My partner and I decided to dine here after a late night. It's been years since I've been to a hops n drops so I figured what the heck. Definitely the place to go if you're wanting something quick. Service was good. Ladies were very nice and helpful. Food was mediocre for what we paid. We started out with the tempura zucchini. Probably our favorite thing we had out of all the things we ordered. The appetizer comes with a house made ranch but we also got for a sauce that tasted similar to red robins campfire sauce. It was nice an hot when it was brought out so it was still crispy. 10/10 For the Good ol' mixed green salad we added bbq drizzle chicken breast with a side of ranch. We like the variety of veggies that were included. The crispy fried wontons add a nice touch to the salad as well. Only thing we would want differently next time is to possibly chop the cucumbers and red onions into bite sized pieces. 8/10 Kyle's Damn good sandwich was highly recommended to us but sadly was our least favorite thing we ordered from the menu. The ingredients and sauce inside the sandwich gave it too much of an acquired taste for us. 3/10 Chicken Taquitos 9/10 serving big enough for two. It also came out hot with homes salsa and quacamole. During Covid, Hops and Drops insists on maintaining a server policy I abhor: their servers sit down and scoot next to you to take your order. (Ever heard of social distancing?) We went to H&D and selected a bar booth without others nearby, on purpose, for distancing purposes. Then the unmasked server comes and sits down right next to me to take our order, effectively blocking my exit. And now I have Covid. I blame this practice since it was the solitary even on the last 8 days where I was out and might have contracted the virus. Oh. And the food portions are tiny snd expensive. Their full size $16 salads aren't as big as most side salads at other restaurants. Chintzy and ridiculous and dangerous. Hard pass. read more

Great food, excellent burgers and salads. Appetizers are yummy! Several craft beer choices, unfortunately always out of wheat beer seems. Wish they'd get some from Snoqualmie Brewery! My friends and I met up for dinner and drinks on a Friday night. They pick the spot because they told me the fruit drops were really good and they were not lying. I ordered the raspberry peach and it definitely made me feel better than the fruit inside was real and the drink itself was absolutely delicious. The tempura veggies are cooked perfectly and I had to per shrimp it was also delicious. They give you a ton of food the portions were huge if you ask me. Was - yes WAS a decent place with good service.... Not sure what's happening but I will say the last time I was there - which will be the last time I will go - the service was absolutely hideous. Sat in the bar waited 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged us. The waitress came over and threw the token coaster on the table, one landed on the floor and said, " I'll be right back" 5 minutes later we helped her out - we left and went to Glow Martini where we we treated with respect. They handled our party of nine perfectly. Everyone ate everything with no complaints. The burgers looked amazing. My husband loves the steak salad and I had the mini steak tacos and they were perfect. I really liked the mansion margaritas too. :). This place is exactly what Bonney lake needs! Great food, fun drinks, quick and easy! We tend to go for quick appetizers and it never disappoints ! What was awesome about this visit was that they had a seasons of giving menu where $.25 of certain drinks and beers were donated to local charities, which is incredible for a chain restaurant to support local charities that have suffered through COVID! Finally! Lynnwood isn't an easy city to find a good place to eat, but Hops n Drops nailed it. The servers were all very warm, kind and professional, and the food is to die for. Truth! The hamburger and fries were yummy, and the clam chowder was the BEST ever. My partner and I drew straws to see who gets to lick the bowl. Took my wife here for a spur of the moment date night as it was very close to home and somewhere we haven't been before. I ordered the Steakhouse Burger and my wife had the Jalapeno Burger, and also ordered an Italian Lemon Drop which she thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was friendly, however, the gal that said she would be our waitress, took forever to return after taking our drink orders. Around 15 minutes later, she returned to take our order, and they weren't even busy, and had 5-6 waitress' and 2 hostess' so it wasn't like taking our order should have taken that long, even when we said we only need a couple minutes. I had an empty lemonade cup sitting for around 10 minutes, placing it by the end of the table, hoping she would see that it means a refill is requested by the customer. Didn't get a refill until after we ordered and it was refilled by what seemed like the Supervisor. Onto the Steakhouse burger, first off, there was no seasoning on it, it was bland, and had a LOT of mayo on it. I requested light on the mayo and seems like they doubled the amount that you would normally put on a burger. I got literally 1 piece of onion on it, and the tomatoes were soggy as if they'd been sitting out for a few hours. Wasn't satisfied at all with it. My wife loved her lemon drop and with her burger she said it was good, nothing really passed that. I would recommend being thorough with what you want and don't want on your food, and that they actually put it down correctly. If you're looking for refills on your drinks, chances are you may get 1 refill, if that by the end of your meal. (Lemonade was good though) read more

The food is good, but waaay too overpriced for what it is. If you're going here to eat I recommend the jalapeño cream cheese burger. The bread is nice and buttery, and it's just the right amount of spice. If it wasn't almost 20 dollars for a burger I would probably go back. I was also really disappointed with the huckleberry cheesecake. For 10 dollars you get a store bought cheesecake with a tiny pinch of huckleberry on top. So we haven't been here in a while. Decided to get take out. WELL, that was a big mistake. We both got the fish and chips. My fish was overcooked, and lots of breading very little fish and the fries were very, very crispy.And My husband's lunch was worse, very, very overcooked, lots of breading little fish in side the breading. Hops n drops is always a go to when we don't want to cook. Happy hour gets you a couple dollars off but also smaller servings. The food is good. The grilled southwest chicken salad is filling and flavorful. I love the tacos You can'tgo wrong with a sandwich or burger either. Their signature ice glass drinks are very tasty. The wait stagg are all very friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait to get a table and they always have a steady stream of customers. They have TV to watch sports, and it's not too loud. Every time my wife and I going to Bonney Lake to get something to eat it always seems that we end up here at Hopjacks especially during their happy hour. They have a wide variety of craft beers on tap and good specials during their happy hour. Every time that we have gone customer service has always been outstanding very friendly and on top of their game.
