This was my first time at a Quiznos, and I'm happy that my experience at this location went so well! The staff were incredibly friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The man who was taking orders was so kind and patient since I expressed it was my first time and wasn't sure how to order. He provided me with some recommendations as well and I ultimately got the Turkey Ranch Swiss on Rosemary Parmesan bread. My husband ordered the French Dip and we shared some loaded tots. I loved how flavorful everything was, the freshness of the ingredients and the portions were just right. Once we got up to leave, the cashier was quick to wipe down our table so the restaurant's cleanliness remained top-tier. The man who had taken my order asked me how everything was and I was happy to tell him it was so good. Oh my goodness! I can't remember the last time I went to Quiznos, but this may have been the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I really wasn't expecting much. We just needed to grab a bite to eat while traveling through. When we walked n the door, we were so kindly greeted! The veggie sandwich was absolutely delicious! I wasn't expecting a spiritual awakening at a Quizno's in Centralia on a random afternoon but here we are now: with me writing my first Yelp review. Ingredients fresh, toasted buns amazing, and wonderful serving sizes. Staff here are friendly and clearly care about the product they create. They ain't trying to skimp on the meats here and it's clear. I got the Italian subway and was deleting it before I came to my senses and managed to capture a pic that did no justice to the experience I was having. No one should pass by the Centralia Outlets without stopping here! For many years, my wife and I travelled from California to B.C. twice each year. We planned our trips to stop here at lunch time. The owners, staff and food are top-notch. They are one of the few Quiznos shops still operating and that is a testament to this family. I hope whoever manages this location sees this review. We came in around noon on 3/3 and the staff was amazing. They were friendly as soon as we walked in, and they were patient with us as we had 2 overly hangry and tired kiddos. They made conversation with my kiddos, were polite, friendly, and energetic. In a world where we have staffing shortages and everyone is understaffed, this location was adequately staffed with incredibly pleasant humans. We aren't from here but if we were we'd support this business in every way we could. read more

I love this place. It's easily one of my favorite food establishments in Centralia-Chehalis. The food is always fresh and delicious. I do agree that this Quiznos is very clean. The staff was friendly it was in a great location. However, one of our sandwiches was the Classic Italian but what? They have no oil and they have no oregano. How can a Classic Italian sandwich not have either of those? Needless to say, even though everything was fresh, the sandwich was flat. The other order was the tuna melt. It was also a tad flavorless. Not sure why that is. A tuna sandwich is rarely flavorless. And, we wouldn't order tater tots again. Were they nuked? I have never been to such a clean and well run sub shop (mostly a chain) in my life! I love Quiznos and when I saw the sign off I5 I immediately jumped off. Approaching it looked like a small shop - but wow they got a ton of seating! I literally thought this was place was brand spanking new because of how clean it was. There was a ton of staff at 10am when opening. Everyone greeted me and they were so prompt to help me. It was fantastic. My sandwich was delicious and it felt like a restaurant because the staff even asked if I needed any help or anything else! When and if I'm in the area again I'd 100% go here again. If other Quiznos ran there operation like this place I'm sure less would be shutting down! read more

This is a tightly run operation with the usual Quiznos fare (what else?). The place was clean and efficient and if the staff was only pretending to be friendly, they were doing a good job of faking it at leasy during my visit. Don't fall for the add-ons (potato tots, drinks, chips, etc.) because with 3 sandwich sizes to choose from, you can order enough right there. Extra starch? Sugar water? No thanks mate, I prefer to live to see tomorrow. The customers were a decent, tame crowd when I visited. If in doubt, try the traditional sandwich. Easy parking, easy freeway access. read more

What I like about Quiznos is they are fast and friendly and have great tasting cold cut sandwiches. I also like their pepper and pickle bar. The bread is also pretty good, which is one of the most important components of any decent sandwich. This particular Quiznos is also one of the cleanest ones I have been in, which is refreshing. Not a fan of any of the other sandwiches I have tried though, especially the chicken. It tastes canned and slightly under-cooked. I was afraid I was going to get samonella after trying one of their alfredo offerings. Oh and this place delivers, which is a bonus as mostly only pizza can be delivered in this area. read more

Busy parking area, so that might make it a problem trying to get in and out of here- but the staff here are very friendly and fast in making your food, they have the chili I really love! This location does have delivery, so if your staying at a hotel or are nearby you can have them deliver it to you, and looks like from the photo I took, the car the deliver the food in is a smart car (I would never ever ever ever own one of those things myself lol) and like all American Quiznos, this one has Pepsi products. I went in today and ordered a sub, one of the guys making the food looked strung out. The cashier was very friendly. I took it to go. I ate most of the sub until I realized someone had sprinkled tiny pieces of hair throughout the sub. Looked like beard trimmings. I almost vomited. I will never eat there again. read more
