Just had the worse drive thru experience ever. There were only two cars in front of mine when I entered. After sitting for a solid 10 mins the first car drove away and the next pulled up; that person was told to hold on, and after another 10 minutes and 2 attempts to say "hello" (that were completely ignored) I called inside and asked to speak to the manager. It was the manager who answered the phone, and was unfriendly from the start (clearly he was under lots of stress) I explained that I was a customer trapped in the drive thru (there were cars behind me and the one at the speaker) his response was "Yeah, I know, we're backed-up and you could probably tell that when you saw the long line" I responded that there were actually only 2 cars in front of me when I got into the line, and his only response was "uh huh, yeah, well, we're having computer problems" Finally at that point the car in front of me gave up and drove away, allowing me to drive away also. I completely understand that things happen and back ups occur. However it was the "manager's" response to the whole situation that really was the worst part. For one, to practically blame your customer, or insinuate that I should have seen the "long line" was outright rude, and then to offer zero help in finding a solution to your customer essentially trapped in your drive thru is another. I don't even write reviews often, and hardly ever complain. But man, what an incompetent manager...people are put in management positions because they know how to conduct themselves and lead their team, even in the most stressful times. We were very disappointed of this Wendy's. We ordered 5 apple, pecan, chicken salads at the drive thru when we arrived back home. There was no pecans and no feta cheese on any of the salads. Because we ordered salads we were told we couldn't order grilled chicken sandwiches too. We were told we could only order hamburgers. We were told could not get a receipt of our order as the machine for receipts is broken down for over a year. read more

Must have been sitting for a half an hour. I took it back to the counter and asked them to remake it with fresh meat. 5 minutes. Went by and the manager came out to ask what was wrong with the sandwich. I explained the meat was cold as tasted old and was certainly not the fresh made to order they advertise. 5 more minutes and the cook comes out and insists I taste it in front of her because she "don't wanna here another complaint". There isn't much to say about a standard Wendy's other than the location and service. This one is in a pretty good position for both. Location wise it's like the only Wendy on this little peace of land and it's a small price of land so it's pretty close to everything. Let's say about 6 min from Ron Johns. Service here was also better than I expected. Given they were not so busy when we came in, they brought to food to is and went back to get us condiments and such. Pretty nice people and service for a Wendy's. They lost a few stars because the floors and tables could have been cleaner, can't comment on the bathrooms cuz I didn't use em. All in all I would come back here if I was craving another pretzel burger, which is great btw. The sodas machine here is also pretty awesome. read more

I was in the need of a quick lunch fix today, and I had been hearing all the marketing on their new burgers, so I decided to give it a shot today. Well I'll be darned, it was actually very good. I love a good burger and if you served this to me in a non fast-food restaurant, I would have no complaints other than the fact that I couldn't order it rare. But it's fast food, so I understand why. We wanted separate orders and we were told that we were on a timer while we looked at the menu which was quite frankly ridiculous since two of the lights on the menu were out so we had to get out to look. Do not go to this location!!!!! We just tried to order at the drive thru after a day at the beach. They were out of chicken nuggets, baked potatoes and frosty!! We adjusted our order to chicken tenders and burgers. Well, I've never been to a Wendy's where I was the only customer in the restaurant @ 6:00 pm, but this is it. It was a tough order process as the cashier struggled with an app coupon. Then it appeared that the only other team members were talking about being out of most items on the menu. Then as I write this review the manager on duty tells us the Frosty sale has ended, but he can honor the .50 cent frosty ads that are advertised all over the store because he got an e-mail today telling him to take the signing down that he ignored. It's amazing he was just in the parking lot with his co-worker celebrating something, it appeared, probably celebrating the removal of the .50 cent Frosty sale! But, he forgot to see the 5 x 5 signing on the windows advertising this. Amazing, then he starts taking down the signs as we request to purchase them . It's a classic experience! Needless to say I doubt the Wendy's team will be here anytime soon filming positive customer service commercials. read more

SLOW, so incredibly slow. Drive thru at lunchtime with 2 cars in front of me took every bit of 10 minutes.

Where to begin? We were genuinely hungry after a full day at the beach and wanted a quick bite to eat before heading home. Wendys should fit the bill right? Wrong! After waiting in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me, I began to feel the need to pee, no, I had approximately 2 gallons of urine waiting in my bladder to blast out at any moment. 10 minutes......20......minutes......still 2 cars in front of me....screw it, I reach for the size small Taco Bell cup in my cup holder, fill the damn thing with my urine, my wife empties it into the bushes, still no movement ahead and I still have half a bladder to empty. It's been 35 minutes and we get our food. Of course the requested plain cheese burgers have mayonnaise, pickles, onions, lettuce and tomatoes covering them. How simple a job to create a burger with meat, cheese and bread, not asking for much. This was $20 by the way. I am ready for robots to replace this useless human being's job. But the story doesn't end here. Oh no. I still needed to finish peeing. So, removing the Taco Bell urine cup from my cup holder, I head inside to the rest room. There's of course a line here too. The gentleman in front of me leaves without eye contact, I step up to the urinal. There is a thick yet stout brown turd approximately the size of a stogey or a half eaten mars bar in the urinal. Slap on top of the urinal cake. The man before me has peed on top of it and there are zero options outside of accepting my situation and urinating on top of an already urinated on turd. So that's exactly what I did. I peed on a stranger's turd in a Wendy's. There I said it. So let me summarize, I waited 35 minutes in a drive through to not have my correct order served to me, had to pee in the line (trust me no way to turn around or get out), and had to finish peeing in the Wendy's bathroom on a strangers turd in the urinal. So sure yeah I'll recommend this Wendy's if this is the EXACT experience you are looking for. Go for it. Be adventurous. And make sure you've got an empty Taco Bell cup in your car. read more

This is by far the WORST Wendy's I have ever been in. It took us 30 minutes to have our order taken then to Be told it's after 9 (because we had been in line so long) that we had to leave to eat. So we chose to leave and the guy running the cash register (Rahqim) threw his hands up at us and got mouthy.
