We went about 45 minutes before they actually closed, but the employees had locked the door. Love the food, but why?

We started with the Brick Oven Pretzels and then ended up getting the Country Benedicts with hashbrowns, the Chicken & Waffles with bacon bits in the side, the French Toast Platter with side of bacon. The restaurant is cool. Open space with a full bar. They also have two conference rooms for hosting large groups. There are also several tvs with sports playing. It took quite a while to get our food, but it was hot. I tried the French Toast and it was still soggy in the middle, not completely done. Wasn't bad, just not how I like them cooked. My son must have liked the Chicken n Waffles because they did not last long, lol. I didn't mind my order. I didn't read that description through for the Country Benedicts but I'm not disappointed. I also inquired about catering and was told they do cater and have a smoker, pizza oven and that they go heavy on appetizers. Very nice!

Everytime we have been the food was bland, items listed on the menu for a dish were left off and we had to send it back and the service was horrible. Sitting just over the…read morestate line in Rossville, it was actually closer than some of there pizzerias I have frequented in Chattanooga. Cute place, with both inside and outside seating, and with the weather looking a bit foreboding, we selected inside. So, what did they get right......let's start within the crust, brick oven, thin crust, always the best pizza base. I would offer none of their regular pizza offerings are what one typically finds at a local pizzeria, love it, and there are plenty of offerings whether you seek a traditional red or white base, with pesto options as well. It's an incredible range of pizzas that they offer, along with a few other Italian offerings. We ordered the Dolce Vita off the regular menu and that evening's special, The Creep, along with the Fig Amafi starter. The starter was nice. The pizzas were great, and whoever came up with the recipe for the Creep, you're a mad scientist, that stone ground mustard aioli, what a beautifully subtle touch. So what went wrong, our server was perfect, but she was undone by the kitchen as it took three tries to finally get the pizza order right. That put one person completely off eating cycle with the rest of the table, as you might imagine. While I can appreciate it might take some time for the pizza prep, the wait time for the drinks was horrific. The overall meal experience was too slow, some of that was the pizza error but everything was slow to arrive. One other comment about food safety, not sure why a guest was allowed in the food prep area, that's a real no-no. Plus one of the orders for the outside eating area was delivered via the street as opposed to the doorway in the rear of the restaurant. Another food safety issue, it's a minor thing, but why make such a basic mistake. This pizzeria has the potential to be a five-star. Pay attention to the little things, and maybe broaden your beer selection. The potential here is clear, and I will try one more visit to see if Cesario's can become part of my regular pizzeria rotation, or if it becomes relegated to a pizza shop I visit on occasion for a carry-out.

I absolutely loved the décor. The menu is extensive, and it was hard to choose just one thing, so my friend and I ordered two juices (Dope Beets & Let's Kick It Out) and two plates (the Grilled Pimento Panini and the Buddha Bowl) to share. The juices were phenomenal. Honestly, I would go back just for those. I really wanted to love the food, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. I even ordered a cookie to try to redeem the meal, but that missed the mark as well. I felt especially bad because I brought a non-vegan friend and didn't want their first impression of vegan food to be a disappointing one, but sadly, that's how it turned out. That said, I'd be willing to return and try something different. Maybe it was just an off day, or perhaps the dishes we chose just weren't the best representation of the menu. I'd definitely come back for the juices, and I'm curious to try the smoothies too. Those might be a winner. I really want this place to thrive and wish them all the best! I really love their concept and support their mission 100%.

I love how there's outdoor and indoor seating and it really is such a chill vibe. I'll be coming back!

I switch between different proteins because there's so many different options. I've picked the Harissa Chicken, Grilled Chicken, and Falafel. I like doing the half and half and each of those proteins were delicious. They were juicy and not dry. The veggies tasted fresh, the sauces and proteins were flavorful and so tasty. Also I love how we can choose up to three different dips. I pretty much go for most of the toppings except avocado. And also the dressings!! I mix it up every time and the combinations have worked pretty well together, in harmony with everything in my bowl. It's hard to pick a favorite veggie for me because each one is so good, but I'll always get the pickled onions and fire roasted corn. For me, I have no complaints whatsoever. I always describe this place as a Chipotle but Mediterranean. I always get takeout so I can't comment on the ambiance inside. But ordering online is fairly simple and straight forward. This is one of my favorite places in the area to go and get food. Oh and also the juices are great too. I always get the Cucumber Mint Lime because it hits every single time, but I'd like to try their other juices too. I can't wait until the next time I come back here. Love you CAVA!

Title: Panera Bread's Masterclass in Culinary Minimalism…read more One star, purely out of pity. I arrived at Panera with the modest dream of a nourishing road-stop meal, something "healthy-ish," as the marketing whispers. What I received was performance art titled Shrinkflation: The Edible Edition. My upgraded "bowl" of soup arrived as a standard cup, artfully placed inside a larger bowl, like a Russian nesting doll designed by someone who despises joy. A bold statement on portion perception, perhaps, but I prefer my statements edible. My husband ordered the signature bread bowl. It materialized as a dainty sourdough thimble, capable of holding precisely three spoonfuls before collapsing into structural despair. He ate the "bowl" itself in quiet resignation; it tasted like regret baked at 350°F. For the price, we could have purchased an entire week's produce section, yet this meal left us both foraging the car for stray pretzels like urbane raccoons. The staff were nice, warm, efficient, and clearly innocent in this corporate theater of the absurd. The true culprit is upstairs, counting our greens while serving us air. Panera, you've cured me of chain-restaurant faith entirely. I'm off to the woods to forage instead. This was, with theatrical finality, my last visit. Bon appétit? Hardly.

My wife and I tend to share an appetizer and a main most times when we dine out. We started out with the stuffed piquillo peppers and they did not disappoint! If you are a fan of goat cheese you will love these too. The sweetness of the pepper with the tang of balsamic coupled with the smooth taste of the goat cheese is almost to die for! We then shared the Pimento burger with fries and those too were outstanding! The burger is not overwhelmingly big, but big enough for two to share. The fries were absolutely delish! The service was good as well. I don't remember anything over-the-top outstanding but these days, decent service might actually qualify as over-the-top relative to what you see at most establishments! Now, the place had more noise than a family reunion after someone mentions politics--two teenage softball teams carrying on, laughing, living large. Hard to fault that. Better than silence so thick you can hear your own regrets. Food showed up quick, which is about all you can ask when you're hungry enough to consider eating the menu. And it was good--honest good. Not "tell your mama about it" good, but solid, dependable, "yep, I'd order that again" good. Prices didn't make you feel like you'd just financed somebody's boat, either. Beer was cold--like it ought to be, like it better be--and the waitress understood to be there exactly when we needed her and vanishing when we didn't. That's an art form. Now the atmosphere... well, it had all the charm of a place that once had big decorating plans and then decided, "Eh, this'll do." A little on the bare side. Felt like a Friday night that never quite got dressed up. But I'll tell you this--I'd go back. And that, right there, is about the highest praise you can give a place without writing a love letter to the chef.
