Chicken oil was OK. Person at the drive-through was rude. Their new float you only get 3/4 of a glass of flat Coke not good.

The Southwest salad had three pieces of black bean in it and no pepper jack cheese. I sent it back and the second one she was about to hand me was the same. I instead asked for the Cobb salad which was fine. The chicken soup had one sliver of chicken in it which I sent back and they threw a bunch of pieces of chicken in for me. Terrible. I think I was overly excited to find a seemingly random Chick-fil-A food truck parked as I was looking for the something to eat because the restaurant I was going to only opens for dinner. As I was standing in line, I was mulling over my options for the my meal. I was going to get 2-3 orders of nuggets, or nuggets and a sandwich and a fries. I was going back in forth until I came close enough to see the sign. They had a 30 piece nuggets for $20 which was a much better deal so I got that and a fries. I talked story with the cashier and found out they are only located there on Saturdays from 11:30-7pm. I guess it was just dumb luck that I found them. Well I took my meal home and finished my nuggets and fries and I was good for the day. Very satisfying and I am didn't need to drive to Portland, ME or wait in the long lines back in Hawaii. If I need my fix I just have to wait till Saturday! read more

We drove 5 plus hours on our way home to Northbrough from Maine. A few miles from home we the family decided on Chick-fil-A. Not having been there for quite sometime I was soooo looking forward to it. There was barely anyone there Labor Day evening so we thought it'd be spot on. First off, we couldn't get an answer on what was on the new Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich. Okay....no biggie we were hungry so it didn't matter. Now to make a long story short. Room temp fries, chicken sandwiches, and strips. It was by far the worst meal we've ever had at any fast food establishment. Wow. Thought I would never leave a review for a fast food joint especially Chick-fil-A. I am originally from GA so I LOVE Chick-fil-A and am a huge fan. First of all, I ordered a curbside delivery, food took 20 minutes and when it did finally arrive it was missing my fries so I had to go inside to get it. Strike one. (Mind you I have been to this location several times and each time they manage to forget something especially sauces...) Second, I get home to eat my lunch and the salad I ordered (the one with strawberries) was DISGUSTING. Like black lettuce, inedible old fruit.. look at the picture of the "lettuce". I cannot believe they actually served me this..even McDonald's has better quality lettuce than this guys... I threw it away- good bye $10!!! I usually don't get salads at fast food but I have NEVER received such disgusting food in my life and I expected better from Chick-fil-A. I have ordered this exact same salad at many different Chick-fil-A establishment with varying levels of quality but this takes the win for being the absolute worst. The drive thru (which was not overly busy) was very slow and they messed up 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Chick-fil-A is always a winner! This location is a great spot, I recommend ordering ahead online, so you don't have to wait in long drive-thru lines (They have 2 drive-through lines). We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a deluxe chicken sandwich (with no cheese), large waffle fries, 8 piece chicken nuggets, and all of the sauces you could ever dream of. After checking-in on their app, my food was assembled and ready in a matter of minutes. I walked in and one of the workers asked for my name and gave me my order. Super quick delicious food was going to be in my stomach in a matter of minutes! The portions of the sandwiches are a perfect size with chicken patty, add a bit of chick-fil-a sauce and you are good to go! I ordered and paid for 2 4 strip meals and nuggets and I was a box of 4 strips short. When i went back in line they wanted a receipt which I didn't get and he wanted me to pay AGAIN. Apart from that it was not his job to help so that was that. I called and asked for a manager a second teenager came on the phone and not a manager and didn't want to help either and hung up on me. When we opened the one box of 4 strips we got , there where 3 pieces no bigger then nuggets. $33 for this is ridiculous but it's what you get when you have kids running the show with no adult supervision. Also the last time I was there there was a kid handing out the bags to the cars and the kids behind him where ridiculing him over some mistake he made. So rude and mean and unprofessional. With all the other places to eat I will go elsewhere but they have enough customers I'm sure I won't be missed. read more

I finally went to Chick-fil-A in Worcester, MA and all I can say is OMG - now I know why the drivethru ALWAYS has a long line. I love chicken sandwiches with pickles, and for real, theirs was RIDICULOUS - I could have eaten 10 of them. And the fries were superb! We went inside to order nd eat. Staff was friendly, fast and the place was CLEAN! They even has place mats! I can't wait to go back again and try something else on the menu. read more

I've been to the Westborough location probably 6-8 times in the past year and on two occasions including this time the food was cold. It's apparent that drive through is a priority so if you dine in it's a crapshoot whether you get your food quickly. Today I wanted nothing but food for my son and forgot my card at home. I had an emergency $100 bill in my son's bag and wasn't sure if they would have change since I only got one meal. The grilled nuggets are WAY overpriced. Better to buy chicken at the grocery store and cook it up at home. Plus they are rubbery and barely lukewarm. I love how you drive up and the attendant asks for your order way before you are able to see the menu out in the drive thru. So much for the physical menu adding to sales. What do you suppose the fix is for that? Go outside sometime and LOOK.....it may come to you. I wrote this on the corporate website too. I love going to this location when I am in the area. I have had a consistent experience with my order no matter where I place it. I travel with lots of children that have very specific likes and dislikes. Our order has quite a bit of "no this" ad "extra this". The order taker in the drive-thru, even though you know they are trying to be quick always takes the time to verify the order and never makes me feel rushed in the process. When we decide to go in I love how the high chairs are clean and the cashier engages with each of my children while they have their moment of fame ordering their lunch. The food is hot and fresh, and we always get the requested sauces and toppings for our salad. They are definitely doing something right to have such a happy team of people ready to serve! read more

This is a good standard Chick-fil-A. The staff here is nice, and the location gets very busy during the lunch and dinner rushes. They do a fairly good job of getting people through the line there. I have eaten here multiple times and personally haven't had any issues with my orders coming out as expected. We did have one time with on of my kids orders the chicken nuggets only seeming to be breading vs chicken. The issue more fell since it was drive through it wasn't noticed until we were well enough away from the location to come back. I don't have any doubt they would have fixed the issue if we were dinning in store. But if looking for drive through and in Westborough, this should deliver on your expectations for what Chick-fil-A does. read more

Use to be one of my fav stop shop for eatery any partly coz of the customer service. But lately this location seems to have lost the interest of serving food. 3 back to back instance happened of rudeness and order mess up's which caused my complete lost of trust at this chain. Either its just this location's new management or overall chic-fil-a's stance for customer service have degraded drastically. If the location is running low on Ranch they need to remove it from the menu instead of being rude and insulting to the customer. May be losing 1 customer doesn't count to them but it may matter to other who got a new one. read more
