I come to this Wendy's every month. Which will change now due to the fact that the staff (Who was a manager and shouldn't be with poor customer service, it's a great role model) had a really bad attitude. I come every month because I think your guys' chicken nuggets are the best around and I use your sweet and sour sauce for everything. I usually get one of their smallest bags with a few handfulls of it and always offer to pay which they've never made me do. Hasn't been an issue before. I go in today and ask for it with my order of food. The shy girl at the window who looks new, turns around and tells the manager what I asked for with my order and she says "no way, there is 10 in there" I tell her I get it almost every month no issue and with a very bad attitude she goes "Not a chance" and leaves me there at the window with the employee who looks extremely uncomfortable. Maybe your management here is the reason they are so short staffed. Bad attitudes aren't a very welcoming place to work or eat at. read more

This Wendy's really needs to learn to do their jobs. The last two times I went through the drive-thru they forgot or were missing things from the order, and I come in to get my missing food and that takes another ten minutes. I tried ordering inside and the old lady who helped me could not properly do her job in a timely manner. Never going here again. read more

Pepole are rude, they make there sandwiches sloppy. If i do go there its only on the 99c menue. I wish Wendy's would make there food better.

Went through the drive through and it took five minutes for the guy to even acknowledge us, and was taking someone else's order while taking ours. He was like, repeating things from someone else's order and then would ask what WE wanted. It was very confusing. When we finally got our food, the chili we ordered wasn't there, and there was also no receipt. Also, the fries were actually cold and the chicken nuggets were barely warm. I also asked for barbeque sauce and got none. We've been to this Wendy's a few times before and there was at least one or two things wrong each time. Not very good. read more

Went to get food after a bad evening situation to calm down it was 12 midnight and i read on the signs it didnt close til 1 am. I saw a worker inside through the drive through window ignoring me after me constantly trying to get his attention for 5 minutes knocking on the window and honking my horn to answer the drive through. But he constantly ignored me. I then honked my horn foe a good e seconds long and he still ignored me. I give this place a thumbs down for service. They do not care about their customers and how to treat people no matter how late it is. I would not suggest going to this Wendy's if you're looking for a late night snack. I rate them zero. It's Wendy's. It is decent fast food and the service is good. Price is ok. I would recommend if you enjoy Wendy's.

It takes a lot for me to review businesses (I already don't have enough to do things that are important to me haha) but this location really deserves a shout out. I've never received poor or even satisfactory service- it's always been great. Smiles, politeness, speed, etc. I have two toddlers who love their nuggets and we pass multiple other food businesses to go here. The day manager is incredible- he needs a big raise. Always has a smile on his face, enthusiastic conversation and so polite. The pm manager (I think she is a manager based on different shirt?) is also so great. I have had only two mistakes- I was once given my other favorite salad so I wasn't really upset. Today, they forgot to give me my fries but they ran them out to my car within 2 minutes. No biggie. Absolutely best "fast food" restaurant experience I've had and it's consistent. Great job, guys! read more

Drive thru lady is super rude here. Pregnant or not you should still be nice to your customers.

Food is normally fresh and they usually don't forget anything in my order, but oh my gosh, they are unbelievably slow. Corporate really needs to figure out what is going on at this location because their drive-thru moves at a snail's pace. There is always a line of cars that are basically goes into the nearby street because their line is so long. read more

I walk in to Wendy's because the drive threw was very full it had a about 10 cars waiting. So I'm in the restaurant their was 4 lady's working I order a Dave's double. I was shocked how my order was done as soon as I fill up my pop when their was still a bunch of white peoples their before me waiting for their order. I thought I had better service than all them until I get home and realized the burger I bought had two burnt out patty's that taste like shit. The white girls working for Wendy's burnt a white mens beef patty's n gave it to the Mexican men instead. Wendy's in Bonney lake is no place for a Mexican. Shitty service for us. read more

Cam (the manager) genuinely cares about his customers. He helped me decide what I want, get the best value out of my coupons and when I realized I forgot my drink he gave me one on the house! 10/10 for being nice, friendly and considerate. read more

One of my favorite fast food restaurants is Wendy's. I've used the drive thru of this particular Wendy's 3 times this month as it is close to my Mom's house (wrapping gifts for her 9 grandkids), and I must say each time (different hours of the day) the customer service was excellent and the food tasted like it was just made. The order was ALWAYS correct. This is saying a lot considering the one near my house in Pacific WA is hit and miss (I've been THAT gal who checks the order BEFORE driving away AND has gone into the restaurant to have them fix the order several times) this negates the purpose of drive thru. THIS Bonney Lake Wendy's hasn't let me down. read more

Stopped by this Wendy's for Lunch. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a number 8 ( asiago chicken ranch sandwich ) with no tomato. I got my order fairly fast. Of course it came with the tomato. This was the worst sandwich I've ever had. There are three types of chicken spicy, grilled and the crappy one I got. I was not asked what chicken I wanted. Soooooo slow. I am sitting in the longest drive thru line ever right now. It moves up a car every 3-4 minutes. Food is as expected, but lately seems like their drive thru service keeps getting slower and slower. So far I have been in line for 20 min, hardly fast food. More like slow food! read more

Worst Wendy's ever, they are so slow and very rude. One stupid wench got an order wrong three times.

I'll start off by saying that this is probably one of the worst, most unprofessional places that I've ever worked for. They hired me 2 weeks ago and it's been nothing but problems with this place. The management lacks management skills. They don't know how to schedule anyone. The managers and other employees like to talk about people and be rude and undermine you if they have never trained you on something and they expect you to know how to do it. They wouldn't put me on the schedule then randomly call and tell me I was supposed to be in. They're hiring but do anything they can to run out new employees. I should have known it probably wouldn't be a good experience when someone put their 2 weeks in at my interview. I also have to say that my sister and I were customers at wendys the other night and the manager working the night shift was rude to my sister and handed her bag out the window with an attitude. They forgot the fries and I ordered a baconator frie and they gave me old cheese and bacon. If the place had new management I'm sure it would be a much better place to work and eat at. I wouldn't even consider trying to work here until that happens. read more

Very rude!! I ordered my food and ordered a large water! Not because I'm cheap and don't want to pay for a drink! But because my cancer doctor told me to only drink water! When I pulled up to pay she handed me a small water! I asked could I please have a large! She said we don't charge you for the water that's why you get a small then with attitude she gave me a large water! Then another lady which I thinking was the manager only because she had a different outfit on! I said I asked for a large water and she gave me a small! And my cancer doctor told me I can only drink water! And her response was we didn't her you order a large but you got what you asked for right?? I said yes ma'am!
