I have never been to a Raising Canes, so this review is for their chicken in general. It's actually very good. All they sell are chicken tenders, looks like you can put it in a sandwich as well. But the chicken is battered, very uniquely, and their cane sauce is also delicious.. The batter is almost like tempura, very light and crispy. As for this particular franchise, I'm not sure why such low stars, they were friendly, helpful and patient with me as I was brand new to the place and wasn't sure what to get. read more

Our food was great, hot and fresh! However, both of our sodas were flat and not really cold. But that problem was solved immediately when Kenny came over to our table to see if we were enjoying our meal. We told him about the flat sodas, and he apologized and explained that the ice machine on their fountain drink dispenser was broken and so if the ice got too low the soda didn't stay cold and would taste flatter. He immediately brought us new sodas from the drive through fountain drink machine and they were much better. He also had someone fill up the lobby ice machine again and was having the cashiers put ice in the cups of the customers so that they wouldn't need to use the lobby ice and empty the machine again, keeping the soda cooler. We were impressed that he took action right away to solve the problem for everyone even though we were the only ones to say anything about it. Then he checked back with us a little later to get us refills, again from the drive through machine instead of the lobby one. Excellent work Kenny, thanks so much! In addition, Deana came by to see if we needed anything and we were greeted promptly when we arrived. The lobby was clean and the music was at just the right volume too. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday at 3 pm. Lots of seating available inside and limited covered seating outdoors so you're not burning in the sun. The menu is pretty simple. The more chicken tender you get in your combo the more expensive it is. For the box combo, if you're not into coleslaw, you can replace it with another toast at no cost. The food came out within 5 min or so. Chicken was hot and juicy except the fries turned out okay. We asked for extra crispy and there were a couple soggy/mushed pieces. Giving 2 stars because at least the chicken fingers slap. Unfortunately, this location was a let down. After my shift at work, i was craving some delicious, juicy tenders and salty fries, but most of all that out of this world canes sauce that ties the entire meal together. You can imagine my unpleasant surprise when i got home, changed into my comfy clothes, sat on the couch, through on my favorite Netflix show, and opened that warm styrofoam box to see NO cane sauces. I even ordered an extra because i love it so much. I physically had to hold back tears as this was something i was looking forward to after a hectic shift at the hospital. Yesterday, I decided to run through the drive-through with my Mom. She was in town for the weekend and we just wanted some chicken fingers for dinner. To keep a long story short, I was in line to order, when suddenly, the clutch in my beloved Honda Element went out. I had no pressure in it and was unable to get my car to shift. The car behind me starts to honk, I panic, my Mom hops out to let them know what is going on. I frantically call my husband to let him know what is going on. While doing so, I see an employee come out of the side door and run up to my car, asking what the problem was. I embarrassingly explained the situation and Cole said not to worry, this happens all the time and he was going to get me out of the drive-through. He pushed my car all the through the drive-through, while I stayed in my car and steered. My Mom was helping him push, when Cole tells her she does not need to. We finally get up and almost through, when he has me stop at the window and asks me, "What were you going to order?" I told him and he had it prepared on the fly. I handed him my debit card, but he refused and said, "This one is on us." I jokingly laughed and said I should be the one treating him to a meal after he pushed my car all the way through the drive-through. Cole was beyond incredible. My husband finally arrived, diagnosed the problem, but we were not going to be able to tow it until the following morning. We both went in to let Cole know, and again, he told me not to worry about it and that they would not tow it, it could stay safely over night. My husband thanked him, I thanked him, and made sure to get my hero's name. Cole, the kindness you showed me and my family was beyond measure. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Lastly, as Cole was pushing my car through, the staff inside opened the drive-through window and were cheering him on. What an amazing team, and what an amazing human. For the last year or longer we get Canes on Friday night for dinner. My husband always goes to the driveup. For the first few months it was great, long wait but order was correct. Then over the last 6 months ( 2024) we have noticed a big change in service. Chicken is still good ( even though occasionally we get these tiny pieces about the size of a finger) . But we started getting wrong order, no sauce or fewer sauces than we ordered, always out of Coke and substitute Dr Pepper without telling him. Mostly young kids working there that dont appear to care. We will continue to buy but will make sure husband checks food order before leaving. Hope management can get consistent service with caring employees and keep food and drink items well supplied. Never heard of a fast food place running out of soda!!! read more

Brand new Raising Cane's did not disappoint! Two lane drive thru is a great addition, we chose to dine in. There was a line out the door BUT they provided 6 of the propane heaters along the line (which is a nice touch). Line moved pretty quick considering we joined it out the door. The restaurant was very clean despite it being so busy--they had at least two episode on the floor the whole time we were here cleaning tables, emptying trash, and sweeping. The decor is fun! Funky modern feel with three disco balls and some football jerseys, what can beat that? I'm honestly just here for the fries which were delicious! Only complaint is my portion size was a bit small compared to my other Cane's experiences. My spouse enjoyed his box combo. I'm sure they will be seeing us again very soon! read more

Went there a couple of weeks ago for the first time. An interesting concept in that there is really nothing special about it, but the food is simply cooked correctly, which a lot of other places struggle with. The tenders are nice and juicy. The fries were great, not too greasy and not over salted. The fries really tasted like potatoes and not greasy salt stick like at most places. I felt good after eating it, and not sluggish and heavy like when I eat at a lot of other places. I think this is a great choice for families with picky eaters or groups of kids. There isn't much choice, and the food, while very good, is also very plain and simple. It is a safe choice for kids weened on chicken nuggets! This location is very nice and has a good amount of outdoor seating. My only complaint is that the food took too long to come out. I was dining inside and it didn't look that busy to me, but they had a crazy line of cars in the drive thru. The bottom line is that it is nothing that I would go out of my way for, but if I happen to be in this area again, I would go again. Or, if I was with a group of friends and were were trying to decide what to eat, this is a good, simple, reliable choice that basically everyone can agree on unless they're vegetarian or something. read more

Simply put, I love Raising Cane's chicken. The only problem is the 3 locations that I have been to in Colorado are terrible and always a hassle so I rarely go. I was in Aurora for the day and figured I would try this location just in case it was somehow better. IT WAS! This location is fast, friendly, efficient, and the food tastes amazing. It is simply fried chicken fingers, their crinkle fries, and the CANE SAUCE. The chicken is not seasoned because you are gonna bathe it in their proprietary secret sauce. And I'm fine by that. It is super crisp succulent white meat!. Their crinkle fries are the best! Crispy and you get a good lot of them with every order. Again lightly seasoned because you are going to bathe them in CANE SAUCE. And now to the sauce itself. It is a creamy, tangy concoction that reminds me of the Big Mac secret sauce in a way. It is kind of orangey. You will want to order extra on the side. Aside from the longish wait and that one of my chicken tenders strangely looked more like a chicken nugget, I give this place a solid 4 stars. read more
