I had also ordered a burger and fries and expected that chili was in that bag. This Wendy's location has been hit or miss for me since I have lived in Aurora. Sometimes the service and food is Steller but most of the time they leave me hanging. This last incident I ordered on the app ahead of time and drove there to see a long line in the drive through. Figured it should be quick, but it wasn't. Very slow. We were running out of time as we had tickets to the movies across the street. We finally get to the window and it is AI. I say I have a mobile order, then it says we have to get a rep for you. The they have to find someone to work the drive thru to accept our order. We finally get up to the window and the gentle working the drive thru was really nice. We get to the movie parking lot and find that I ordered a lettuce wrapped double stack ( trying to keep to a keto diet) and when I open the container it is 2 patties, a slice of not melted cheese, a ton of ran onions on top and 2 packets of ketchup. No lettuce whatsoever. Such a sad and pathetic looking meal. I really do like Wendys but this location is just horrible most of the time. read more

The problem with this location is that every third or fourth time they forget half of my order in the drive thru. I know I am supposed to check. But it has gotten to the point that I am going more to McDonald's because they get my order Right. It sucks because Wendy's food is so much better. We went to try to Wendy's Orange Dreamsicle Frosty. I really needed a straw as it melted fairly fast. It left an aftertaste that I really didn't like. This wendys location is the worst. THE slowest drive thru on Earth. Everytime! Doesn't matter if there's no cars or a long line. Be prepared to sit in your car for a while. Last time I went, the line wouldn't move so I parked and went inside to order. I did that just to wait another 30 minutes inside. The manager inside was running all over the place, yelling at her workers, giving every customers bad attitude. It was a s**tshow. One customer was on his phone by the register waiting for his order. Used to be one of my favorite locations for years. Last night they lost my business. I placed an order and my infant and I waited at the counter for 49 minutes before they finally helped us. The manager was rude as hell to me. At one point she left the obviously busy restaurant, and came back roughly 20 minutes later, only to yell at all the employees "JESUS CHRIST I CANT EVEN TAKE A PISS?" In front of my child and other children. Then she started sweeping, which was horribly timed. When I asked for assistance after being there for over 40 minutes, she got rude with me and didn't even apologize that I had been waiting so long. She was rude as hell to customers and employees and at the end of our 49 minute wait, 1 of our 3 items was incorrect!!!!! I'm done with this location until they get new management. read more

I love going to Wendys for a cheap meal that tastes decent, but today I wish I had paid a higher price somewhere else for some better service. The drivethru staff could at least be friendly, right? This Wendys is absolutely terrible. They have 7 people on staff and close the entire dining area almost everyday. The manager refused to give me my pick up order that they had already charged me for saying "there was nothing they could do" when the receipt should be all they need to make the order. After working many years in management, I know that the customer should always be right and clearly he does not. He is a complete as*hole with no pride in what he does. Absolutely the worst Wendy's in the area. We were in line for over 10 minutes. Multiple people left the line. When we finally got up to the speaker we were not even acknowledged. My husband had to ask if they were open several times before we even got a response. We were told that they were stressed out and short staffed. We were told it be another 10 to 15 minutes. it would've been nice if they come out and told the line that was reaching across the parking lot they were short staffed and it was going to be at least 25 minutes. this isn't the first time there been issues at this Wendy's. If you can actually get your order, most of the time it's wrong. They need better management. Terrible. read more
