Unfortunately I am writing again, my experience at this location was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. A staff member named Carlos was not in proper uniform, which already made the place feel disorganized and poorly managed. During my visit, I also witnessed him making inappropriate and disrespectful comments that made the interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, I observed him sneeze into his hands and then handle food without properly washing or sanitizing, which was very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, the behavior, professionalism, and basic food safety standards were completely unacceptable. I strongly encourage management to address this immediately, because this is not the level of service customers should receive. read more

I went through the drive through and ordered a meal, large size with a sweet tea. I get to the window and the girl tried to hand me a medium tea. I politely said that should be a large. Girl at window said on, handed it to the lady behind her with no teeth, lady with no teeth took a large cup, filled it with ice then dumped the medium tea into the cut. There was still 1/4 a cup of tea left in the medium. I said to the nice girl at window I should have just keep the medium tea? We stopped at this Wendy's while traveling during the pandemic, so we drove through and then parked in the shade & ate in our car. The drive through was quick and efficient on a weekday afternoon. Our order was mostly correct (just missing bacon on one burger, not worth going in and waiting on as we needed to go) and the fries were piping hot. For the last 3-4 months this location always has a line at their drive-through. I have gotten surly attitudes and inept service from the employees there on several occasions. Tonight was the worst of it, though...it took me 27 (!!!) minutes to get through the drive-through line, the woman at the first window didn't even open her window or look at me (I had an online order and would have liked to have my receipt) and at the second window where they give you the food, they just ignored me and didn't say one word to me until they handed my food to me...no apology for the delay, no thank you come again, etc. The only thing that any of them said to me was "Merry Christmas," which I found odd...you can't even say thank you or apologize for the delay, but you wish me a Merry Christmas? read more

I honestly do not like having to leave bad reviews, but after what I experienced today, I'm laying it all out. This location has messed up my order the last 4 times I've been here. Each time, I decided to let it go bc I understand how busy and probably overwhelmed they must be with COVID. However, I just couldn't anymore. So I contacted the manager and explained how my orders have been incorrect our past 4 visits and the last one had a raw patty. He was very polite, said how sorry he was and told me he would replace my order for free the next time I come in. He would leave a note to ensure whoever was working would honor this. Well he was not in today, so I was met with the GM. From the moment I opened my mouth about getting my order for free, she was hateful, condescending and basically accused me of "doing this often" and would ONLY replace this meal for me this one time. I was appalled. Almost speechless to her treatment. She then let me know they would only replace my burgers, but I would have to pay for the rest. Mind you, there are several other customers witnessing this treatment. So I get my meal, and what do you know?? Again they got it wrong. I swear I thought they were playing a joke on me. So I again, took it back. The GM proceeds to treat me with a condescending tone. So I ask for her managers name, which she tries to tell me she reports to no one. She began to threaten me on calling the cops if I don't lower my voice. Another customer actually comes up to me and says they want to give me their name and number to back me when I send in my complaint bc they witnessed the entire exchange. Needless to say, my burgers were fixed and I left. Here's the thing, if you are a GM, I would like to believe you have been given some training on how to properly treat your customers. The simple, proper way in handling this would have been "I am sorry for getting your meal wrong. We will replace it right now". Our family likes Wendy's and we will return, but to a different location or once they remove the GE at the location near us. The work that the restaurant industry does for us all right now is amazing. We understand they are overwhelmed and overworked and we truly appreciate them being there for us customers. Very rude employees and the food is terrible. They served me two completely melted chocolate frosties and the girl at the counter (Brooklyn) was so rude I didn't even trust her pour them so I threw them away. She had her fingers inside the cup when she picked the empty cups up before taking them back to pour. Gross. They need to fire the incredibly rude staff. I have left bc I have been ignored while being the first and only one in line inside and gotten out of the huge drive thru line bc it takes so long it is ridiculous! Food is usually very good at this location.. Unfortunately, it takes multiple trips to get it... Every time we've gone there theyve given us the wrong food.. We call and tell them, theyre really nice and apologetic and replace it all... We check and its wrong again, (replaced by fresh copies of the same wrong food)... Once they finally get it right, its really good... Worth going to, just be sure to check your food before leaving (especially if travelling and not a local) UPDATE: in the cpl years since this post, they have done almost a full turn around.. They still need to work on cleaning the grease off the shelf under the fries (where they store the fry cups/bags), but its been a little over a year since theyve gotten an order wrong and the food has been great.. Great service and very friendly staff. We came here after not getting served at the Denny's at the Pilot Truck Stop at the previous exit (we were ignored by the waitstaff and finally gave up and left after 15 minutes). Denny's loss was Wendy's gain. I'll go to another Wendy's based on our experience here (and I'm not a fan of fast food). The cashier (her name was Autumn) even thanked us as we left. Nice! read more
