My aunt and cousin ordered chicken and waffles...my other aunt ordered the (forgot name) but think it was the Parish...French toast stacked high and covered in whip cream, berries, and nuts. She said it was really, really good! She could've had bananas as well but she doesn't like them. Would definitely return. Mom and pops spot so no big crowds but a few people or small group is ok. Server was nice and quick. Can't recall her name though.

I called in my to go order and the person who took my order was nice. I ordered the grilled fish and shrimp which came with 2 sides. I got the green beans and side salad. I wanted Italian dressing, but they don't carry it so I settled on balsamic vinaigrette. She told me it'd probably be about 15 mins and since I live about 10 or so minutes away, I hopped in the car after I got off the phone and drove there. There were a few customers dining in but it wasn't very busy. My food was ready and sitting at the counter, so I paid and went home to eat. It was a nice sized piece of fish and a good bit of shrimp. Fish flavor was good but shrimp flavor was just okay. House salad and green beans both had pieces of bacon in them so I tried to avoid that as I ate. I believe the total was about $26 or $27. Overall it was just ok in my opinion. Some of the other items on the menu may taste better. I may try something else from them one day.

This location and other ones I've seen have a really good story and a lot of good art on the walls. It's very clean, but the secret surprise is the cheese bread toast. It is such cheesy bite of comfort and goodness. I think it is sure make you smile. I like the story behind Cane's, The owner is awesome. They do a lot for the community. I recommend trying Cane's designed for dipping.

Despite presenting proof of my military service, the discount was denied by management and an older waitress told our waitress,how she know he was military She (the older waitress )solely made assumption and perhaps our race was the determining factor as well ,because I was not in uniform.to deny me the discount.
