Many years ago, the chicken supreme was my favorite sandwich. Losing it left a hole in my life and hearing that it was back, I rushed to the local JITB to grab a few. This should have been a great idea! And they almost got it right. The multigrain bun, lettuce, tomato, and sauce are perfect, and the 2 slices of cheese (1 swiss, 1 american) are almost like I remember. Only the horrible fake chicken patty lets it down. In 2002, the real sandwich had a wonderful, juicy chicken patty made with breast and thigh meat. 24 years later, I still remember exactly how it tasted. This sandwich today is disappointingly short of that. The patty has no discernable chicken flavor, it just tastes like cardboard. It really lets the side down. With no real chicken in sight, this just isn't much of a sandwich. It's hard to believe just how badly JITB blew it here. read more

I already filed a formal complaint about my experience here, and I still haven't received my refund. More than anything, I'm just confused -- because I've never experienced a place with no customer service at all. It can't even be called "bad service," because it simply didn't exist. I've had minor issues here before, but nothing close to this. To avoid rude treatment I'd seen inside before, I ordered online and went through the drive-thru for what should've been a quick pickup. I waited several minutes for someone to speak through the speaker, but nothing. Since it was just a pickup, I pulled ahead -- then got stuck behind cars for nearly an hour with no way to leave. By the time I finally reached the window, an employee took my name, then shut the window and disappeared. At that point, my entire break was gone. I eventually parked, went inside, and politely asked to cancel my order and get a refund since my break was over and I still hadn't eaten all day. They hadn't even started my order. So, at that point: 1. My break was over, 2. I couldn't get a refund, and 3. I never received any food. When I asked again, the woman helping me smirked like she found it funny, said "we don't deal with that," and told me to call customer service. When I asked for the number, she said she didn't know because "that's not my department." The manager just stood there and did nothing. Later I found a review from February describing almost the same situation -- someone else also lost their break waiting in the drive-thru. That tells me this isn't new or surprising to them. The staff acted like this was totally acceptable. I honestly left in disbelief. What's worse is that there's no way to get a refund in-store; you have to file a complaint and wait for corporate to respond. It really shows how little this location values customers. Maybe it's a franchise owner issue or maybe corporate is just hands-off, but either way, it's unreal that a business can operate like this with zero accountability or care. read more

JITB is a decent fast-food burger place. Plenty of options for the non-discriminating diner. 3-stars because that's the most any fast food chain can possibly get. It's fast. It's food. What more do you want? The fountain drinks are the new cassette style millions-of-possibilities that no one actually uses more than once. Hence your favorite drink tastes a bit off from a more traditional style syrup option. JITB chicken and beef burgers are good step above the tasteless cardboard versions you get from McDonald's, but not likely much more nutritious. They're curly fries are a must. Their desserts are not very good -- likely due to all the preservatives. For fast food, JITB is definitely a better option that other fast food restaurants. Still, only an option if you don't have the time to sit down in a more traditional restaurant. Really, considering the price to quality there's no point going here. You'll pay the same price going to Chuy's and get an amazing meal too. So don't bother, just go to Chuy's (again, unless you just don't have the time). read more

Decent fast food. People are usually very nice in the drive thru and I've never tried their burgers but the tacos (although not better than Taco Bell) and teriyaki chicken is usually my go to for a late night snack. My goodness, this JIB is a major, disgusting dump. It smells so bad when you walk in and when you get to the bathroom it literally smells like sewage. My family loves Jack and always has but this one is just plain foul. Not to mention the workers are rude and impatient. The stupid touch screen soda machine is typically always broken or out of everything and when you ask the employees to fill or refill your drink, you'd think you just stole their souls. They literally pace back and forth and stare at us while speaking to each other. They do not ever come out and check the lids, straws, or napkins, or clean that area, nor do they clean the lobby or wipe down tables. I hate this location with a passion but unfortunately it's the only one near us. If the Jack headquarters cared one ounce for their customers they'd do some serious work at this location. read more

I guess he doesn't like his job because when I tried to make 2 orders which I did the night before he said one order per car when i asked why he said because it gets busy therefore I had to go around twice which took longer. It appears that if you aren't going through the drive through this late at night, then you really don't matter. I was craving a sourdough jack so I decided to stop in and realized there was nobody inside dining so it would be quick to get some food. NOT AT ALL!! Cars were lined up until the drive through about 8 cars deep and maybe that's because that is where they actually serve the customers. Visited this location twice. The food is good. Location is clean. The staff is awesome. I would like to mention the name "Daniella". She is was a very sweet, talkative, enthusiastic and lovely girl. My kids took some time in deciding what they wanted, but she was giving them options and took order from them. Then we accidentally dropped the drink which she cleaned while joking with kids and making them comfortable. She certainly deserves more than 5 stars. read more

I'll be cliche and say I'd love to give zero stars for this Jack in the Box location. I feel as though I've never had that many issues with this location but today was pretty bad. We used the app and placed an order and half of it was wrong from the get go. They completely forgot two tacos, nacho tiny tacos and a hash brown for our meal. When I told the person working there, an older Mexican woman who is very hard to understand, gave me an attitude and told me it's in there. I fought her and told her it is not and I was sassed to go to the front and wait for the correct tiny tacos. She comes out and gives me the same regular tiny tacos. And then proceeds to try to sass me some more but I have no idea what she even said. Worst service.
