Service was slow; server did not even acknowledge me for more than two minutes. I was charged 3.49 for a large, watery iced tea, and shorted $5 in change, which the manager fixed. We're craving breakfast and decided to give Wendys a try. Best breakfast sandwiches from a fast food place we've ever had. I got a simple English muffin, egg, bacon and cheese while my husband got a croissant, sausage, cheese and egg sandwich meal. Both sandwiches were warm, eggs weren't over cooked and the potato wedges that came with my husband's meal were really good. Customer service was great too. Not sure what the low star reviews are about, having to wait a bit for a burger during lunch or dinner rush isn't something to ding a restaurant on, especially if the food is good. read more

Terrible service. Lady in the window said she was general manager but couldnt even speak English or understand my frustration. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and somehow got extra. I went back to let them know and all I got was an ear full of how it's my fault. Never returning here. Two mornings in a row they had me pull forward to make fresh eggs. 4 eggs does not take 10 minutes each day. And this morning, they served 4 separate vehicles behind me....I guess they had enough eggs for them. Then when they finally bring the order out, I'm obviously frustrated....she would not hand the food to me, setting it on the ground saying she doesn't like my tone (not aggressive towards her in the slightest). A manager came out. At least they gave my money back, but this was the final straw. There are zero good fast food places in Bonney Lake. Been coming to this Wendy's for about 8 years now and unfortunately things have become a ridiculous mess. I remember taking a video the other day when I was inside. Had to be about twenty people waiting in line with another ten plus waiting for there food. Should have kept the video but I deleted it, bummer. The food is lukewarm and greasier going down than coming out . (4 for 4 is okay different and healthier options as well, wraps) They have been doing .50 cent frostys to make me happy and it is working for now. Walked into Wendy's at Bonney Lake around dinner at 4 pm. My husband and I were famished, to say the least. My Dad had recently passed, and it is hard to stop the estate process and eat. I ordered and waited 15 minutes to get 3 items, of which one was missing. Not only did they want me to wait longer, but they wanted me to pay over six dollars for just a single cheese hamburger because THEY forgot to ring it. I won't be going back there. The food was terrible anyway. No lettuce on the hamburger, no onion, one pickle, and a small piece of tomatoe. The chicken fillet came with very little sauce and a small piece of chicken. Super long line lining up down the Main Street, second time in a row visiting recently (I don't typically visit Wendy's). I timed it and it took 5 minutes for one car to move forward. I decided to try to put in a mobile order for pickup to beat the line. I went to the door to pickup inside and there was a sign that the lobby was closed (prior to 8 pm). I called to cancel/refund my order and instantly the staff member on the phone began talking over me impatiently saying that she couldn't cancel or refund my order. While I understand if she had no control of this issue, her tone was completely unprofessional! And clearly this Wendy's is very poorly run. Won't waste my time again. read more

Slowest "fast food" on earth! The employees at this store are 100% overwhelmed by anything more than 1 customer at a time. I just stopped by for lunch. There were 3 in front of me waiting to order and 1 waiting for food when i arrived at 16 after the hour. 6 more came in behind me during the 15 agonizing minutes it took to get to the counter. I watched the first guy finish his food and leave as i wondered if they remembered to make my food at minute 25. I received my 3 chz burgers, sml coke and fry at 43 minute after the hour. 27 minutes! McDs makes you all look like incompetent children. Hire more people or close your doors please. read more

As far as fast food places go, I'm a fan of Wendy's. The Asiago Chicken is great and I'm a sucker for Frostys. However, this location is horrible. They are so slow it is amazing. I was second in line today and it took ten minutes for me order to get placed. Margaret up front is a super nice lady but she is soooooooo slow. Plus, for some reason they have her pulling each order one at a time. There doesn't seem to be any sort of management structure here. The line was ten people deep today (after some walked out), and the manager on duty mentioned he didn't want to open the second till until 12 for some reason. Need a major overhaul at this location. read more

They have always gotten my order correct and been friendly but every single time I come the drive thru line is so long and takes forever. Going inside to beat the line outside is even slower - I've watched the car I would have been behind (8 cars deep) pull away with their order before I ever got mine inside with no one in front of me inside. read more

I had accidentally raised my voice while ordering because I bit my toung earlier in the day and my toung hurt SUPER bad and when I got the window and tried apologizing MULTIPLE times if I hurt her feelings or came off disrespectful while ordering she literally just kept cutting me off with asking for the money, didn't make eye contact, and wouldn't even acknowledge me and my apology I was trying to sincerely give her. Stopped by the Wendy's in Bonney Lake today. Used the drive thru. All I wanted was some chili - with cheese and onions, of course! The young lady that helped me is named "Trisha". When I got to the window to pay, I asked for extra crackers. With a big smile she tossed more in my bag. She asked how my day was and made other small talk as she made change. Her whole demeanor was just so happy and positive. What a nice change to see someone who likes helping others. She made my day! Keep up the good work, Trisha! read more

I made an honest mistake by driving through about 20 minutes after 1 AM in the morning. I thought the store was open till two. All the business lights were on and I drove through and waited in the drive-through lane and no one ever came and said they're closed. So as I realized it was after 1 o'clock and they must be closed, I placed a phone call to them simply do share their wife are still on. I was met with an answer after I had slightly said it if they're closed they might want to shut your lights off. The response I got was "thank you captain obvious have a good night" Then they hung up on me. So I simply tried to call back to express my concern about that approach and was promptly hung up on again and calling a third time got a busy signal. I've seen this store go from the shining star of the chain to completely to the toilet. I'm done trying with the store, I've attempted to be nice to people, share insight with managers, Sherry inside with regional management, no one clearly cares about the store. I'm done wasting my energy. Don't waste your time or money at the store either. One more thing, I've gone to other stores and mentioned how screwed up this story is and each store that I've spoken to completely knows about the problems this store has Update: I spoke to the assistant manager and general manager Marvin today and they were a palled at this behavior and assured me that is not normal or acceptable. 4 stars for a fast food place, woo hoo. Over a decade ago, I lived in the area and would come to this Wendy's 1-2 times in so many months. One of my friends moved to Bonney Lake and I trekked out to BFE to go visit here. Went through the drive thru at Wendy's to get lunch and the cashier was super nice. I worked at Wendy's a decade ago. I love seeing my old manager (Kevin) and I've even seen the old GM I think her name is Tammy. (They don't recognize me though) To this day Wendy's is still my favorite fast food. They get through their line in a fraction of time as any other company, have great customer service, and the food is always on point. Even if I see a line wrapped around the building I know it will only be 10 -15 minutes for them to kill the line and get my food. read more

I eat at this Wendy's alot. I'm just not so sure about the changes after the remodel...The lobby is pretty, but many of the old crew are gone :( I've been there twice since the remodel. My burger has been dry and cold fries each time and the wait was long. I'll give it one more try and I plan to speak up if this poor food quality and service continues. Doesn't feel like the crew has the same commrodery behind the counter as the old crew did. I hope this isn't a sign of the future for this Wendy's. read more

I am a employee at Wendy's in totem lake. When I pulled up to the speaker I waited and was not greet so I said hello and still no response waited and then asked if they were open and still no response!!! So I pulled up to the window in which again not greeted had to call someone's over to get help. They told me they were open so I told them I'd just pull back threw so I could look at the menu. While I was ordering they were super unresponsive I didn't even know if anyone was listening. Alll she did was tell me the price of my order. I SPECIFICALLY asked for fresh fries and even said please and thank you bc again I am an employee for Wendy's! We waited for about 2 minutes before anyone helped us and I assume it was bc we were waiting for the FRESH fries I asked for. We get handed our food and sent on our way I don't even get out of the drive threw fully before I realize we were not given out drinks. I pull back around and tell them at the speaker and AGAIN very long wait for a response before she tells me to pull up to the window. Then she gives us the drinks and NO straws so I had to ask an which she responded "they should have been in the bag but ok" which is very rude. (There was no straws in the bag btw) Now I pull into a spot and pull out a fry and they are limp and clearly not fresh. REMINDER I work for Wendy's and I know what our fresh fries are like and they're not limp and soft. So they made us wait to trick us into Believing we were getting fresh when In fact they HADNT. I went there tonight and it was a pretty long wait in line for "fast" food, waited at ordering console for at least 2-3 minutes and after the first "I'll be with you in a minute" could visibly see people behind me getting annoyed and called out "Hello" to see if anyone was there. Still no answer for a bit and then finally was told only sorry for the way and that they were only taking cash. Still ordered and when I got to the window the gal had literally zero customer service. No apology for the long wait, no greeting, no nothing. I've had better service from telemarketers.
