chicken nuggets and frosty were very good. Just wish the fries tasted crispier and less salty. 4 for $4 is still my favorite option since you can substitute your fountain drink for a frosty. read more

I usually use the drive thru and usually escape with the correct order though they usually skimp on the fixings and fries. By far the worst fast food fries I've ever had. No salt on the fries. They're open until 1am but close down their drive thru before 9:30pm. Every worker there was rude and disrespectful. I was offered a coupon for a free hamburger, which was nice. However, neither burger tasted that fresh. The fries tasted like they had been sitting a while and were not hot. The coffee was fine. Had a very confusing experience here recently. Went with a friend for their famous coffee, but all the lights were off. We decided to try anyway, and by-George it was open! We ordered 2 iced coffees, and a burger meal deal, but we didn't want the drink, which then confused the person taking the order (ha!). When we were given our order we felt as though we'd done something wrong, which filled us with delight! The coffee was not great, but the burger and fries were good. We will be returning once a week for this outstanding art installation. I'm not sure if this place actually exists. The mystique is palpable. My life has been given new meaning. We stopped in the other day for a quick meal, and quick it was with the excellent service we received. Hubby had a couple burgers and a soda, his burgers with nice, hot, fresh and juicy - he gobbled them up along with an order of fries. I had a baked potato with cheese and bacon - real bacon. Although this place is very clean, fast with service, and plenty of seating I give only 4 stars because my last visit wasnt so pleasant. The cashier was nice and doing what he could, it was the manager that made it a terrible experience. She basically yelled at the cashier in front of us causing an awkward experience to the point I was getting fumed and wanted to give her a piece of my mind but I held my tongue because everything else was pleasant. Listen I never complain but I've had enough! Working 16 hour days, this Wendy's is close and convenient to my home. After messing up my order 3 nights in a row, I actually skipped a couple of days then unfortunately returned. The line was super slow, I had to repeat my order 3 times then 2 more times at the window. I could see the employees inside laughing and joking around. The poor guy at the window basically has NO help! The larger red haired girl who seemed to only be in charge of her cell phone actually had it stuffed into her bra. I was shocked to see her reach into her own breast area to pull out her phone, then handle my food! OMG ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! are there no hair nets, gloves or basic cleanliness? The chili which at one time was the best tasting chili over all other take out places and even over a lot of restaurants was just water and no taste!!! I paid for cheese which is way to high of a price and of course they didn't put any cheese in the chili! The burgers were dry and the buns were hard and old. OMG, I was so surprised to see the terrible service at this establishment (12-12-2015) After waiting inside in line for 10 minutes the girl taking the orders said that she cannot take my order because the screen shuts down when there are too many orders. She was standing with another girl and both seemed very nervous and uncomfortable. After a few more minutes she said she could put my order in if it was a small one. It was not a small one as my order was for four people. She felt bad for me so she put my order in anyway. During this time I noticed that people behind me in line where leaving. I then started waiting for my food and preparing for it. The napkin dispensers were empty. I told the girl who was just standing there behind the counter that the napkins were empty. She handed me a few. I expected her to go fill the dispensers or tell some one else to do so but she didn't and she certainly had time. Then I went to the soda machine and my first selections were empty. Finally got our food in 20 minutes from when we ordered. The food was okay but the ketchup dispenser was nearly empty and I had to work to get any thing out. After we were done eating the waste barrels were completely full. Yes not just one, all. I couldn't believe it. Many people were making negative comments thriving on each others experience. It was like a big joke. I will never go there again. They do not have a clue as to how to run a fast food restaurant. It was unbelievable. Oh, while we were eating people were still leaving from the waiting line to go elsewhere to eat. For being fast food, I didn't expect this Wendy's to be anything special but it was! The food came out very fast and it was all freshly made (got the 4 for $4 deal). But what made me give this location five stars was the cashier employee Sean. He went out of his way to be extra nice to us and his overall attitude was just very welcoming. Again, for fast food I never really expect the workers to be polite. Sean gave me some hope for people in the fast food business! On top of being very polite and friendly, you could tell Sean valued the appearance of the restaurant. When there weren't any customers to take orders from, he was wiping down tables AND chairs and cleaned up the drink station. I just really want to applaud Sean and perhaps his manager for the way he works so diligently. It's so nice to see! read more

Damn you, you red headed vixen for enticing me into your fast foodery. I ordered the Baconator, because if I'm going to blow off my diet, i'm doing it with slabs of greasy bacon. That first bite sent me into an orgasmic frenzy. Like OMG the cattle that made this burger possible must have been sent down from heaven, riding clouds made of pixie dust and baby lion tears. The cheese was melted by a whimsical dragon whispering "delicious" with its fiery red flames dancing around my burger in majestic display of color and smoke. A gracious and humble server added just the right amount of ketchup and mayo making sure every bite I took brought me that much closer to pure ecstasy. The bun! oh the bun, the most important part it holds this masterpiece together. The bottom of the bun was a pillowy bed for my awaiting meat to rest on, the top a cushiony blanket to cover and keep the yumminess warm and comfortable. The bun served it's purpose with pride and dignity. As I sank my teeth into this magnificent burger the world stopped all around me until I was on my very last bite. I held in my hand a perfect mixture of meat, bacon, bun and condiments. An angel blew a trumpet of victory as this last bite passed my lips. I thank you Ms. Wendy. This place reminds me of an outhouse except instead of dropping poop off they hand it to you in a bag. I've gotten raw chicken, a raw burger and one chicken sandwich that was as thin as paper. I generally like Wendy's food if it is prepared correctly but they can't get it right here. They should fire every employee here then slap them as they walk out the door. Is it that difficult?
