First, I have to say the food is usually good. However, it is not worth the time and hassle. It takes to get your food. I'm always asked to pull up almost to the street and that they will bring out my order and the other day as I sat there seven or eight cars behind me came through the line, got their food and drove off with me Still sitting there. I started timing my weight after getting frustrated and my wait time was over 20 minutes, which is ridiculous for so-called fast food. I didn't order anything special. Nothing out of the ordinary just regular food. It's this way almost every time. I don't know if it's management or what. Even though I've never dealt with that, 90% of the employees can hardly hear, they always cancel your order when you try to DoorDash, every single time. The food is always mediocre at best. And the tables are never clean, the floors are never clean, the drink station, I'll let you guess this time, That's right NEVER CLEAN. It's absolutely disgusting in there and I haven't been there in awhile but I used to be a regular if that says anything about them. First they only gave me half my order. Then when I got home the other hamburger wasn't even what we ordered and my kid wouldn't eat it. The five stars are all about the service at this location! I was working late this evening and my husband thoughtfully decided to bring a meal by my office. He ordered a strawberry mango salad, plain backed potato, and a diet coke. He was careful to call me while he ordered to ensure the meal adhered to my diet restrictions. When the meal arrived, I was so grateful and anxious to dig in. By the time I realized the salad was completely wrong (apple pecan salad with BLUE CHEESE) and contained ingredients I could not eat, my husband was long gone down the road. I called the store to raise my concerns with the order being incorrect. I was frustrated as I was unable to go back to the store to exchange the salad. Andrew, the on duty manager, graciously offered to bring the correct salad over to the office! Not only did he deliver on that commitment, he arrived in a matter of minutes! Never have I ever had a fast food restaurant go out of their way to make something right. So...Andrew, THANK YOU! This location has had a bit of a rough go as of late but tonight you hit a homerun!! I started this review a few months ago, and I am just getting back to finish it. Today I went to this Wendy's for the last time. They have gotten worse over the last couple of years. It doesn't seem like they can keep people. There's a complete full turnover of staff every time I've been there. I ordered a Davie's double the way it normally comes. They might as well not put on any lettuce or tomato, the lettuce was just a small piece ripped off the leaf, and the tomato was so thin you could see through it, but they did douse it with the condiments, made everything soggy. Two bites into my burger, and I started getting grit in my mouth. I took another bite, and it got worse. It was not edible. It was like they dropped it on the floor and didn't even try and clean it off, let alone serve it. I just threw it away. I used to volunteer at a special ed school to help people with needs and give back to the community and in all the years I never ran into as many difficulties as I did just ordering a $30 dinner ... they forgot the fucking chicken patty for the chicken sandwich and then had a 10 minute conversation over the phone about how I need to make a trip back and get a refund they can't do it over the phone along with other vulgar words to my wife, so I have to make 2 trips to this place for nothing. read more

If I could rate this restaurant no stars, I would. If you can go anywhere else, do so. It takes 20+ minutes to get to the window even if there are only a few cars. Nobody ever smiles, they never thank you for coming, no customer service skills whatsoever. Last night we went and we were in line for 20 minutes before ordering, another 15 after we ordered and were waiting to pay. After we paid, we were told to move forward and wait for our food. Another 15 minutes later, still no food. I walked in and asked for my order and without so much as an apology, I was told "they lost your order, they are working on it now." My boyfriend and I came to the drive thru to get a frosty . He asked for the biggest size and the lady replied saying "LArgE!?" My boyfriend replied yes . So we get our total and pull up to the window to wait . While waiting for the frosty I was OBVIOUSLY recording my boyfriend because he was being silly and talking to me (plus my phone was angled right at his face) When she came to the window he gave her his card to pay (mind you my phones still recording him.) she gives him a receipt and comes back with the frosty - she hands him the frosty and the spoon and closes the window . My boyfriend doesn't move because I wanted a straw ... this lady came back to the window he asked politely for the straw and as she gave him the straw she said why are you recording me? He said she is recording ME. The lady closed the window Apparently customer service here is terrible and it's sad that this lady had such an attitude that she tried to take it out on us ! When through the drive through last Sunday January 22nd in the evening around 7:15 PM only had two cars in front of us had to wait at the speaker for 20 minutes before they would take our order but by the time we got to the window and got our order we were in line for about an hour. When we were at the window we watched the manager Yell at her employees stating we need to clean clean clean so we can get out of here on time. Went to get some food yesterday, ordered the $5 biggie bag with a peach lemonade. My friend also got her family 3 of those too. Pulled up to the window, they got my drink order wrong so I asked them if I could get my peach lemonade bc that's what I ordered. The lady at the window didn't seem very happy about having to correct my order, took my drink and made me a peach lemonade. Then we get back to my friends place and start eating... I had a completely different burger than all 3 of her orders had. No bacon on mine, my burger was really small, only one patty when it's supposed to be 2.
