I just had the spicy chicken burger. Not pleased with it. The burger was very very dry. I literally could hardly taste the chicken. Very bland. The spice was good though but that's about it. One of the worst drive thru experiences ever!!!!! The kid working the drive thru on Thursday 7/28/22 was as rude as i have ever experienced. He made it quite obvious that i was putting him out by placing an order in the drive thru. Then if that wasn't bad enough, i was 10 miles south on I5 when i opened my "Baconator" to find it was a single patty on a smashed bun with mayo smeared all over it, inside and out and a piece of lettuce and nothing more. This is the worst Wendy's ever. I have stopped in for chili twice in the last month between 1130-1145 and both times they don't have chili ready. One time they charged my debit card before telling me and it took 4 days to get the credit back on my card. Not everyone eats lunch promptly at 12. Please get it together! The service I was met with at the window was impeccable! They upgraded my small Frostee® to a medium for free! The lady who was at the window was super nice and had a warm spirit! 1509 NW Lousiana Ave Chehalis Wa, you get 1 star because I went to your drive thru, ordered a salad,and a large chili got to the window some high school dudes gave me my food, almost forgot to take my money and I get back to work and my bag had no spoon, no fork abunch of napkins and 2 things of ranch now I had to eat this using the lid of the chili then my chili is stone cold the cheese was not melted at all, immediately stopped eating it, was so pissed already literally a 5 minute drive back but why should I have to waste my lunch time and gas never going there again and the salad was gross. Very disappointing In the customer service at this location. Went through the drive-thru ordered our meal and besides the fries being soggy and getting the broken ends of the batch that had been sitting in the basket for awhile and they were out of unsweetened ice tea! Really? How do you run out of that? They forget to give me my debit card back. After driving back, over 20 minute drive, Colton the manager gave me my card back after i explained it was over a 20 minute drive each way for me to go back and they did nothing to make it a better experience since they were at fault. It's frustrating the lack of customer service these days. I would think Wendy's corporate would strive to provide the best service but I don't think anyone cares anymore. I usually use the drive-thru but I've eaten inside enough to notice that this Wendy's is consistently clean and staffed by professional workers, and if you're not a rudelord they're usually friendly. The food comes out quickly and exactly as ordered. Not one mixup in all the years I've patronized this location. Pretty important since by the time I'd notice, I'm 20 miles away. I also appreciate how easy this particular Wendy's is to get to- the parking lot itself is kind of goofy if you take the wrong entrance but it's so close to the freeway you can be back on the road in under ten minutes and still have time for a (quick) bathroom break if you order to go. I'm also rating this 5 stars to counter the only two other reviewers who seem to have a terrifically positive outlook on life. read more

I would like to know where the hell is the owner or manager of this specific Wendy's. Twice we have driven by to actually get SOMETHING called FOOD, and they were already trying to close up for the night after 7pm. Kind of funny when you pull up to a drive through, the lights are all OFF, employees won't answer speaker to take orders, then when you call them out ASKING them to do there job and treat you as a customer, they had the balls to say they were out of all ingredients to make a combo meal to sell to a customer. Because once again they did not want to do the job they were hired for, earn that minimum wage and work. I would fire these employees who can't clean your store, answer a drive through and try to turn away actual paying customers and pretend they are closed while it seems they may be doing something else entirely behind closed doors and drive through windows. The hamburgers that we ordered were burned so much so that they had black in places. The french fries that we received were cold, and dark brown. I love Wendy's, but his place was a mess! No toilet paper, no paper towels to dry your hands. Full trash in bathroom and even garbage in the parking lot. My husband stepped on a hamburger getting out of the car. The floor needed vacuuming the tables need all to be wiped down and there were napkins and other mess on the floor. read more

Normally I wouldn't spend the time to review a fast food joint, but this Wendy's is an exception. There isn't a Wendy's in my area, so when taking a couple road trips to Oregon in the last couple weeks, Wendy's was a nice treat. The first stop through the drive through, they got my beverage wrong. No biggie, you take a sip while driving off, get over the taste of diet coke vs what you wanted, pull over and go get it corrected. Fine. Second trip I decided to give it another shot. I loves me a baconator, so got the ol' meal deal. Large. Beverage correct, on I go. Fries seemed more like a small dumped in a large container, but at 70mph on I5, it's not worth turning around to bother with that. Now, in cases like this you just kind of chalk it up to "stuff happens," and you go on with your life. But the third trip was just dumb. Once again, baconator meal. Large, but just in case an extra order of fries. Once again, Diet Coke. Didn't order a Diet Coke, so now I'm starting to think they're trying to tell me something. But no bother, grab a parking spot, go in, get my Dr. Pepper, and I'm on my way up I5 munching on fries. Now here's the convenience of being on the side of a major interstate. When your customer gets 20-30 minutes down the highway and finds out that they didn't get the burger they ordered, they're not likely to turn around and drive back and complain. No Baconator. Instead they gave me what appeared to be a "Dave's Single." Not even any bacon on it! So at least 2 out of 3 times, this Wendy's got my order all kinds of wrong. So at this point I'm assuming either the employees are mentally deficient, or they're back there with a dart board trying to figure out how to mess with the drive through customers. Either way, since I'm not driving back to complain to the manager, I'm here. Maybe someone who has something to do with managing this location will see my review and tell the employees to put the darts down and get a freaking order right. If you can get it all correct on the receipt, seems like you should be able to get it right in the bag at least 2 out of 3 times. read more

I recently went to Wendy's to just simply get food and continue with my day deliciously, except one thing that lead to another quickly bothers me, for one I came up to order inside and my children and I heard a taller Hispanic man who was talking to a poufy haired employee in the back calling the employee a "gay boy" I saw his nametag and couldn't catch the full name though I saw it start with an IS. I found that of at most disrespect and I feel that store and restaurant regulations specifically do not disrespect employees at any cost especially if it comes to who they are as a person. I felt so disrespected that my children heard that and now they call each other gay boy. This has very disappointed me and I wish that man to be punished! Also I went into Wendy's today, and after this last straw I drew my hands to write this review, today I saw a young lady employee with brown hair exit the restaurant teary eyed and red faced, then I noticed her crying in the parking lot then after. I do not understand why an employee should be pushed as far as to cry in a parking lot looking so frustrated. she even had the nice time to say have a good day ma'am before she went to the parking lot.
