Man, after a workout...I came to get some pasta. This was great! I ordered via app and everything worked well. Got the notification the food was ready and got it as I went in. So service was great. Staff always tries to greet a person coming to the counter. The food was warm and delicious, just wish there was some type of way you could at spinach or lettuce (some type of greens instead of just all pasta). Inside is spacious as well.

So glad this Noodles location is back open since it was closed for so long during COVID! Located right on Kirkwood, it's the perfect place to stop for dinner after classes. Staff is friendly and facility is much larger than it looks on the outside. My penne Rosa didn't really have all the ingredients I was expecting, with only 2 pieces of spinach. I think there's some room for improvement here! Otherwise, noodles is always my choice for a quick bite!

I visited Noodles and Company earlier this week, in response to which I gave my experience two stars. After getting a bit more time to think about it, I feel three stars is a more accurate rating. In summary, I am disappointed that the price of Noodles & Company's items have increased rather noticeably. While the $10 bowl of Spicy Korean Beef Noodles left me full, I don't think that value is exceptional compared to the rest of the market. It also isn't my favorite bowl I've had from Noodles food-wise. I more highly recommend the Japanese Pan Noodles. Some thicker noodles would've brought it all together nicer. I also found the sauce a bit one-dimensional, tangy but lacking depth. Prices are bloated across the board right now, however I am not thrilled with the value I got. The most annoying pricing decision is $2.95 for a Spindrift, which can otherwise be acquired for little over $1 each in multi packs off the Spindrift website. That price I find confusing. The service was also a mixed bag. The employee with whom I interacted was friendly and was courteous enough to bring my mask that I'd dropped back to me. Speaking of, requiring masks when not eating is certainly appreciated. However, they had to close early, attributing this to a massive number of call-ins (see the letter management posted). I find it unusual that I was asked to leave, instead of just allowing me to eat at a table during the restaurant's hours. In fairness, the employee offered the table to me until 4 PM. I appreciate the gesture, but I still found the whole situation bizarre. It was 3:53 PM or so, meaning I could've finished my meal but I would have had to scarf it. While the circumstances causing this visit's shortcomings are understandable, I also can't recommend this location based on this visit. As someone with relatively limited money, I'm inclined to more highly recommend places with better value for money, better overall food quality and a more consistent in restaurant dining experience.

3/23/18 We were out running errands and needed to grab a quick bite. We stopped in and ordered Truffle Mac & Cheese and Pad Thai. We paid for our order, got our table number and went to grab a seat. The restaurant was pretty empty, but several of the tables were dirty. When our food arrived, I asked where we could get forks to eat with, because there were none in the area by the drink station. The kid who delivered our food said they were out of metal forks! I looked at him all confused and said "So, how do we eat this?" and he finally answered that he could try to find some plastic forks. Once he got us forks, we began eating. My wife said she thought he Pad Thai was just ok, and while my Mac and Cheese was alright overall, it surely didn't taste like truffle. I think they just threw a couple of regular mushrooms in it and decided to call it truffle. Not cool, Noodles and Company, not cool. I will say that the portion sizes were pretty large. What they lack in taste I guess they try to make up for in size. While we ate, I also heard several other people having to ask for forks and going through the same awkward exchange I did. If you know you're out of metal forks, put out the plastic ones so people don't have to basically beg for a utensil to be able to eat their meal!

If I could give this place ten stars, I would. I wanted something light for dinner and pasta is pretty versatile. There must be something I could order without giving them a call, right? I wasn't going to delude myself I could get something like the Pad Thai, but I was hoping I wouldn't be stuck with the dreaded salad. I walked in, glanced at the wall-length, colorful menu of their offerings, and decided to go straight to the counter to ask in person what I could and could not eat (I'm vegetarian, no onion or garlic in any form). The first person was really helpful; she knew what contained onion and went to the back to see about the garlic. Then the manager got involved and he read through the ingredients of the sauces they use... Multiple times, after we went through what was essentially the entire menu. We finally came to the conclusion that all of their items including their sauces/dressings are pretty much off limits. My saving grace? The Mac and Cheese. I personally love macaroni and cheese. The problem was I was trying to have a light dinner and cheese sauce doesn't really fit the bill. However, I found out I could customize my Mac and Cheese with veggies so I could sort of squeeze myself into the box of Healthy Dinners that I demanded I fit into on this trip. And so I got my pick of veggies to add in: spinach, mushrooms, and red bell peppers. There was more but I didn't want to be greedy. Why? The entire time I was feeling bad that they had to repeatedly run to the back to see what fit my needs, he also felt bad because they pride themselves on how versatile with fitting dietary restrictions/allergies they were supposed to be and there I was, stuck with the Mac and Cheese. As such, I ended up getting a regular bowl of the Mac and Cheese plus the additions at the price of a small bowl... And only the small bowl. I got the extra veggies on the house. And so here is Exhibit A of outstanding, off the charts customer service. On top of that, the macaroni pasta was perfectly cooked (not mushy or too soft) and the sauce was light and perfectly seasoned. It also didn't drown my pasta. Soupy Mac and Cheese is a no-no in my book. I also loved the shredded cheese they topped it with. Yes, I'm a sucker for cheese. The sautéed veggies peeking out from under the melting cheese and from in between the pasta just made it all the better. It was a pretty large bowl (portions are awesome) so I ate half and took the other half home. And I didn't feel all fatty from the carbs and cheese I just stuffed myself with (I'm guessing the 15 minute walk also helped)! Excellent service, great food and portions, clean tables, and nice atmosphere! I didn't try out the restroom so I can't really comment on that. They also have this cool all-in-one drink and ice dispensing machine that is operated via touchscreen! If I get the chance to visit them again, I would! I hope they'll charge me properly the next time so I don't feel so bad. :)

Great food and affordable prices! Noodle's & Co. is a great lunchtime destination. The restaurant is conveniently located near the sample gates and the new online ordering makes ordering easy. I always get the Pena Rosa w/ meatballs. However, there are a lot of options and you can mix and match meats to make the perfect meal.

This is hands down the worst noodles and co ive ever been to. The times I've been here have all been problematic, whether it be a 50 min wait or disgusting food, I can assure you I will not be coming back. My noodles are practically mush they are so over cooked and it is inedible. Not only that but they claim they give u double chicken(3.5 each) but there is only a normal amount of chicken. Most noodles and companies give u the second chicken on the side but this location does not. Also the staff always seems cold and careless.

Quick, pretty good Mac N Cheese. Quality fast-casual selection of all different variations of pasta. Definitely the move for a quick bite. Caution:DO NOT get the chicken, it will ruin the Mac N Cheese Kid-friendly, order online app, also at a historical Bloomington location. Great for what it is. Quality- 8/10 Atmosphere- 8/10 Creativity- 8.5/10 -A&R

The price is a notch above fast food, but the quality is *two* notches better. I love this fast casual restaurant. This is the third location I have visited. I anxiously await for location to open in my hometown. I received very friendly service. I also enjoyed the layout of the dining area with seating to suit those looking to be social or those wanting a little more privacy. There is also covered, outdoor seating.

Sadly, the only photo I snapped during our visit was of the menu because I didn't want to be on my phone + it was communal seating, so we were busy make friends and eating delicious food. We loved one of the bottles of wine that was paired with one of our courses, so we put in an order for one. I got called that it was already ready for pickup a few days later, hence the second visit so soon (turned my wine pickup errand into a lunch stop with my work besties). The second Saturday dinner was an absolute blast. From 6:30-7 they had 3 of the most incredible appetizers and glasses of champagne during a little social (half) hour. Then we all transitioned to the main dining area to start the rest of the paired courses from 7-10. They have limited two top tables along the hallway going into the main dining area, so everyone else was paired with another couple or groups of people, depending on if you sat at a table along the back wall or one of the big dining tables. We sat with another couple along the back wall and it was really fun getting to know them over the several hours everyone was having dinner and wine together. My husband and I are usually very introverted, but a few glasses of wine definitely makes me feel more brave lol. Each course was equally delicious, but the ricotta-stuffed beet tortellini was my personal favorite. The staff told us a little bit about each course after everyone had been served and they let us know the chef handmade all of the pasta and intentionally had a heart-shaped indentation on them when they were folded together for Valentine's Day. Each dish was so creative and paired perfectly with each wine that the sommelier poured for us. Overall, such a fun experience and an interesting way to spend Valentine's Day. When it was time to go back in and pick up our bottle of wine I asked a couple of work friends if they wanted to go with me to have lunch there. We also sat at a table on the back wall so my pregnant friend could be more comfortable (booth type seating on the back wall and then chairs on the other side). My other friend and I each got a Prosecco split, which was delicious. I also got a cappuccino because I can't pass up a coffee from anywhere, it would seem. I got us the marinated olives to all try and they were really good, with a fruity kick from the citrus peels added in. All three of us got the tuna melt and salad and it was really good and warming for the chilly day. All three of us felt that the tuna was masked by the cheese and peppers/onions. It is definitely a good sandwich for people who don't like overpowering fish flavor, but we all like tuna and wished we could have tasted it a little more. I can't wait to come back and try some more pasta dishes.

I get something different every time so I'm not sure if it's that specific dishes have different qualities or that they're just inconsistent. In general, it's not particularly memorable food, but it basically tastes good and is nice if you want a real meal fast. It's also good if you're vegetarian because you can customize any dish to have tofu as the protein or no protein. My favorite dish so far was the roasted garlic cream tortelloni. On the other end of the spectrum, I didn't care for the chili garlic ramen. The sauce was too oily, plus the noodles were clumpy and the veggies were lazily cut. Maybe the kitchen was just lazy on that day, because every other dish I've ordered, the pasta has been fine and the general presentation has been better. There hasn't really been a pattern to the dishes I really enjoyed vs those I didn't (some of the other "Asian" stuff has been pretty good, like the Indonesian chicken saute, and some of the pasta dishes have been underwhelming).
