I was ridiculously excited to try Lebowski's Taproom Westside because I am a huge fan of The Big Lebowski. But let me be very clear: whether you worship at the altar of The Dude or have somehow never seen the movie, this place absolutely abides. First off, Sean behind the bar is terrific. Like, "this man deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own spin-off" terrific. He was welcoming, funny, knew the menu, and mixed up one of the best drinks I have had in a long time. I have been to the Bacardi factory in Puerto Rico, and the mojito Sean made me was exponentially better. That is not hyperbole. That is absolute truth. Then came the food, and good lord. I started with the corn riblets and immediately regretted not ordering three or four rounds. Delicious. Dangerous. Life-changing little corn boomerangs of joy. Then I tried the fried pickles, which were also fantastic. Crispy, salty, perfect bar food. Then came the sliders: The Lebowski, The Maude, and The Walter. All three later came back to me in my dreams because they were that amazing. I do not know what kind of culinary rug they are tying the room together with back there, but it is working. Finally, I had The Bunny. Blackberry jam and brie? All day. Every day. That sandwich is not missing, it is exactly where it needs to be: in my face. You want a toe? I can get you a toe. But honestly, I'd rather get another Bunny. Lebowski's Taproom Westside is fun, delicious, creative, and has the kind of vibe that makes you want to cancel your responsibilities and order another round. Sean absolutely crushed it, the food was outstanding, and the whole place made me want to get my ass out of bed and go to work just so I can come back and give them all my money. The Dude abides. We decided to grab lunch here on our way to the airport and we were so glad we did! The food we ordered was delicious, fresh, and so tasty. Dave, the owner, came to our table and spoke to us and gave us some great recommendations. Not only did he speak with us, but he was checking in with all of the guests inside and outside while helping the staff. Our waitress was nice and gave me a few beer recommendations which was great and I loved the beer she recommended. We ordered The Bunny, which was delicious with blackberry jam, brie, Swiss cheese, and crispy bacon. We also got the Walter, which is a twist on their standard burger and something I'd never had before. It had peanut butter and jalapeño jam with all of the toppings on their regular burger. Not only was this the first time I had that combo, but it was absolutely delish. Without Dave giving us these recommendations, we wouldn't have tried them. For a drink, we got soda and beer (Hefeweizen) and it was delicious! If you live in Colorado Springs, or visiting like we were, definitely check out Lebowski's Taproom! Inside is decorated with Big Lebowski themes and they also have a dog-friendly patio! We decided to try for a quick bite out the other day. Was definitely a unique experience. We wanted to try it as we knew they would be expanding closer to where we live on Powers Blvd. The location was packed with a ton of customers. We were greeted and seated quickly and the entire staff was amazing! We met the future location manager and she was super too! As far as seating, it is quite small, I expected it to be larger given all of the pictures. A lot a Lebowski paraphernalia adorned the walls which made it pretty cool. Of course, we started by ordering two ice cold beers. We sampled the Whistlepig Raspberry Wheat and it was very tasty! We went with the cheese curds and Dave's wings. The curds were hot and served super quick! I think I enjoyed ed them more than my wife who wanted some hot sauce to kick them up. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they were the larger size wing with a pretty good coating of the buffalo/asian sauce! I thought the sauce was a bit salty most likely from the Asian sauce, but I still enjoyed them. The fries were very good as well. Came in with a group of friends to try this place. I saw the sign driving by a few weeks ago and I loved the atomic/midcentury theming (and with the name Lebowski of course I had a feeling of what the vibes would be like) and it was nothing short of awesome! We were a table of 5 and our waitress had us sorted like a breeze. We had apps (great wings btw), beers, burgers, sandwiches (they have a sandwich called the bunny that is honestly TO DIE FOR), and of course, fabulous service. If you are a fan of The Big Lebowski, be sure to stop here. The atmosphere, food and service were all wonderful. The items on the menu were fun to read and the decor here is unique and nostalgic. They sell merch too. The owner and staff here are all fabulous and our food came out pretty quickly. We especially loved the sliders and French fries. I loved the variety of white Russians and ordered a martini myself. After we were treated to a sample of their own, sigbature coffee liquor, we bought a bottle. It was great in coffee with Thanksgiving Day desserts! Prices weren't too bad and the food portions were generous - enough for leftovers. We found this amazing spot while driving through Colorado Springs and had to explore. Being fans of the movie, we were excited to see some references on the menu as well as some memorabilia on the walls. We ordered the cheese curds and the buffalo ranch was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the slider trio, because we couldn't decide on a burger. The trio let us try three different burgers and they were all amazing. The server was attentive and helpful for knowing our options on our food. We did buy a bottle of the Lebowski's Kool Luau Coffee Liqueur, we haven't tried it yet, but excited to, given the many awards displayed on the wall. read more

I'm never going back to this dump. DO NOT Order any Whiskey from the Lebowski's Taproom (Belvenie Doublewood scotch). It's price is a RIPOFF. They overcharged me for $19. single shot and for a double shot an extra $5.00, total $24. I called the manager and Julia and she said, yeah, that's sounds like you were over charged. She recommended I come in the next day and they'll make it right. When I showed, up, they said, "oh, that is the right price because it's an expensive whiskey. FALSE. You can get this bottle of whiskey for $55 online and probably much less at Cheers Liquer in Colorado Springs. I wasted my time driving back the next day to see Julia the manager and they did not compensate me at all. No prices are posted anywhere in the bar. So, be on the lookout when you get your receipt. make sure they do not rip you off! read more

We went to Lebowski's on a Friday afternoon for lunch. We had no problem getting a table for 6 although it is small inside. We ordered the mozzarella sticks for the table (recommend!). I ordered a burger and my daughter ordered the chicken fingers. She was not a fan of the chicken- it had a lot of breading on it. No complaints about my burger. It was good. Another family member in our party ordered The Bunny and said it was amazing. Our waitress was awesome and so attentive! I wish I would have caught her name. I ordered the charcuterie last year and it was amazing!!!! It was well worth the price. No complaints at all! We decided on Lebowski just for the charcuterie alone. I was highly disappointed, they almost completely changed the ingredients. Now it's definitely not worth the $22 they are charging, probably not even worth $10. Decided to try Lebowski's after seeing their menu and reviews. This pub has the feel of a neighborhood tavern, with friendly staff and an interesting menu. The Big Lebowski theme runs through everything from the decor to the menu item names - fun! We were enthusiastically greeted and offered a table. Other patrons joked with us as we were seated, adding to the neighborly vibe. Our server asked if we'd ever been in before, and when we said "no" he offered some info and helpful tips about their food and drinks. We started with some Hatch Green Chile Curds from the specials menu/ board. We both ordered iced tea and I tried a Colorado Tree Hugger which included their signature Kool-luah coffee liquor. Apparently one of the owners heard we'd never tried the kool-luah, so he brought us 2 samples - delicious! I ended up buying a bottle! My husband had the BIG Garden Salad with grilled chicken while I had the Da Fino Italian Sub with a side house salad (with avocado vinaigrette). We ate at Lebowski's on a Wednesday evening after seeing an advertisement for the restaurant at the Big Lebowski showing at RoadHouse Cinema. We were greeted at the door and offered any seat in the restaurant. The server brought over menus and water right away. I mentioned I am gluten free and she provided a detailed, but brief, explanation of how seriously they take allergies. I was impressed! We ordered their award-winning chicken wings with buffalo sauce and their signature 2nd searing process. They were a medium heat, moist and the skin / sauce was crispy. Dipped in ranch with a side of vegetables..perfection! For our meal my husband ordered The Donny - Christmas-style (both red and green chili). The burger was cooked medium and was enough food for two meals! With a side of fries or tater tots - this meal is definitely worth a try. I ordered the Italian Chopped Salad. I wish I ordered the vinaigrette instead of ranch dressing. I also expected more toppings; this salad was mostly lettuce with a little meat, cheese and other veggies. We will be back! If you have food allergies, notably Celiac or are gluten free - this restaurant is safe for you and delicious! read more

This is our second time being here and they didn't disappoint! We can't go here and not get wings, which makes sense why they've won awards for them! And the espresso martini was delicious and creamy with their own kahula! The sliders weren't our fave but neither one of us is a big corned beef person so I think that's why. Huge thank you to The Big Lebowski Tap Room for opening early just for our runners during the Community Cup Everything was absolutely on point--the food was incredible, the drinks were perfect, and the atmosphere was just plain fun. The movie references and puns had us cracking up the whole time, which made the experience even better. But honestly, the real MVPs were the staff. They were organized, attentive, and handled a whole group of sweaty runners like total pros (which is no small feat ). Our crew from Team 300 at Shine Distillery had an amazing time. Food was great, I was going to order a salad until the guy next to me got his burger delivered. I ordered basic burger and it was juicy and tasty. The drinks were fun, I did a throw back and had their Tom Collins, probably my first in 50 years. Wife-unit had something else that I can't remember but sip I got was good. Service could have been a little better. We sat at bar and had to ask for menu but it was obvious that bartender was as busy as a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest. It was louder than I like but that is to be expected in a totally full bar on a weekend at lunchtime. I'm going to try them again at a less busy time midweek. read more

First time visiting. Today was their 2 year anniversary. It seems like a good neighborhood place and I could tell they had regulars. I had chicken strips and tots, with some good spicy and sweet sauces. Very tasty and fresh! The chicken was cooked perfectly (very "moist"), and the tots seemed freshly made. Rare to find fried food that is this good! The theme obviously is a draw if you're a fan of the film. The staff were very nice and it felt like the type of place that I could easily see myself becoming a regular... if only we lived closer! I'm in town for a week, and walked up the block from my hotel for Sunday brunch as they open at 10am and were close the Best Western. Uniquely crafted cocktails were amazing and likely underpriced for the value. The food menu especially brunch was amazing (with $8 all-you-can-eat pancakes btw) and the atmosphere was so chill. Best of all however was the friendly and amazing service here, with Dave (the owner's little helper) and bartender Sean just super friendly and outgoing! I even got a sample of their house made Coffee Liqueur. I highly recommend Lebowski's, and will definitely be back before I leave town! read more

Left for a whopping 15 minutes (715 to 730) as I needed to backtrack and pickup my lost backpack. Even left my moto bag there and asked to save my spot. Staff says OK. 15 minutes later, I get back, my stuff is moved, bar is filled, and I left because I was "relocated" and no more spots. That's some bush league stuff, and ya'll just lost me as a regular, promoter, and customer. Good luck, but sucks to receive that treatment to someone that is a mugclub member, near daily visitor, tips very well (including buying your staff after shift beers/shots) and a vast promoter around town of your establishment. My wife and I and a friend were looking for a good burger and a beer after completing the incline. We found Lebowski's online and stopped on our way back up north. It's a small place in kind of a strip mall but is awesome inside, very casual, decent beer and drink options and if you're a fan of The Dude, this place abides. I had the Donny with tots which was juicy, with fresh veggies, toasted bun and it did not disappoint. The tots were perfectly crisp and a treat with the green chili that fell from the burger. My wife and friend split the Lebowski and Parmesan fries (they were excellent). Service was prompt and friendly. This was the most fun I've had at a "themed" restaurant. First of all, the menu was so funny, with the most interesting drinks. I got the , (chocolate banana), which as a Russian reader made me giggle. It was so delicious!! My boyfriend got the smores Russian and he loved it. Our waitress was so nice and gave us so much time to pick as we are really indecisive when it comes to a big drink menu. The food was pretty good too, with so many options and containing something for everyone. We went on comedy night and it was just really good vibes all around. This place made our trip extra special.
