We ordered online and when we arrived, our leader smelled marijuana in the restaurant as she entered. We ordered 5 sandwiches for our group and 1 was supposed to be Italian and it had barbecue and pickles on it. The other sandwich was left off the order. We only got 2 of 3 bags of chips we paid for. They had no sweet tea. We did not have time to go back because we had an event we had to go to so some of the kids did not get their food nor drink. This was Sat night around 7pm. I go here regularly and they're very consistent. Great staff, good food, good rewards program and discounts (also free food fairly regularly), and the store is also very consistent. It has the traditional antique vibes to a Potbelly's with some random new item you'll notice up above that you've never seen before. All around a solid place to grab a quick, cheap lunch. read more

I have been to this Potbelly over 20 times and received amazing service every time. They are always extremely accurate and as quick as they can be (it gets busy on BOGO days!). Today, when placing a mobile order, I ordered the wrong sandwiches on accident, which was completely my fault. Potbelly still offered to remake the sandwiches for me! Shout out to Logan and Ray for taking the time to help me out even with a long line. I sincerely appreciate it so much and love Potbelly's so so much. My boy & I went to dinner with my brother last night and we landed at Potbelly Sandwich Shop ! It can be described as a more local version of subway. I got a roast beef and provolone that was amazing. I'm super upset at the fact that subway got rid of their roast beef. So, I was thrilled they had a roast beef option. Definitely a good sandwich ! My eye catches Jimmy johns easier because it's on the corner and has a more colorful logo, but if you walk a few steps further you can find a pot bellies that is hiding in plain sight. I've been to both multiple times each, but if you got the time to take the few extra steps it's worth it. Don't order delivery from Potbelly - the driver will leave your order on the sidewalk, treat you like garbage, and hang up on you. They use a third party service (Door Dash) and they do not care if you get your food. This is the first time our office ordered from Potbelly - we were looking for more restaurants that deliver downtown since we are in such a busy office and don't have time to go out for lunch. Very unlikely we will order from Potbelly again. The website doesn't work for online orders, you have to go through the app. The chicken pot pie soup was quite good so I added a star, otherwise this would have been a one star review. I ordered a veggie melt as part of the soup and sandwich combo - it was the most pathetic sandwich I've ever seen. I took a photo to show my husband how ridiculous it was. I'm including it here. I ordered a $50 e gift card on April 20, 2023 that was never delivered to the recipient. I've reached out countless times to Potbelly corporate asking them to fix it, with absolutely no response. I've submitted the contact form on their website 3 times, sent 3 emails to their social media team, sent messages via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter...nothing. They charged me $50, but never delivered the e gift card to the email of the recipient that I requested it be sent to. Terrible customer service, Potbelly corporate. read more

I ordered (for carry out) the half and half meal with the pizza sandwich and the chicken pot pie soup. My husband got the "wreck" sandwich meal. My husband liked his food. I will say my soup was good. But my sandwich was pathetic. The bread looked like it had been stepped on and the end of the bun was stale and hard like a crouton. There was barely anything on my sandwich. It was supposed to have meatballs among other things- I opened up the sandwich and there was one flattened meatball. Also they gave me the wrong chips. Tried this place for the first time today. You can download their app which allows you to order and pay ahead of time. You can choose pickup or delivery. I chose delivery. My food came early. The Mac and cheese is delicious and the Mini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are to die for. I also got the coleslaw, macaroni salad and potato salad. All yummy. I'll be back! read more

However, today the person working the counter assisted the person behind me and then the person behind them while I patiently waited in line for my salad order to be taken. (Also, I feel terrible for not finding the tip jar for our carry-out order! ) There were hot Clubby samples ready for us, a super sandwich maker who recommended all kinds of delicious combos and add-ons, and a kind cashier. Awesome sandwiches, too: a Clubby, the Dirty Roscoe (this might not be the right name-- buffalo chicken with BBQ sauce, etc.), and a Chicken Salad. THIS REVIEW PERTAINS TO POTBELLY'S DELIVERY SERVICE: The sandwiches at Potbelly are satisfactory. However, I would not recommend delivery from this restaurant. They are not forthright over the phone about their delivery fee ($3.50) which ended up being an additional 75% fee on my $4.70 sandwich. I was only made aware of this exorbitant fee when the delivery person arrived and handed me my bill. As it was clearly not her fault for this failure of communication (or possibly an intentional deception) I reluctantly but politely paid her almost twice the amount of money I expected to have to pay for an average and cold (it was meant to be hot) sandwich for which I had waited around 45 minutes to receive from order to delivery. My advice is to just order Jimmy John's if you're interested in having a sandwich delivered. read more

5 stars for the food if ordered dine in and 1 star for delivery, so I'll give them the average of 3. Love their food and we used to order delivery at least once a week, but it always ends up being more hassle than it is worth. Half the time the delivery isn't available online because their drivers come and go and they forget to update the website. One time we faxed in the order and after almost two hours with no food we called. Turns out we didn't specify a time on the delivery form so instead of assuming it was for now or calling to clarify they did nothing and the manager was very rude about the whole situation.
