Then there was my pulled pork. It was literally inedible. I've since come to learn that it was not reheated properly, so the goo that covered every bit of meat was fat. It was served cold, for some reason, and the way it was presented on the menu, listed under a picture of some yummy browned wings led me to believe it would be a very different - and HOT- sandwich. The server did offer to take it back, but at that point the meal was ruined for me and I didn't trust them to make anything else, or make it quickly. I made it clear I was very unhappy about such a disgusting sandwich. She took all of 10% off my bill. Better than nothing, but a lot less than I was expecting. if this is how they're doing things now, I'm done with this place. Badly overseasoned fries... cold pulled pork... cheeseburger with no cheese... They even helped us seat all our reservations together when we were unable to make them as one large one. No easy task! Your manager Amber was so amazing and accommodating and KJ did a fantastic job as our server. We couldn't have chosen better place to celebrate with our friends and family.
