I spent 30 minutes in the drive through to be told they only have soft drinks and chicken nuggets - WHEN THE PEOPLE BEFORE AND AFTER ME GOT OTHER ITEMS! On top of that, I had to wait another 10 minutes due to the vehicle in front of me waiting for his chicken sandwich that I was told they didn't have. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Awful service, this morning at 7:17 i stopped in to get gas and pick up some breakfast and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back and assist me. At first i didnt think they were open but someone finally came out to help me. My sister decided she wanted something so we went through the drive through. We pulled up and the employee asked for our order, I responded that I wanted a chicken biscuit and grape jelly and the employee said "hold on calm down" in an irritated sounding tone. I was very surprised at this attitude, especially since i was only ordering one thing. I know it was early but the disrespect for no reason caused me to drive off without any food. I cant imagine someone with that attitude would treat my food with care. read more

We had a full day of travel and wanted something fast. This Wendy's is connected to a gas station, so we thought we could combine 2 stops into one. The gas part of the stop was quick. The fast food wasn't fast. They were out of fries, lettuce, tomatoes, and soft drinks. We got a couple of Dave's singles with nothing but onions, a pickle, and mustard and it took 25 minutes. As far as fast food goes it's nothing special. The hand sanitizer was out at the counter. I order a bourbon bacon burger with tomatoes and lettuce and they did a good job adding enough of that. Skimped a bit on the bourbon sauce though. The side of cut strawberries was delicious. I'm glad that was an option to fries. I also got a frosty to sip on while in driving. Overall the service was slow but at least my order was correct and great temperature. read more

How do you think it is possible to order two double stacks and a bake potato and the two double stacks are cold like they've been in the refrigerator but the bake potato is hot?!?! GDit I'm freaking so tired of working my a-z off every week and waiting till the next week to get my check only to spend my money on a purchase that is freaking totally unsatisfactory in every way!!! #6/2022 It's Wendy's easily accessible from interstate 40 located in the road ranger travel plaza. 24/7 as long as properly staffed Like many Wendy's standard faire but I walked in first thing I noticed was how clean it was very nicely sanitized garbage cans weren't overflowing or anything. Had a pleasant cashier greet me took my order although it's no longer on the board I didn't want a huge meal I opted for a four for four they said they still have it it's just not on the board. Job for $4.44 I got a junior cheeseburger plain for nuggets with honey mustard Junior fry and a drink. They got my favorite fancy freestyle machine so I was able to enjoy a couple of ice cold diet ginger ales. The reason one star above the other ones is the food was very nice and hot tasted extremely fresh. So therefore it's warranted. keep up the good quality work read more

We're truck drivers and we hit fast food often. This Wendy's is great. Very clean, friendly staff and really good hot food. I'm sorry but after traveling all day I just wanted something good to eat before stopping at a Hotel. It was 9:32 pm on 4/16/2022 and Customer Service through the Pick Up Window was terrible and they got our order completely wrong. Which means I paid a higher price for the food that I got. Worst Wendy food I've ever had. This place started by taking forever to make my food. After about 15 minutes of waiting I got my food took it back to my truck. And got straight to it. But they left ingredients off my sandwiches. And the food just tasted old and gross. Sadly they couldn't even put enough sauce on the sandwiches. That really could have helped make up for the lack of attention paid to putting my sandwiches together. But looking around at the town here. It's all just kinda old and dumpy. So maybe I should have anticipated this. Besides the Wendy's the rest of the truck stop is nice. I would just avoid ordering food at the Wendy's. Horrible wendys!!! The girls stood behind the counter and refused to take orders from the register and had every costumer go to the self order machine as they stood there. Had to wait over 25min for food and it was all cold. Dinning area was filthy gross. I was better off getting the gas station connected to it food. read more

Went through the drive thru and no one answered so we pulled around and I went inside. No one came to the counter for about 5min and I couldn't visibly see anyone behind the counter. So I went over to the gas station side where I asked the attendant if he knew where anyone was for the Wendy's side. He said no and I walked back over. Someone came out finally but I'm assuming he isn't able to do anything other than prepare the food because he asked me to use the large tablets in the lobby (they were locked) so he came out from behind the counter and went and got the attendant from the gas station side. At this point both of them are looking for the secondary employee which they can't find (at this point about 15min has passed) the gas station attendant finds the "manager" and lets me know this kid is the manager. The "manager" says nothing to me when he finally gets back. And the other kid made my food for me. Gave me fresh fries. But then randomly a third employee pops up out of nowhere lol. He told me he was cleaning and had his headphones in which is understandable. Overall, I got my food for free because the gas station attendant was so so sweet in trying to help me. I'm not mad or anything, it was late (1am) it was all just weird honestly lol. I don't live anywhere where a Wendy's is located so I really just wanted my chili lol. I appreciate the gas station attendant for going above and beyond to help me! I don't know his name but he was working tonight at 1am 11/20!! Give him a raise! This is a customer service review. The food was perfect so that's not my focus here. I'm on a road trip and after driving for 8 hours I'm stopping here for an overnight break. So I haven't eaten since early this morning and I'm looking forward to a late afternoon dinner. Brinkley is a tiny town so wasn't expecting fine dining. I ended up settling for Wendy's because they were the best of the three choices I had. I ordered my food through Door Dash. They said it would take an hour and I agreed because l wasn't starving. An hour goes by and Door Dash tells me they're running behind. For a burger and some drinks??? I called Wendy's. The person who answered was flummoxed. He said, "We don't do Door Dash. Let me get the manager." A young woman comes on the phone and is concerned because she said they had never to her knowledge utilized Door Dash's service. She took my phone number and called her general manager. Annoyed but not angry, I canceled the order with Door Dash. The young lady called me back, apologized for the mixup and reiterated that they don't use Door Dash. I told her I'd just drive over. When I got there went to the drive through and said, "I'm the Door Dash lady." Before I could ask for anything they said, "Yes ma'am. Pull up." Not only did they have my entire order, but they refused to let me pay for it. That's the best customer service I've received in a long time.
