I was looking forward to a nice Cobb salad from Wendy's. However, they forgot the bacon and egg that was supposed to be on it. It had tomatoes, but I pulled those off. Waiting 15 minutes in drive thru for a sub-par salad is ridiculous. Plus, the chicken is so dry - it has been sitting around awhile. This one is disgusting. The bathroom is the worst I've seen from a major chain in 15 years. Leaking urinal, other urinal is clogged. No towel holder, so roll of towels is wet. Overall dingy, dirty appearance. The dining area is very dated, with trash on the floor throughout. This makes sense as it is a combo gas station restaurant and the gas station is filthy with a lot of dust on the products and general clutter. I left there and didn't order anything (didn't trust them)... if the public side is disgusting, the food prep side is probably Nasty. read more

Burgers are rarely hot...room temperature to mildly warm at best. Food is still good, but I prefer it hot off the grill. I have had endless issues with this Wendy's location. I have left a direct message to the restaurant and spoken to them on the phone about their disorganization in the mornings. I've never had such consistent bad experiences at any fast food restaurant. Today I places a mobile order and pulled into a pick up parking spot. They came out to my car with my food within 5 minutes of arriving and told me they were out of one of the things I wanted and suggested I get baconator fries instead. I then had to wait another 25 minutes for my food while calling them and getting no answer. They finally answered and said they would bring it out and they forgot and they would make sure it wasn't cold. They brought out the same bag from 25 minutes before with everything in the bag being cold. They didn't even give me the fries I was supposed to be waiting for the whole time. Ordered food, offered payment. She said she couldn't make change because she just started her shift. Management comes to tell me they have plenty of change in house but she can't do anything about it because the employee just started her shift. This has nothing to do with me. You take my money. One of the nicest fast food restaurants in the area. They are so nice here. The food is always right and hot, not smashed up looking crap in a bag that they toss at you. Not once have I been shortchanged at this location, though it has happened at other Wendy's and fast food restaurants, like when I ask for large fries and don't a large or they forgot part of the order or extra cheese. I got my food fresh and in a fast time but as I was eating in the lobby, the classy guy behind the counter let out a loud ass burp. I give the manager credit, she did call him out for it. I decided to order via drive thru simply asked for a #2 Combo no cheese or Mayo and extra pickle the young girl was rude and said did you say no tomato I said no and repeated the order when the food was handed to me the young woman just handed the bag to me on its side I checked the Order and guess what no extra pickle just the tiny mutant pickle I said seriously and showed it to once girl she apologize but the other said what's wrong with it, here is my point I was polite and spoke slowly and clearly on what I desired, and for $8.99 I got slop it's a shame this use to be a nice place to eat I will be contacting the district office on Monday. read more
