At this point, I'm dumbfounded, and I request the manager or owner's contact information, and Nick has the nerve to ask me if he did anything wrong. During the back and forth, he even asks me if I can request a refund on the app. I try to be sympathetic, as he was there by himself, and he said that he did have a helper, but he sent her home because business was slow. While making my sub he asks what cheese I ordered, and I had paid extra for the mozzarella, and he says they don't have mozzarella. I just told him to bag my food up. When I got home, after having this awful transaction, it was the most disgusting subway I've ever had. Such a disappointing experience. I guess I can say that they are consistently good at being atrocious. By the way, the manager's # that Nick gave me, was a bogus phone #.
