Seem to be falsifying drive thru times Anytime they are exceeding their ideal corporate standards of ticket times they ask you to exit the drive thru, tricking the computer into thinking the order is complete, when in reality it is 5-6 minutes from being complete. No cars behind me, no one else ordering, just them fraudulently faking good performance. Even heard the manager screaming to pull me forward out of the window. Yea, not your best run. It was quick but fries were like your old fries but cooked like your new ones very weird. Whatever the drink was it was no coke, like dr pepper with caught syrup. We wanted to try the new limited edition of Frosty, the salted caramel. It was soupy, as though their machine wasn't working well.

So...Wendy's advertises locally on TV for a Double Stack (w/o bacon) Biggie Bag for $5. This Wendy's charges $6. Why advertise something that's not offered? In fact, perhaps saving money by NOT advertising deals you don't offer would let you pass savings onto the customer and only charge $5. They turned off their ice cream and frosty machines a few hours before closing. Then while I was waiting I was already sitting at the window for about 10 minutes when I heard the cashier ask for 6 spicy nuggets for my order....... 10 minutes and barely asking and the cook said "I don't have spicy nuggets" so she came back and told me to pull up to the front. 20 minutes and still no food. This is while the front is closed and it's drive thru only & I'm first in line with 2 cars behind me....... The absolutely worst fast food experience ever! They were out of most beverages, my salad was uneatable the guacamole was brown, chicken was disgusting!!!! My daughters chicken nuggets smelled bad and were discussing!!! The bathroom garbage was over flowing and floors appeared they haven't been moped ever. Reliable for Late Night Munchies! I've lived in the apartment complex that's down the road from this location for over a year now. My brother and I have frequented this location for within the aforementioned time period. We almost always order from here later in the night within the past two hours before the drive through closes. We always get our correct order and correct drinks. I only need one hand to count the number of times this hasn't been the case out of all the times we've ordered here. The one negative I've experienced is that the nuggets tend to be a little less than fresh, but as someone that's worked in fast food I'm inferring that they don't make as much food during their slow period late at night. read more

This is the smallest Wendy's I have ever seen. Doesn't make any sense to have one so small in an area that is so busy. Their doors into the facility made you walk across the traffic for the drive through. This is not safe at all. It is also the loudest Wendy's I have been in. There's very poor seating, and the line to order is way too close to 40% of the seating in it. My husband and I ordered our food and took it out rather than sitting and eating it there because the atmosphere was so poor. read more

Stopped by here on a Thursday (10-24-19) afternoon for quick burger. We walked in to 5 employees standing there, 2 of which turned to say they'll be right with us. There were a total of 4 guests in the restaurant...so we waited 5 minutes while they did nothing and then asked if we could order. We were on the road and in a hurry. They took our order, put the burgers out and then started cooking the fries. We picked up our burgers and ate them while we waited on our fries. The male cashier messed up the couple's order before us along with the lady's order after us. A female employee with dark hair offered the lady after us a cookie or frosty for her trouble but nothing to us. This staff needs serious retraining! read more

I've been to this location 4 times this month including back to back days this week. This is more a review for the owner/managers. It's fast food, if you're close and hungry your going regardless of star rating. Positive: attentive, polite and smiley counterman... & it's Wendy's? 1:00 1/2 full dining room. Only 2 tables have food. 2 people in line. Drive through only focus waiting on fries and nuggets then spicy and nuggets 6 minutes later when I get to order 8 more people come in 2 groups. read more

Food was good but the really slow old lady that always works cash register and idk how she still has a job. During the lunch rush today she was in charge of cash register and literally wasn't there and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes because there was no one to take my order. I walk in, first thing I notice is how clean the lobby is. An employee kindly calls, "welcome in!" With a smile. I walk up to the counter where I am greeted by a young man. I tell him what I want. I order the signature 4 for 4. Can I just say what a great deal it is! He hands me my drink cup and I go to fill up my cup. I was not even halfway done filling up my cup when I hear my name called out. I sat down with my tray and open the sandwich wrap, the burger was so hot! I was expecting a cold scrap of meat thrown onto the bun but my burger was great. The fries and nuggets were also fresh too. When I was done with my meal I the young man came up to the table and asked me how everything was and offered to take my tray. 5 star costumer service. This is a brand new Wendy's restaurant and is a fully-fledged franchise. The interior is extremely modern and even has a virtual fireplace. The exterior has lots of parking and a working drive-thru. My friends and I usually come here for the awesome 50 cent Frosty's deal they currently have. These Frosty's are pretty large for its "small" classification. The staff here is really friendly and welcoming. Sometimes they get slow, but it was not a big deal. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Blessings! read more

I opened my bag and I got 10 piece regular nuggets and I was charged $14 on my card without being given a reciept. The food was somewhat a adequate, yet, the employees seemed incapable and unwilling to take my order on time. When they finally did, I was barely able to hear them. I went to the drive through window and they took my card and did not give me a receipt. I sat at the window for about 10 minutes until they gave me the wrong food. I was unable to check the bag when i got it because I had to leave, but when i finally arrived back to my job, I found the wrong sandwich and the wrong fry size.
