I just witnessed the nastiest thing and then had an even worse experience with a manager. An employee delivered food to a table and walked away. The customer opened the food, inspected it, and realized it wasn't her order. She took it back to the kid and told him. He asked if she touched anything and she said no. The employee then delivered that food to another table! YOU THROW AWAY FOOD IF IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO A CUSTOMER. I tried to inform a manager. She wouldn't stop walking away as I was talking to her until I said something about her walking away. She then was extremely rude and condescending. She wasn't at all concerned about what the employee did. She laughed at me for complaining and thinking it was a big deal. This is not what I've come to expect from this restaurant. Never a good experience always have young kids not paying attention to customer needs!

Have always loved their sandwiches and salads but what has happened now a days is they're using old lettuce "bags" from grocery store. Bitter lettuce cannot be covered up with a half of boiled egg and a few tomatoes! Probably why they don't have 5 stars anymore. read more

I ordered breakfast, my order was not right. I ordered a chicken biscuit with large hash browns and a sweet tea. Chicken minis, yogurt with granola and a unsweetened tea with half lemonade. I didn't receive the hash browns, my chicken biscuit was cold and it was not wrapped up good. The yogurt I ordered had cookie crumbs! The employees should double check that the orders are correct and make sure there is nothing missing from the order. Employees have been extremely rude. And yes I am complaining about my order because I got scammed by a few dollars. I would give this restaurant a 0 star review. I may not be back at this location due to the my order was not right and the employees being rude. The manager should have a talk to their employees. read more

If I could give this location a zero or below I would! The Fort O location has bug issues more than just the bug in the salad. We thought eating there in the winter would be safe but we were wrong. This location had a terrible issue with flies in the summer and we wouldn't eat there. The food is terrible and the service is terrible but we had to eat there in a pinch. Honestly, this is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I have had a horrible experience each time. The past two times I placed a curbside pick up order. The 1st time I placed a curbside pick up order they charged my card and erased my order. Not to mention this whole experience added on an extra 45 minutes to my morning. The second time I placed a curbside pick up my order was erased again. I would not recommend going here in the morning unless you gauge at least 45 minutes of your day, also I would not utilize the curbside pick up order. read more

Disappointed with the service this afternoon. I went on my very short lunch break and and ordered the tortilla soup. When I got back to my office which is just down the block I noticed it was chicken soup instead. I called and the manager was not in the store but the woman I spoke with went and checked and told me that what I ordered wasn't even on the menu anymore. That would've been nice to know going through the line because I would've ordered something different. The woman on the phone told me I could get a refund and order something else. But my lunch break is so short that is impossible and completely inconvenient. Went through drive thru. The lady that took the order continuously rubbed her nose and did not sanitize her hands after. Never asked us what sauce we wanted. Got up to the window. Asked for sauce and the lady rolled her eyes and was incredibly rude about it. Only handed us one sauce for 2 nugget meals. Went to go inside to get sauce and the team inside was rude as well. The worker was nice. I received a cold brew vanilla iced coffee, hoping it would be better than McDonald's shit coffee. When my husband finally went in to get the order a young man was standing with a friend (girl) just talking. Like we weren't sitting at the curbside order spot!
