Service doesn't exist & ordering from these stupid kiosks doesn't improve anything but make employees more lazy & lacking in customer service. I didn't take any pictures but trust me, if this review goes ignored, like I'm sure it will, I can guarantee, it'll be just as dirty.

Upon arriving to collect my food, I discovered the front door was locked, which was unexpected and confusing since there was no notice or signage indicating any change in procedure. I tried to contact the establishment by phone but only encountered a busy dial tone. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally managed to reach a representative at the restaurant via phone. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and difficult to understand, as they spoke broken English. I was informed that the front door was closed and that I needed to use the drive-through to collect my order. This was surprising, as I had placed an "online order" and did not realize that the drive-through was the only option for pick-up. There was no sign or communication indicating this process for the evening. When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and confusion, the representative refused and explained that they could not assist me further. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told that the representative was the only person working. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to discontinue visiting this location, despite having been a loyal customer who frequented it at least once a week. My credit card was charged $52.42 for an order I was unable to collect. I have tried contacting your main headquarters a few times now to request a refund and all communication goes unanswered. I hope this business chain takes these concerns seriously !

Second review of this place by me…read more Top notch...again! I've reviewed this particular Carl's Jr. in the past, but it deserves a second review. Whether it's traveling back and forth for family visits, or moving across and out of state, this particular one has been our go-to when we stop in Ellensburg. The place is always clean when we stop in, the food always tastes perfect, and we have never once to date encountered a single crew member who wasn't top tier awesome! From making sure our orders are right, to making sure we know what deals they have, they're on top of things. This is our favorite Carl's Jr. anywhere in the country, hands down...and we will be back. Thanks for being awesome! (I didn't catch their names, but it's 8 August and about 3:15 p.m.)

We ordered at the walk-up window, but the drive thru was equally slow (the order mic is only one car behind the pickup window, so they can't possibly queue/prep more than two drive thru orders at a time). - the burgers were all (4) cooked about five minutes past well done. They were hard to bite, hard to chew, and hard to swallow. Condiments helped, but not enough. Maybe this is (part of) why orders were taking so long. - the tater tots were beyond crispy - there was no potato left in them. It was fun for the first couple of tots, but then it had a really artificial feel to it - like those french fries that you buy in the potato chip bags. I ordered the plain cheeseburger with mayo, onions, and lettuce (three add-one are included, more at additional cost). As noted by others, be patient, the food is cooked to order, all fresh ingredients, and worth the wait. The two less than desirable issues were the extremely cold dining room featuring cold metal chairs, and a fairly dismissive staff. But again, the burgers are incredible. Although there's a huge parking lot, it's riddled with large potholes. Go slow pulling in. Even with the little irritants, the burgers make this an incredible stop. I'll be back!
