I stopped going to this location because they would get my drive-thru order wrong 50% of the time and their sweet tea often would taste weird . Then they renovated and hired new staff so I gave them another chance. First time drive-thru food was good, tea wasn't great but decided it must just be their brand and I'd stop ordering it. Tonight I went through the drive thru ordered two double combos. We paid, they asked us to pull forward and wait by the gate. Nearly 15 minutes later our food FINALLY shows up, we are chastised about how the burgers take 10 minutes to cook (as if we should know that? Also, why do you design your burgers at a drive-thru to take so long, what the hell happens during the lunch rush?). Whatever fine, I'm hungry, got my food. Drive away. Went to Wendy's for lunch, thought I would get there before the crowds since they have a history of being very slow. Got there at 11:40am and was second in line (in the dining room). Stood in line for 10 minutes while they waited on first person in line. Got to the front, waited another 5 minutes then was told by the cashier that she would get to me in "a few minutes." I waited another 5 minutes then left. Service is horrible, workers attitudes are equally as bad and food is "meh" at best. Can't believe how bad this once respectable, establishment has become. Order was wrong. Instead of offering to fix it, just stared at me. I took what food I had and left.

First of all, it was not busy. The restroom was not clean. Paper strewn all over the floor and no paper towels in the dispenser!! During Covid yet. The condiment area was not clean and organized. The small trash container was not emptied and there were no napkins. When I asked for some, I was told we were out!!! The burger was sloppy and looked thrown together and the meat was tepid at best. Clearly, they are not keeping up with the Covid standards. The manager Shannon seemed disorganized and not in a hurry to clean anything up to better service his customers. This is the first Wendy's I've been in where it was not up to your company standard in the very least. Dave would not be happy and I will not be back!!! This place is becoming more and more comical. I've tried to be understanding, I've tried to work with your corporate office, I've done everything I can personally to try to help this place from offering to come manage the place, to secret shopping, I've provided you guys with ample ideas and opportunities to try and fix the problems you have and you choose not to. I've had 1 good experience with your restaurant since moving here over a year ago, I typically dine out 5/7 days a week usually because of work... I will no longer be using Wendy's as an option ever again. Weather it was the manager yelling, screaming, cussing, being racist, making comments about the food I ordered ect, his inability to operate a drive thru normally (he only takes one car at a time in the entire drive thru) and now, I sent my gf to grab food for us the other night while I was still at work, to find out your entire staff walked out and told people in line "we don't got enough staff for this, we quit" Bad management and attitudes has seeped down into the lowest points of the restaurant where your employees feels it's acceptable to treat your customers as poorly as they have in the last year based off your reviews. I really hope someone from corporate reads this, I really hope something is done because if I knew my place of business was being run as such I would have cleaned house long ago. First review because I'm actually that upset. Got up to the drive thru and heard nothing, started talking among ourselves about nothing in particular. Friend started to say something and we told him to be quiet because the person might be coming back soon. Suddenly heard the worker say through the mic "not anymore, thank you." When asked to clarify he basically said he wasn't taking our order and to leave. Me and a few friends (4 others, not an excessive amount) all ordered from the drive thru and were just talking in the parking lot. A full hour before closing, and all sober and not obnoxiously loud. The manager opens the door and screams that it's time for us to leave. We all begin to walk, very confused, to our respective cars and he yells again that he has the authority to call the cops on us if we don't leave. I don't know what I keep trying to go to this Wendy's. I always end up waiting at the register for 5 to ten minutes just waiting for someone to take my order. After I have finally placed the order, my food is usually cold no matter how busy it is. They always seem like they over prep their food to where I'm getting cold food because they have over estimated how busy it will be. I sure wish we'd seen the rating before we stopped. We had cold fries and dry burgers. I know they try to get food out fast, but quality is better. To top off the sorry food, customers were there with uncontrolled children. The kids were running around bugging everyone and one toddler even crawled up on a table and fell off. I wish the Wendy's in town was at least average, but they rarely get my order right. I am not difficult about my order or making drastic changes, I simply don't like cheese and order my burgers without it. Yet almost every single time I order, the burger comes with cheese on it. My last trip there was this past Sunday. I ordered 2 Jr hamburgers (no cheese) which are $1.29 each on the menu. Curiously, my total was $3.62. Sales tax is only 7%, so this didn't add up. I couldn't really give them a negative. It was business hours. They closed dining area due to inclement weather, yet they were able to keep drive-thru open for the weather. I had my wee baby and mother with me at the hotel next door, and I was afraid to drive on the roads over to the drive thru. They refused walk up service. I know strict rules, but where are all the rules that they could close dining area during business hours for bad weather and not close the drive thru? It was full of workers and management. I talked someone into ordering a second order for me through the drive thru and the workers saw me and refused it unless I hopped in the strangers car. What?!?
