So, I manage a restaurant. It takes a lot for me get mad at a restaurant of any kind but this is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Not because of the food itself. Foods alright and what you expect. But literally every time I go either something's wrong with my order, there's incredibly unprofessional kids working the drive thru or I have to wait 10-20 minutes for my food with no one in line. Their computers are always down. If you guys need help with your ALOHA servers I can help I guess. There are people working the drive thru that you can barely understand. And I am not just being that guy. You really can barely understand then. The other day I went and their computers were down and the lady just handed me my food and stared at me. I held my card out and she said "payment can no take. System work not." So, she then just looked at me and smiled and I guess waited for me to drive off. Which I did. So I got free food? If you go past 8 you will receive service from kids that cuss at the window and tell me how they've "gotten no f****in' sleep the last few days". If you go when they first open you'll have to wait 2-10 minutes just for them to take your order at the menu, no to mention another 2-10 to receive your food. It's crazy. If I managed this place I'd overhaul the staff and start anew. This place shows no care Or respect for people times and money. Or the business and franchise partner they work for. You don't expect that much coming from a fast food place anyways. So it's bad when the service is so remarkably bad that you get a 1 star review solely about service. I live within walking distance of this Wendy's and visit them a few times a month. The food is always fresh but the service can be a little spotty. While I haven't had experiences as bad as the other two reviews, I'd be lying if I said that they've never gotten my order wrong but it's only happened twice out of the numerous times I've been there. If you want to wait a full minute to be greeted at the drive-thru speaker, then receive a monotone, attitudinal STATEMENT, "take your order," then be cut off before you even speak your first SENTENCE..then be given the wrong order...come HERE. The time before last, I repeatedly stated that I only wanted one burger at the speaker. He rang me up for two. I get to the first window and they say they took the frosty off my order because they couldn't refund me. The frosty is LESS MONEY than the burger!!! This Wendy's is super slow. Your meal may come out correct if you're lucky. My husband and I like the green tea but this Wendy's never has tea available. We have come on 4 different occasions and have had no luck with their tea or service. I also work nights and I stopped here at 11pm one night in hope for some food was ignored by their drive thru window. I could see the employees inside hiding. The car in front of my honked and kept driving in and out of view of the window and I wasn't sure what was happening until I myself drove past it and realized what was happening. I literally drive an extra 4 miles to the next Wendy's to avoid this place. I wish I could just go to this closer location but it's so awful! read more

Honestly if I could give this place a negative star I would. I live right close to the area and they are never opened after 10 o'clock even though the drive-thru says that they are and there are cars and employees in the restaurant just standing around by the drive thru. Anytime I go during the day they're always out of something that I order. It's almost like no management is ever there at all. Tonight at 11pm I saw three cars parked in the same area which I assume for employee parking ... all the lights were off on the drive thru screen but the drive-thru open sign was lit up... so I pulled up to the drive-thru window and there were three employees standing there on their phones doing nothing and one of them looked at me and did the "cut off/closed" sign with her hands. The entire staff needs retraining. Horrible service. Cashier does not listen to order and is constantly confused by the menu. You ask for garden salad she says they don't have it. Around 415 went through the drive-through And tried to order a four for four meal with a crispy chicken sandwich was told I couldn't have a crispy chicken sandwich only a burger and chicken nuggets fries and a drink, so I went around parked when inside and the manager came up and I told him I want a crispy chicken sandwich & can I not have one with the four for four meal, Immediately the drive-through person came up and started arguing with me that that's not what I said, but the manager having common sense sent him away. The manager said yes you can choose a crispy chicken sandwich chicken nuggets fries and a drink, so I got my meal came home with it and fries were stone cold, to the point of a couple of them feeling like they were still half frozen when you bit into them, and keep in mind I live about four minutes away from the Wendy's, chicken nuggets were stone cold and the chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best, tried to get a cherry Coke didn't have it,tried to get a vanilla Coke didn't have it. Every time the food is trash! Fries are terrible, even if they just got out the fryer, they taste like old grease. Burgers are bad, from the bun to the meat. They just came out with chicken fingers. I ordered the four piece for $6.00. They came in a small box and just seeing the box I was disappointed. I dearly love the large fingers at Caine's and theirs would not have fit in that small box. Horrible... I work in the area, frequent wendys twice a week.... Every single time im there the orders wrong. Ive started going inside some I can make sure its done correctly, but today that wasnt enough. The girl behind the counter, princess, had no idea how to work the counter, or ask me any questions regarding my order. After a ten minute wait for her to get it right, thier credit card machine goes down. Thier manager, clearly irate asks if I have anything else, I dont,only having 24 in cash.. Fifteen minutes of him trying to run a card he gives me my food, telling me I should come back to cover the four dollars, claiming he cannot change the order, to remove a combo.Get to my car, three value menu items were entree sized. through the drive through he asks me again for the four dollars saying he has fixed his cc machine, I point out that his employes mistakes would actually require me to recieve money back. At this point he states "oh ill just pay for it out of pocket". I managed a sonic for two years, it really wasnt that hard. And when you have fustrated customers, you cannot show your fruatration. Went to this at 11:30 pm and I ordered a Classic Double, and a Baconator combo, Both meals was served to me with cold fries and burgers that the taste and texture of a burger that was at least 3 to 4 hours old. The fries were over cooked and cold there is no reason for anyone to have been served this type of food and be charged full price for it. Since I was on my lunch break I could not drive it back once I got to work and saw what was given too me. My advice to any one if you think about or are in the mood for Wendy's do not stop to this one . Pass this Wendy's at all cost and go to another Wendy's, Don't even look in the direction of this Wendy's cause if you stop there you will experience nothing but UTTER disappointment and cold food. read more
