Sadly I must say - do not go here to eat a chicken sandwich. Dry, flat, cold. Period. The staff was rushed, disjointed, and frankly stupid. To make a long story very short I requested everything but pickles on the sandwich. After getting it wrong twice the sandwich maker gave me a bun with condiments and no chicken. She said I thought you said everything except chicken. Whaaat? When she did get it right the chicken made, the chicken breast was cold, flat, dry and terrible!!! The restaurant was so cold we had to sit by the fireplace to keep our hands warm. It was a regretfully sad experience. I used to LOVE Wendy's chicken sandwiches more than chick-fil-a !! Never ever again. I could have picked anywhere else since it was Veterans Day and I Chose this even without a discount. Doubly regretful! Ok Wendys...ghost pepper fries....stop, just stop. These things are delicious. Also had two jr cheeseburgers. I'm not a huge fan or patron of Wendys, but they seem to always do a good job and the food hits the spot. They are really quick in DT, too quick for my liking....like you need a pause at the window to ask for ketchup, salt or whatever....they are rushing so much that you feel awkward 'slowing them down'. Who ever was outside taking the order doesn't pay attention and totally gave me the wrong thing.

So I ordered ahead on the app for dinner, chose the carry out option because the line for drive thru is always ridiculous. I get there and the door is locked. I tried calling multiple times and they won't answer. I get in the drive thru line because apparently that's the only way I can talk to someone. Keep in mind I've been "checked in" for about 10 mins now. I finally get to the speaker and was told to get out of line because they aren't making my order right now it's too big and they want to do the smaller orders. I'm sorry I have kids at home that need to eat I ordered just like everyone else. When I worked in fast food we had people working on larger orders while other people worked on smaller orders. That's how you get food out the door. Please tell me where any of this made sense.... So disappointed and very unhappy with this whole experience. read more

We're not from the area but our relatives live close by. Every time we come here the drive thru line is long and the wait exceeds 15 min, with 5 cars in front of me. I am starting to believe that they must make your food when you pay for it. This is pretty damn ridiculous! read more

The service is very poor, talking about sanitation... the cashier is the same person who gave us our order, after touching the money with her gloves on. The cashier booth is the same booth where you take your order. We ordered the cheeseburger with bacon and one regular, they charged us correctly however they gave us the same regular sandwiches. Worst service and food of any Wendy's I have ever eaten at. Went through the drive thru with my kids and forgot my small frosty. I turned around and went back. The line was wrapped around the outside parking lot and I wasn't about to go back through again. Pulled up and parked then sent my son in to get it. An employee was outside smoking and said the inside was closed. He explained about the frosty and the employee told him to go through the drive through. I got out of the car said I wasn't going through the drive thru. I walked to the door and the employee bumped me like he was some kind of sumo wrestler, blocked the door, pulled the device that was holding it open, and said now what. I asked him to get a manager or the employee I saw him talking to previously and he said no that he doesn't clock in until 530 pm. It was only 5pm and I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes. I then walked around the building to the drive through window and asked what looked like the manager for the frosty. She gave it to me and I left. While walking back to my car the employee started talking trash and threatening me. I made a few comments as I was walking, got in my car and left. Got home and the Bourbon burger was soaked in the burboun sauce making the bottom bun not edible, my JR baconator was under cooked and had way to much of the mayo, and the fries were cold. The only good thing was that my wife's small frosty was good according to her. Pro: Vanilla frosty was good. Cons: pretty much everything else was horrible,, COLD, and the threats from some smoking employee were awesome; not professional at all. NOTE: They have a sign on the window of the drive through that EBT isn't accepted in drive thru, but the inside is closed so I guess they don't eat. read more

This is the closest Wendy's to me in Eastlake and I come here around once a week. I came here in mid-Sept 2014 and had a good experience. The service was fast and my burger was delicious. I liked the fact that the manager recognized my roommate and I since we are regulars and asked about us. I am so incredibly pleased with the quality of my southwest salad for only $8! You can't get better. The quality is top notch every time with fresh grilled moist chicken, a generous helping of avocado, and fresh ingredients. Plus it's a generous portion. See photo. I will be coming back here all the time! They can't possibly be making a profit on this. Do not go to Panera Bread! I used to love it there, but they are skimping on portions, and charging double. Came here because I was excited to try their new breakfast items, specifically the honey butter chicken biscuit, seasoned fries and frosty-ccino. First off i wanna say the seasoned fries were a hit. Really good!! They're basically potato wedges but have a great crunchy/crispy-ness. Personally need them with ketchup but they are great. The honey butter chicken biscuit was... better than chick fil a imho. these biscuits are soft and sweet the chicken patty itself was lackluster but i didnt mind cos the biscuit was that good. Highly recommend adding hot sauce to the sandwich. I decked 1 star off cos of the frosty-ccino. It was good, but i ordered a vanilla and im pretty sure they gave me the chocolate one instead cos ive also seen the vanilla one and mine didnt look like it. Also it tasted like chocolate lol. It was good but i was really looking forward to tasting the vanilla one so just be weary i guess. I placed an mobile order through their app for carryout, which the app accepted. I get to the restaurant and the doors are locked. There is a small sign on the door instructing mobile orders to go through the drive-through. The line for the drive-through is so long that it extends outside their parking lot. Maybe a 15-20 minute wait for food I've already ordered. I call the restaurant and someone answers, confirms that I have to go through the drive-through for the mobile order. I ask them to cancel the order and I'm told that I can do it through the app. But that's not true. I didn't have time to wait, so I got nothing. What a mess. read more

Stopped here with the family for dinner tonight. I ordered the apple chicken pecan salad and it came without dressing or pecans. I had to ask the cashier for the items a few minutes after I started eating. The half salad is tiny for $5... Not worth it. I ordered my kids chicken nugget children's meals. They didn't eat their food and they were starving when we arrived. The chicken was terribly salty and the fries were tasteless. The sweet and sour sauce tastes like high fructose corn syrup....because it is! My hubs ordered a jalapeño chicken sandwich, forgot the name, but he said it was ok so it's the only reason this review deserves a star. Won't be going to Wendy's again. This is the worst Wendy's in the area. There is constantly a long line at the drive thru making you wait up to 30 minutes to order. The lobby is never open, and the worst part is they are still accepting online orders even when they don't have enough people to take care of the people in the drive thru. Let me give them a piece of advice TURN OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) until you can take care of your in person customers. First time at a Wendy's. Drive-thru was packed, so I walked in. No line, so it was perfect. The girl at the register seemed like it was her first week. That's alright, she'll get the hang of it. Went for a couple healthy salads today. Order was wrong. The salads I received actually looked old or nearing expiration. I returned the salads for a full refund. The manager told me to keep the receipt in order to get a free salad on my next visit. Will update this review if this agreement is honored. read more

Wanted to leave a 5-star, very positive review for Ana (or Anna) at Wendy's in Eastlake, who is super amazing, courteous, hard-working, and wonderful and she helped me this morning at the drive-thru. (reciept # 3024, 12/7/2022, 8:30am) I go to Wendy's only on occassion, so not often at all, and typically I don't eat fast food regularly, but when I do, I really prefer Wendy's quality as well as In-N-Out (not so much Burger King, and definately no to McDonald's, since their burgers suck, to me) so I am not a stranger to this restaurant, and its typically well managed, effecient, kept neat and clean, and staff and management are always well trained and courteous and helpful and fast, so no complaints from me. But I wanted to especially say thank you very much to Ana for this morning's wonderful positive experience, and hope management recognizes what a great worker they have on staff! She took the time to greet me, help take my long order, answered all my menu questions (since it was breakfast time and there wasn't any lunch menu items displayed, I asked if I can order lunch items and she said definately!), offered me options and choices (when I wasn't sure what's what or what's available nor listed), and double checked if my order was correct, etc. Since lunch items would take a few extra minutes longer, it's typical (and smart business and logistics) to have drive thru customers in vehicles park out front (to free the drive thru lane) while the food is being cooked and then personally brought out to them, so that's what happened this morning. It typically is very quick, so its not an issue at all. But what I wanted to point out was the wonderful and extra care, and the extra attention to detail that is given by Ana, as she makes sure she rushes your order to you to at your car, and includes extras if needed (like ketchup packets or napkins, etc.) and graceously thanks you for visiting Wendy's and hope you have a wonderful day. After driving off, I thoroughly enjoyed my "breakfast" (which was lunch items, heh-heh) and wanted to take the time to leave a 5-star review for Ana at Wendy's at Eastlake and say thank you! I came here one evening with some friends. I ordered a vanilla frosty and ended up getting a chocolate. Apparently the vanilla side was broken, so the guy was going to refund me since i had already paid. I already had the chocolate one in hand when the manager came to the window and tells me " he told you the vanilla was broken when you ordered, i heard him" takes the frosty back and gives me my money back.
