Really upset with my food, let's just start off with I was given free fries after the past 4 employees were very rude so I was on a high before eating my food but once I took my first bite I realized my food was 50 degrees Fahrenheit... my cheese wasn't even melted on my burger. Service was really good they were nice and all but my food was awful. I only went for my $1 burger using the app but my food wasn't even worth 10 cents soooo bad. Very upset. It seems like all the inter cities fast food places are always terrible... I'm not sure why but I need too stay away. read more

Didn't even get food... Waited so long for the guy front of me to order I waited 20 minutes, contemplated life, and didn't even want that greasy food anymore. Funny thing is i know why it was taking so long because i had to go inside to pee before i entered the drive thru. Absolutely AWFUL service I believe they purposefully forget people food so they can keep it or make profit as well as the management answering the phone with "Wendy's" with the most disrespectful tone as if it was my fault they gave me a small fry instead of the large that was paid for. I ordered chili, fries and 10 pieces nuggets, didn't receive either of the items, except for the fries, and they got the wrong size and they were cold. he staff was hostile and rude towards me. moral of the story don't order from Wendy's cause you're going to pay $40 and not get anything.... literally downloaded Yelp just to leave them a bad review to spread the message. What I want to know is...why is this place still open? Why is the manager still there? I work close to here so I have eaten here often. I have experienced many of the issues of the other posters. Today was the final straw. I waited forever in line. When I was ordering I asked what was in the new salad. The cashier told me, I don't know. It's posted right there. the lady was not professional very rude. they don't fill your cup up all the way. Hanna wasnt very understanding on why it is stupid to not have your cup filled all the way. i had to pay for another drink cause it was only half way full. Drive thru is so little, I couldn't leave after waiting more than 6 minutes for my food. There was a lady ahead of me who ordered at least 7 bags of food, so me and my 4 for 4 had to wait. Dude.... I struggle to give this place a two. Got wrong order. Manager offered to correct the order. Next day went back, and the manager was super nice with extra drinks and fries....... then, messed up the order. Which means someone else got a bad order. Went tonight also the wrong order. Somehow though I was like I shoulda ordered that - and I got it. I gave two for somehow messing it up and making me happy. Still wrong order though. Walked in the have dinner about 8 pm, I used the men's room There was no toilet paper , went to the sink, no towels got dressed and went out to get some napkins. went back in to finish. Sat down and looked in to the garbage can , and their was socks full of shit from some else. Now my boxes are stained badly. Went up front and asked the counter what hell is wrong with you people that the men's room is in that shape ? I was yelling since I was so upset remember I now have soiled boxers and smell like human shit. There response to my situation and being upset was to tell me to get out of the store. I will never eat there again !!!!!! Think about this --How long does it take to used up 2 rolls of industrial size paper and all of the paper towels at the sink and have shit stained socks in the garbage ??? I wonder how clean is their kitchen if they cant keep the bathroom up at lease once per shift . And the guy in the dining area, just either standing there or pacing, watching people eat, ready to pounce on a table and clean it, was super creepy. Every time that I go to this location they always managed to mess up my order. Today I went and I told the girl that my order was wrong and all she did was read my incorrect order to me. That was her solving the problem. And then they didn't even bother to give me any straws for my drinks. I went to Wendy's today and had a horrible experience. After being asked to pull aside and told my food would be brought out to me, I waited almost 15 minutes before going in and inquiring about the delay. I was told my food was just being started. A few minutes later I was told it couldn't be prepared at all. My issues: 1. Why did it take over 15 minutes to even begin to prepare my food? I counted at least 6 cars in the drive through after me. I ordered nothing fancy. 2. If I'd continued to wait in my car, would I still be there now and for the foreseeable future? 3. When I went inside, there were plenty of employees. So many employees in fact that they were bumping into each other with nothing much to do. Was this what caused the delay? The lack of a to do list for staff? 4. When I asked for a refund (the other items I'd gotten in the car were ice cold and not eaten), I was only give a partial refund. 5. The bad attitudes I was treated too though, those were free. Bottom Line: We've all worked in customer service at some point in our careers. It's often a thankless job and nobody deserves to be treated poorly. However, there is a certain etiquette when a customer has been waiting longer than had they gone home and prepared food from scratch. And bad staff attitudes and a partial refund are nowhere near competent customer service. Do better Wendy's. read more

I've alway have issues when I come to this Wendy's. The customer service is horrible it's like the girls that work there got hired to just have attitudes all day.
