Ordered a Kids' 4PC Nuggets and there is no nuggets?!??
    Kyleigh C.

This Wendy's sucks. Go anywhere else. Do you see the Bojangles beside it?? Go to Bojangles with their ai drive through because it will actually greet you or tell you thank you. Customer service is absolutely terrible, just said pull up without even asking if we were finished ordering and then was frustrated when we tried to finish our order. We pull up to the window and get told "we don't have any ice". How do you not have frozen water?? So our drinks sucked. Had to go to Bojangles to get an actually good drink. I open our bag of food and all I see is napkins, 5 ketchups packets I didn't ask for, one cup of ranch, and fries. Simply ordered a burger with fries and chicken nuggets with fries. The only thing they could get right was the burger. Rude, nasty, and nothing to eat but some cold fries. What a joke! Go anywhere else!! This Wendy's sucks! Where's the option for 0 stars?

Place your order, pay and grab a seat, they will bring your food to you when its ready. We have tried several items off the menu and each has been good in its own right. Always freshly made and good flavor. The hummus and pita is simple and very tasty. The falafel wrap, simple traditional and freshly made is a hearty meal with great flavors and ingredients. The Spanakopita is also very traditionally prepared, simple and so tasty with yogurt dip on the side another good choice. The Chicken Souvlaki is also quiet flavorful, the chicken is grilled tender and nicely seasoned, served with your choice of side and yogurt dip with pita. Simple, traditionally made and good flavor. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the friendly service and consistent quality 01111

The meat is cut in thin, rectangular slices, indicating it is minced and molded into a rectangular shaped loaf and then cooked - it is definitely not shaved from a spit to order! This is much like that served at Mad Greek Grill in Kernersville and High Point. The pita was well filled, the vegetables were fresh, but the Gyro is about the meat and in several ways, the meat here simply didn't cut it. The taziki was very nice, in fact it was the best part of the item. Pretty sure this was my last visit.

This North Carolina based fast food chain has been around for over 35 years now, and has grown to…read moreover 100 locations. The menu is primarily hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, NC style BBQ, and of course, milk shakes. Until recently there were no spots that had any inside seating, but this is gradually changing. They are known for the small building with drive thru lanes on both sides, and this plus the congestion surrounding many of their locations can make getting in and out a challenge, though this one in not as bad as many! The burgers and chicken sandwiches here are far superior to the offerings of any national chain l, with the possible exception of a properly staffed and operating Culver's - the one in Winston is not one of those, the one in Kernersville most certainly is. The number of locals spots that rival the offerings here is very small. I ordered each of my favorite items here - Bacon Cheeseburger and the Crispy, Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. The time in line here are generally a bit longer than the larger chains, but still around 10 minutes. The burger was excellent and well sized as alway, these folks just know how to make a great burger. And the crispy, spicy chicken sandwich is as good as anyone's, including the cult one at Popeyes! Only the BYO at Bad Daddy's is possibly a bit better, and definitely is bigger! I have found the food at Cook Out locations to be consistently excellent with very few bad experiences. Review for Yelp (Celiac & Gluten-Free Warning)…read more As someone with celiac disease, I take every precaution before dining out -- including calling ahead, researching, and confirming that restaurants understand and follow safe gluten-free protocols. Before visiting this location, I called and spoke with staff who assured me that they take gluten cross-contamination seriously and could safely accommodate celiac guests. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely untrue. After eating here, I became extremely sick -- for several days. The reaction was so severe I thought I might need to go to the hospital. It was clear from the symptoms that I had been glutened. What makes this worse is that I had trusted their reassurance that they understood safe handling and preparation practices. From what I personally observed, cross-contamination was happening everywhere. Employees were hovering directly over food without washing hands or changing gloves. Utensils were being reused between gluten and gluten-free items, and surfaces didn't appear to be cleaned properly between orders. It was honestly a sanitation nightmare, especially for anyone with medical dietary restrictions. Even my kids -- who are not celiac -- were turned off by how unclean everything looked. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to claim that your establishment is safe for gluten-free diners when it's clearly not is misleading and potentially dangerous. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who has celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or any kind of food sensitivity. This experience was frightening, disappointing, and completely avoidable if proper food safety practices had been followed. Please take this review as a serious warning -- this is not a gluten-free safe environment, and the lack of training and care could genuinely harm someone with a medical condition.

I loaded my burrito with ground beef, rice, pico, chopped onions, pickled jalapeños, guacamole, and more. Then helped myself to four different salsas - all were at the very least good, tomatillo based one is awesome, rivals those at Los Juanes & Los Muelles! Don't' care for everything served here, not gonna pick a time when I have to stand in line, but from time to time I will wreck my house! Ambiance - 3 Food - 4 Service - 4 Value - 4.5

They're absolutely unseasoned and bland. Not sure why, maybe because of the demographic- older folks need to watch for their sodium intake LOL. If you order green beans, you can season them and add butter that sits on the table, and that way they're fine. The Friday special - various combinations of fish and shrimp- have been consistently good and pretty big in size for one person. The last time, it was different - filets were so small, they looked like just scraps that fell off a large piece, plus add all the breading, you ended up with nothing but deep-fried breading. We complained to the waitress, and she said she was aware of that and assumed maybe they went with a different supplier. It was a few months ago, we haven't ordered fish since then. Hopefully they made a note and returned to their original fish dish sizes. The rest of menu is good and tasty (although I'd double check on spaghetti dish- ordered it once awhile back and it was bad, very thin and bland, tasted like a can of tomatoes were poured over noodles). Overall, the food is good and not expensive.

Sadder still, this spot…read moreused to be the high performer among the group, but lately it too has descended to drudgery. Let's take my recent breakfast visit, when I was stuck standing at the counter for five minutes just to place my order. There were no more than three other customers in the restaurant, so it's not as though there was an intense demand. Once the staff finally took my order, I had to repeat every bit of the request at least twice and sometimes thrice. Not a complex order either, but just a biscuit combo. The order wasn't filled very quickly, and when it was I found the biscuit to be far, far too brown (a common trait among the local franchises). Maybe someone out there likes a crispy biscuit, but I do not and I doubt many others want that either. I foolishly thought making an online dinner order might go better, but it didn't, as I learned in a separate visit. The Bojangles app directed me to call the restaurant once I arrived...and no one answered the phone. I met a staff member at the door who was bringing my food, and when I inquired she said only managers are permitted to answer the phone. I decided it might be wise to check my food order, and thankfully I did as the drink selection I made wasn't filled correctly. Back into the restaurant I went, and I waited at the counter for at least a minute before being acknowledged (again, not busy in the least). The staff acknowledged the error and made it right, but never bothered to apologize. Why can't we clone the Yadkinville version of Bojangles and spread the clones down here? Over there they take pride in their work and turn out a good product despite being busy much of the time. How do they get it right over there but we get it so wrong here in the city and its suburbs? Surely the local franchisee can do better.
