Not that Wendy's at all cares about their reviews, I am giving it anyway. Long story short, I ordered through the mobile app. Get there, food isn't ready. No biggy, I can wait. They give me my food but forgot drinks. I had to sit in the drive thru for another 10 mins JUST for TWO fountain drinks? All my food was cold and gross by the time I got home. They also forgot the toys in the 3 kids meals and 1 of the drinks for the kids. The cheese fries were so gross! I may not have been so mad if the young lady giving me my drinks wasn't so rude. I hate this Wendy's as this the second time they forgot our food or messed it up. Per my last review, I have changed my opinion on this particular Wendy's. Do the employees not make enough per hour that when they come to work they don't work? Or is this younger generation just lazy and wants something for nothing..like a paycheck? I ordered in advance and when I arrived 15 min later I was told the frosty machine would take 10 minutes to freeze so I said ok I will come back. I came back 15 min later and received my frosty and I checked it before pulling away from the drive-thru... It was chocolate milk not a frosty! She took it back and I asked her how do I get my money back. She said you paid through the app so you have to go through the app and send them an email and they will refund your money. I said really.. How do they know if I gave you back the item? She said they will just refund your money if you have the receipt. OK?! Not to mention that twice at night drive thru I was told the systems were down. Plus let's bring up the "not so fresh fries" I continue to get in my orders. How long have the fries been sitting? Do they then pop them in a microwave thinking the customers won't know the difference between old & fresh fries?! I'm positive that if the shoe was on the other foot... Not one of them would be happy receiving this kind of service for 1 The price of the items 2 their hardworking money. The food was good and fresh. They are pretty slow though. So if you are in a rush, keep on driving. The drive thru is worse than going inside. The floor by the drink station is so sticky it'll take your shoe off! The cashier drop a cup on the floor and instead of throwing it away, she stuck back with the other cups. April 19,2023 4:20ish Ordered a kids meal cheese burger with fries and a sprite and a #7 just the sandwich with no ketchup and extra pickles. My kids food was fine but mine was not. It was missing the bacon and the extra pickles and they put so much mayo on it that the entire thing was covered in it. I had to throw it out. It was not salvageable and I tried. I was not given a receipt and was not asked if I wanted one either. I trusted that the order was going to be correct so I did not request it. My mistake, since I now can't prove my purchase. This place messes up sometimes but never have I had to throw out my food due to their mistake. Extremely frustrating and disappointing since this is the better Wendy's. I am going to call and make the manager aware since she is kind and I like her. I just wish those under her would be more careful. read more

This Wendy's is the absolute worst not only was my food all wrong like it always is my fries were nasty and they didn't have the correct items available so I told the girl working at the register to please just remove them but instead they still charged me the full price without the items and on my receipt it said I was supposed to receive change but I did not so they are thieves at this Wendy's. They keep your money don't give you the correct order and when I called "the manager Marquis as she said was her name was rude and told me "oh well" and hung up the phone without offering me to make it right at all. Went through the drive through last night and not only did the guy grab my card and leave without giving me a total, they charged us not only our order but the people in line behind us. I've been going to this Wendy's for years, back when it was a dirty, outdated fast food place. But recently the whole building was renovated, so now the inside is ultra modern and bright. There's a huge TV, a lounge area by the TV, two of those fancy shmancy touch screen soda fountains, and even a fireplace! It was a huge shock for me when I walked in. I wasn't planning on dining in, but one look at the interior and I changed my mind! The service when I last came here was really fast too. I ordered two large chicken sandwiches and a side Caesar salad. Before I could walk over to the soda fountain, my name was called! The food came out super fast and super good. Their side Caesar salad is definitely my favorite item on the menu. It's a good size and the lemon Caesar dressing is tangy and flavorful. This side salad costs under $2.00! The sandwiches are good too. Even before the extreme makeover, Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food place. The burgers and fries are quality. So don't let the idea of the old Wendy's scare you away! This particular Wendy's is worth the trip. I wish more fast food restaurants would renovate like this one did. read more

Ordered a single bacon cheeseburger with fries and what I recieved was a cold patty, stale bun, no frickin bacon, some weird chipotle sauce on it, a single string of nasty onion, and the root part of lettuce. The new fries rock, square burgers rule and who else can beat the fresh made in your face store designs. Lean forward and watch them assemble your meal. I like mine with everything no onions... and a side of mayo for my fries. Of course, my heart and belly prefer I pass on the extra mayo... and only eat here once a month or less! And I went up there to the counter I ordered my daughter wanted a four for four double stack burger with no cheese because she was allergic to cheese! So she just wanted lettuce and ketchup on her burger. But when our food came my daughter unwrapped the burger there were no topping just cheese! That's right no lettuce nor ketchup!!! No masks, which is not following current covid-19 guidelines for food service. Employees arguing and swearing at each other so loud you can hear and see it while waiting to get your food. We tried to go inside to get the issues fixed and the doors are locked. The nuggets were old and cold and expensive the frosty machine was broke much like this joke of a restaurant it should be shut down by the health department for many violations including no masks, long fake nails and no gloves so gross . I just visited one of your wendys and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich came with lettuce that was Brown and oozing a black/brown juice. I took the lettuce off of my sandwich and proceeded to finish my meal as i have a limited amount of time for lunch. I brought the lettuce to the managers attention and she offered excuses. "It should be good as i opened the packed this morning myself". I didn't even receive so much as an "I'm sorry" or anything. I am extremely disappointed with the management because of the excuses.
