Won't be returning to this location. Food was fine, but the service was miserable. I've worked in fast food, have a lot of leeway for workers making it through, but the unwarranted terrible attitude I received made me want to throw the drink I had to sit and wait for (after he forgot to make it and walked away) right back at him. Wouldn't say a word, would barely open the window, cut me off on the speaker, and I couldn't even ask for ketchup. I remember going to Wendy's as a child when it first opened. It was phenomenal. A lot has definitely changed. Haven't been to Wendy's in years so I chose to sit inside and eat, there was not one clean table. The food was made fast and I was shocked by how it tasted. Not sure why this Wendys is always such a let down but corporate needs to handle this location. My husband is generally not a fan of Wendy's but I am so I was able to convince him to give it another shot. He went to this location and ordered a baconater at the drive thru. When he got home he noticed there wasn't any bacon so he went back to get it fixed. When he told them his baconater didn't have any bacon they told him oh yeah we're out of bacon. Umm what? How do you let someone order a sandwich that is named bacon and not even bother to mention that you're out of that item? Additionally when he asked for a refund they gave him attitude like he was in the wrong. We could have overlooked a mistake. It happens. But their response wasn't okay. When she drove up she said 3 employees were in the store, with the thin white dude at the counter clearly ignoring her and laughing with the other two employees about the situation. While she was being ignored, the customer behind was so aggravated not being helped through the intercom that he just drove off. I've had wrong orders and "the shake machine is broken" before (since he couldn't refund me he suddenly got it working in 5 minutes after telling me it would be at least 30 min), but to just completely ignore the customers is a level of disrespect I've never seen before. Worst location ever! Ordered drive thru since it was a simple order, 1 Baconator Sandwich. What do I get? A Son of Baconator with 1 Jr patty. All I asked was they cancel that order and replace it with what I ordered. The drive thru person and another employee (I assume was the manager) proceded to agrue for the next 5 minutes (they had my card), even after bringing what I wanted up on their app. There was nobody behind me when I asked them to correct the order, there was a line by the time I left. This business is not using their credit card pin pad machine properly. When you hand them a chip card they must insert it and ask your permission to slide it if it's declined. Many cards are designed specifically to only be inserted. The industry created chip cards for a reason... security. If I find identity theft on the debit card I had to use instead, I will call out Wendy's in particular for not handling cards properly. I called the bank... they already explained how Wendy's has not been properly inserting chip cards. read more

WhatABurger - old bun, one strip of bacon halved and very small, cold and wimpy fries, Chocolate Shake instead of ordered Malt (Told them at Delivery Window he open the top of the Drink, then closed it and gave it to me anyway) Wendy's - Perfect Burger, Fresh Bun, Plenty of Bacon cooked perfect, Hamburger Meat seemed to taste better too, Larger and fresh fries. I used to come to this place now and then because it's close to my job, but I can definitely say I will not be coming back here again. Today when I drove up, I had to wait a few minutes with no word from the employee. I finally asked "hello?" And he asked me to wait, so I did. Then he asked what I wanted, so I ended up having to repeat my order 3 times (I just wanted a 6-order of strips and a large fry). He said how he was going to charge me less since he made me wait, and I saw him only put a small fry on the screen, but didn't get the opportunity to point this out. Sure enough, I got a small fry and not a large fry. I remained polite, even though this gif mid-afternoon was tap dancing on my last nerve, and decided to just leave. Then I heard someone ask him something and he said "esta pendeja". Now...we live in Texas. A strong Hispanic population here. I may be white, but I most certainly know Spanish due to growing up here. I don't know if he was speaking about me, but it certainly put me on edge. I noticed my tenders weren't warm, but I didn't expect one to be so tough I couldn't even rip it. I checked the next one, which I could rip open with some effort and spat it out because there was brown and black stuff INSIDE the chicken strip. I ended up throwing it all away, but now my stomach hurts probably because the chicken strip I did eat first gave me food poisoning. Drive-thru staff don't do their job and stop working way before close. Showed up 45mins before they closed, pulled up to the window, and they wouldn't give me my order. I ordered via the app so really I ordered closer to an hour before they closed. They were just in there talking. They tried to wave me off but I at least wanted an explanation for why I had to drive all the way there for nothing. A man who doesn't speak English well (I only mention this to state there was a clear language barrier) decides to be the one to talk to me out of the group of employees. I placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before I got there and when I pulled up to the speaker they said that they didn't have it. After i said that I had already paid and used maps to get to the location the person at the window didn't really say much except that if they had it it would be in their system. I didn't really know what to say because I had already paid, but they didn't really seem like they were going to do anything to help with the situation. Unfortunately I work long hours and need quick on the go food to get me through the day and this place is less than a block from where I live, which would make it extra convenient, but jeez! This location routinely leaves items out of your drive thru order, I'd say 2/3 of the time. Sometimes it's something smaller like your salad dressing. Many times it's your fries, which just happened again today at lunch. They also never give a receipt. Customer service is hit or miss. Today the lady taking the order let me slowly read off everything I wanted, then cut me off at the end with "just a minute sir". She then had me start over from the beginning. Everything was correct on screen however one of the fries was missing from the bag. The food is mediocre. My homestyle chicken fillet was very dry, as if it had sat under a heat lamp for quite a while (think the turkey on National Lampoons Christmas Vacation).
