Decided to stop at this place while driving past it looked very nice and clean from the outside. I ordered my meal from the mobile app then shortly after I went into get my meal. The inside seemed to be decently clean but when I approached the counter I saw a bunch of workers sitting on the calendar including the manager. When walking up to this group it seemed like they did not want to be bothered they acted like I was not even standing there at the counter I had to get their attention. I explained to them that I ordered on the mobile app and they told me they were closed and their fryers were not working as well as the grill. They said they were closed but they was no sign on the door or no one standing there or even the doors were not locked preventing me to not to go in. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not do that they advised me to call the corporate office. Later that evening I did exactly what they told me to do I called the corporate office but there was no answer the following day I called again and once again no answer so then I even went as far as to email them to explain the situation once again my answers were unanswered. Unfortunately I never got my refund. I would not recommend this place maybe if you have to use the restroom but that's about it there's other places in the area that are more for the customer not for themselves. read more

As a frequent patron of this specific Wendy's, I was extremely disappointed by my most recent experience here. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 12:14pm, and I walked into the restaurant. I stood by the pick up area for 20 minutes, and witnessed people who had walked in after me, who had ordered in person, had received their food. I asked the person that was bagging and calling out the orders what the status was of mine. I was then made aware that you have to check in at the front register for a mobile order (I have never had to do this before). He then pretty much insulted me by nearly yelling at me in the store, in front of all the customers and employees. Thankfully, he told the front cashier to check in my order. I waited for 15 more minutes after this ordeal, and my food was still not ready. I had waited nearly 40 minutes in total for "fast food". At this point, I had to leave in order to return to work. I left with no food, drink, or any other kind of compensation. I highly doubt that I will return to this Wendy's anytime within the near future, as the service is extremely unfriendly, unkind, and slow. read more

This is, by far, the worst Wendy's in my area. I was sick and went to get chili and a frosty. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes (!!) - there were only 2 cars in front of me and 2-3 cars in the parking lot - I was told that "I need to come inside because they're closing the drive thru". It was about 2:30pm on a Sunday. I complained and told her that I was sick and not dressed appropriately to go inside, and that I'd been waiting 15 minutes. She immediately got an attitude and said "you've been waiting 15 minutes because we're too busy" - by this time there was 1 car behind me and 2 cars in the parking lot. I couid see into the store when I, angrily, drove off, and there were no long lines or anything. I eat at Wendy's fairly frequently due to its convenient location, but I will never go back to this location. There have been many bad experiences (usually due to employee attitudes, not the product), but this is the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak. Very disappointing read more

On March 20, I was enticed by Wendy's offer of a $1 single if I used the mobile app. When I showed up, the staffer at the window couldn't find my order. I had printed out the communication from Wendy's website. Still, she couldn't find it and wasn't motivated to fix it. An older employee (management?) came to window and told me to pull over and my sandwich would be brought to me. I waited 20 minutes. No sandwich, no explanation. I was fuming and still am. I tried to contact Wendy's corporate site but couldn't get through. I didn't have a receipt so I didn't have a receipt number and the complaint wouldn't process. I'm here because Wendy's couldn't hear me. This is not a company focused on the customer. It's been years since I've eaten at Wendy's. Maybe never again. read more

This is, without a doubt, the SLOOOOOOOWEST Wendy's I have ever encountered. My son and I stopped by today to meet some friends for lunch. My friend and I stood in line for a good 20 minutes, if not a full half hour. What in the world? When I got to the register, I saw employees moving at a snail's pace in the back. The cashier looked and acted like she was sleepwalking. There were two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines but of course one was out of ice. Both of them were out of Coke Zero. The screens on the machines looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. They had one of those janky ketchup dispensers so we decided to eat our fries plain. I probably would have been fine with that ketchup if the whole drink/napkin/lid area was at least somewhat clean. The food was okay. It wasn't spectacular but it wasn't gross, either. WARNING!! THEY TOW CUSTOMER'S CARS AWAY!!!! I go to Wendy's on Assembly like I always do for lunch and so I am about finished and I turn around and see my car on a tow truck!! So I ran out there and said what are you doing?? And he said he thought it was a student parked there and he came in to ask and they said to tow it. So then I go in and ask for the manager and GM steps up. She tells me to tone it down and I ask "why are you towing customer's cars!??" Frist she said "there's a sign out there" THEN she said to take it up with the driver. So she basically blames the tow truck driver for towing my car. I said "it's your parking lot!" And she's like we didn't call him. (Yes you did!) Apparently this tow co they hire stops by to tow cars away! But you know they don't just randomly show up without someone calling! So not only does the GM blame the tow truck driver but offers no apology and told me she wasn't gonna talk to me anymore and have a good day. Great job on losing a customer! read more

Went back here today and it was perfect!! The salads are great, but big portions and big prices. They now offer a "meal" with the salads.....You may opt to have half a salad and you may pick a side to go with it for 4.99. This is a wonderful option!!! I got a small chili and a BLT Cobb salad. I also had a kid size frosty. I ate my lunch backwards......frosty first, then chili and finally the salad. I still couldn't eat all the salad. The WORST customer service. Not only did they get the order wrong, they thought they were "smart" not giving me the receipt which would have a number to call to complain. This wasn't there first mess up if they are eliminating receipts. I ordered a large combo with a large a soda, PLUS I ordered a large Chocolate Frosty. Received a small soda and NO Frosty. I asked for the extra-large black lady working the window for the Frosty and she said NO. She refused to fix the order. This was by far my worst visit to Wendy's ever. We waited in line behind three people. After taking each one of their orders, the girl walked away from the register. We stood there for 20 minutes, not an exaggeration, while this girl walked around made up an order of fries talked to people behind the counter and never once said a word to us. Everyone else behind the counter did the same thing. They would glance over, and then just go right back to what they were doing. When she finally came over to take our order, she didn't apologize for the wait - she acted as if this was normal. When the food finally came, she said we had to wait for the nuggets and gave me two burgers and a baked potato. I was not given the sour cream to go with the potato. When the nuggets finally came and then the fries, there was no barbecue sauce as was requested. This place was absolutely horrible. Also I should mention, one of the "cooks" was grabbing chicken breasts out of a bag with his bare hands and putting them into the cooking area. Everyone else was wearing gloves except him. I don't think I would ever go here again if I was starving and they were giving the food away. read more
